Sherman Dodge / Sales practices
I went to this dealership to purchase a "certified" vehicle. After researching the vehicle on their website and speaking with 2 salespeople about the certification fee, I ended getting 4 different prices for this fee by 4 different people at the dealership. Besides the saleman not showing me the vehicle I wanted to purchase when I first arrived, he made an appointment for me to come back and have a paint shield and interior protector applied to the vehicle; something they do to "certified" vehicles, which I paid for. 2 days later the salesman called me back and stated that the services were not included in my "certified" vehicle purchase. I have no idea what I got for my "certification" fee because they never showed me any checklist of the vehicles certifcation inspection. In fact the vehicle wasn't even vaccumed out when my wife drove away with it. Sherman Dodge seems to take advantage of their customers.
