More then 3 mounth I'm waiting, but noting helped.
I was cheated / being ignored by Shenzhen Sinoy Electron Technology Co., Ltd.
Mr. Emerson Yang. [protected]@gmail.com He sold me a bad product, FORD IDS VCM V67 for $950 F.O.B .I let there engineer to connect on line to my laptop, and after 3 hours, he found out that there is a problem; he couldn’t test the Ford Torneo Connect year 2004 car, “no communication with PCM”. Mr. Emerson asked me to send it back for repair, I asked for full refund, but Mr. Emerson says, it’s impossible, you can only have repair.
I had no choice and send it back, and Mr. Emerson start to ignore all my E-mails, and went off line steady on MSN. After more then a month, I succeed to get him on a phone, he lied to me, by saying he was ill, and he sent new VCM.
I got the VCM, test it on the same car, and have the same problem [while other VCM can test the same car]. Again, during more then a mount, I tried to contact Shenzhen Sinoy Electron Technology Co., Ltd. Mr. Emerson, but he keeps ignoring and don’t reply.

I even tried to get help from other Sinoy sales person from: Shenzhen Sinoy Electron Technology Co., Ltd. [protected]@uobd2.com and on MSN live, I got that reply: “I try to contact him, but can not get answer, he did not pick up my phone yet “
I checked out a day later but still have the same reply: Mr. Emerson doesn’t reply.

They’ll cheat you and after that they will denied there S/N product and will call you a liar.

Facts!
Your engineer first checked on line the VCM S/N (I saw it, On line, first he checked the S/N product and VCM Version)
Only after he had confirmed it your S/N product, he tried for 3 hours to find the problem.
If it's not your S/N why he tried so much for 3 hours?
If it’s not your product, then why you asked me to send it back?
Why you sent a new other VCM instead? (Again the new VCM had the same problem “No communication with VCM“ the same problem your engineer had)
Old VCM you said?, Not your VCM? But the S/N is correct?
Well my friend let us have the clients judge who is telling the truth hear.
Why you need to use ugly words?, shame on you.

will never buy from them again and will take this matter up with paypal.
I have bought Vag Com 18.2 from Summer @ Shenzhen Sinoy Technology Co., Ltd and sell it to Clients, The Vag Com 18.2 is not Working at all and my clients is now very upset with me i had to refund them as there where no service from Summer. She is just ignoring us don't give a dam. its just about money for them.
Send her about 10 emails no response even try to live chat but ignore us.
They have to refund me as they sell junk to people.
Purchased a ODBII tool and software for Toyota/Lexus. Never received the tool. Contacted the company and all they could say is the tool is in the USA and take the universal tracking number to the US Post office to get location. The US Post Office does not use this tracking number. This company is a sham and everyone should avoid doing any business with these people. Filed complaint with PayPal and later found that someone from the company contacted EBay and said the part was delivered and close the complaint. May these people burn in the 7 level of hell.
