I made an order and purchased a dress from Shilla. It arrived late, but I had to return in back, because color and size were incorrect. The design wasn't the same as the dress I ordered. The sewing job was terrible and quality was very poor. The dress looked cheap. I contacted Shilla customer service and explained what happened, I also sent them pictures. Shilla representatives were very rude and impolite, they said there will be no refunds or exchanges. I tried to contact them many times, but when they heard my voice, they just dropped the call. Very disappointed. I lost my money and now I’m stuck with that horrible piece of rag!
