Don't have your business meeting at the Sheraton Nashville! They charged all of our attendees for the rooms that we had signed up to pay for under our credit card. Then they treated our guest poorly about reversing the charges which took them a long time to revers. When I made a complaint to the sales manager she was not receptive and then she didn't even return my email or calls. I then called and left a message with the general manager to voice my concerns and he didn't even return my call!
