Sheraton Casablanca, Morocco — Poor services
From 29 April to 2 May, 2017 me and 2 of my friends stayed at Sheraton, Casablanca, Morocco. we occupied rooms 1106, 1108, 1125.
We could not believe that we are at a Sheraton Hotel.
House keeping service will clean our rooms in the morning, and we have to wait until late afternoon to get our clean towels ?!!!.
I was a sleep the operator calls me and ask me if i have water and towels strange
The TV channels are limited the quality of picture is very poor. We made a complaint to hotel customer service but no improvement.
On May 2nd at 10:10 AM our friend sent us a car from his work to take us to Airport the hotel security and the door man along with three taxi drivers whom we assume are friends of the hotel security .
They delayed us 30 minuets because they called the police police came and found nothing illegal .
I WILL NEVER STAY IN THIS HOTEL AND I AM WARNING MY COLLEAGUES TO DO SO.
I think this hotel has no management at all.
