On 13th April 2017 I ordered Police Boot samples from Yangzhou, Jiangsu Boots.
I was told that Yanggzhou Jiangzu would send Boot samples and I would pay the freight.
They said the samples would be sent by UPS or DHL, I paid them for the freight as a friend of mine in China has some money of mine and he sent the money direct to them.
My friend ownes MORMAX Textiles.

It has now been three weeks and I have not recived the boot sample and I think this factory play games and scame some money from me.
When I send email to them it takes 5 days for them to reply.
In the first email the person name at bottom of email was Vola Jin, but every other emil get in reply never has name, every time I ask when I will get samples they say in one week.

The samples are for the POLICE and they wanted urgent.
I am lucky, Because at the same time i ordered two pair of samples from
E-STAR in Qingdao ( I find them but they are not on Alibaba )
E-STAR supply samples with in 4 days and I have showed the Police and they give me order for 10, 000 pair.

I find factories on Alibaba are cheats. I have been buy products from China for 30 years and never had problems until i use factory i find on Ailbaba.
Below is email copy from 13 April 2017, They never put name at end of message or emails.
It is now 8th May 2017 . I have been 24 days and I have not recived samples from Yangzhou Jiangsu. This is typical of suppliers on Alibaba.

I am so lucky I contact E-Star, the samples were hi quality and there service is better than any on Alibaba.

I will not use Alibaba in the future.
I have a contract to supply the PNG Government Police will all there needs.
I am also supplying the PNG Govermant with all there Needs for stationary and have a friend in Suzhou that is buying local and not useing Alibaba.

It is factories like Yangzhou Jiangsu Boots that are destroying Alibaba reputation. I have been ripped of and Scammed because I try Alibaba.

On Alibaba site : Yangzhou, Jiangsu Boots have no phone details, no address details and no post code details, Communication is bad.

In August 2016, we have purchased machineries from
Henan Province Sanxing Machinery Co Ltd and was handled by Mr Bryant. We have paid the full amount before it was being shipped. When we received the items, there were many equipment that didn't fit. We notice that the specs of machine motors we ordered wasn't what was delivered too. Besides that one of the main component that operates the entire system wasn't working. We spoke to Bryant and told him about the specs of motors was wrong and that the conveyor system didn't work. He realized it was their mistake as they didn't done any testing before sending it out. He told us that they will resend it and after waiting for a month or more, what they send was just a plain metal box with opening (as attached)instead of a conveyor system. Right away we knew it won't work and no way too it will.

Therefore, we requested a refund for the few equipment (less than usd5k) that they are unable to deliver. Bryant admitted that all was their mistake and told me that he will speak to his boss regarding the refund as per our contract both parties signed. After tat, he started to give excuses and avoided contact till today.

Anyway, we just want to caution any foreign companies that intent to have dealings with them. Their 6years gold supplier should be stripped. Couldn't even deliver a correct equipment and told us that if they refunded us, they will not have profit.

We have contract, photos and screenshot text messages as proof anytime. Bryant, please be a gentlemen enough to response to mistakes you have made. Thank you.

I have a business in australia and purchased aluminium roller shutters from a company that advertises on alibaba called wujiang aojia metal work co. , ltd. And there roller shutters are rubbish and do not close properly.
They will not refund money or replace faulty products and freight charges at there cost.
The export manager bao anshely just blames me for choosing wrong product and refuses to take responsibility for faulty shutters.

They are a chinese company with factory in wujiang, suzhou, china.

Be warned his roller shutters are faulty and do not work correctly. He promise back up service but does not deliver. I put his shutters in the bin.

Everyone should be very careful when buying anything from this fake company in China, I paid for the Vx670 POS terminal for around $210 and some extra costs for the cable around$20 but both the POS the cable nothing has ever worked and that was a total loss and scam for our company.

To ship the parcel was a long hitted chatted exchanging hot words with them after making the payment Ms. Wend Wang told me that the name i have used to make the payment with Western Union the person was already out of the city and this could take another week and after discussing this out she told me that she will find a way how to convince that boss to pick up the payment and make shipment.

At first she sent to me a DHL express tracking number which wasn't valid and then after 3-4days she sent me a new valid tracking number with DHL and wait for the parcel to arrive then paid duty which was around $40% inclusive of VAT 18%. Totally we lost around $350 just making a mistake to buy from them scammers.

I made an order on Alibaba website in early January and didn't receive anything yet. I tried to contact Alibaba many times but they did not reply. Yesterday I finally got a message from them stating that they were not able to deliver my order and refund was promised.
I want to know what happened and when will I get my money back but they continue to ignore me and I have absolutely no idea how to reach them. Alibaba is a terrible store, I would not recommend it to anyone.
I often buy things online and I never had problems with contacting customer service!
Next time I'll read the reviews. Better stay away from Alibaba, they are really bad!

That I have not received the merchandise that was paid in full september 2nd 2016 that you mrs. Zahra aamir and burhani trade said it will take 2 weeks to deliver.
Many times you have come up with other excuses and on our last conversation you assure me that you will be shipping my order on november 11. Today is november 27th/2016 and I have not received anything.
There is no shipment and no tracking number. I have paid in full this order via western union a payment was made on 9/2/2016 with a confirmation #[protected] for a total of $387.00 us dollars paid to mrs. Zahra aamir directly for samples that were supposed to be shipped within two weeks by burhami trade.
I demand a full execution of the shipment today or a return of my funds today via western union or else I will be notifying alibaba that burhani trade and mrs. Zahra aamir are in default I will notify all usa firms that burhani trade is an un-trusted company - do not do business with them.
I will be filling a complaint with the ftc (federal trade commission) to prevent anyone in usa to make any trade agreement with you.
Here I am notifying you that you have 3 days to solve this issue starting today 11/27/2016.
You need to make a full refund or send the total order

We ordered 50, 000 plastic bags from this company via Alibaba. They were ordered in May and supposed to ship in June. Then Auspicious said they needed more time because they would have to change the manufacturing process. We suspected this was a lie as there was nothing special about our bags. We agreed til the end of July and then still never came. We filed a claim with Alibaba in August and continue to try to get our money back but there is no luck. Alibaba keeps asking for more information every three days. They know it is a fraud. But they continue to delay the process because they do not want to give the refund. It is really bad. Do not buy from Auspicious and no not expect Alibaba to refund your money. It is a really bad situation. I doubt alibaba ever refunds money.

Do yourself a favor and not buy from this company anything you don't mind loosing your money for trying!
Thought I bought a working watch - august 28th - didn't receive it by promised date - although they state if not received by promised date money back... Finally got it after buyer protection ran out - from turkey - watch damaged severely wrote them - "they not understand" "?You no got watch ? Says delivered!" broken ! "unusual - not understand" - - make complaint - they send me e-mails you can't reply to - want video's - did that - "you still say you not get package ?" - - no watch broken - - now almost 2 months after demanding a refund - - no give refund - send back on loose money... ?Who pays the postage ? Me ? Why is this my problem - - so... Like I say do not deal with this company unless you want lot's of frustration and loose your money - - and trying to have them understand ?! They play "not understand friend"... Be ware - be wise...

Alibaba is asking for enough personal financial information that they could easily steal my identity or access our nonprofit's bank accounts.

I was trying to purchase awards for our nonprofit's volunteers. I purchased samples without problems. After approving the samples yesterday, I paid nearly $1, 000 for the actual awards. My credit card company notified me of the sale going through. Today, Alibaba said my transaction was cancelled and that if I wanted to continue with the sale I would have to send them a copy of my drivers license and my social security number. Or, I could send them a copy of my nonprofit's registration and copies of bank statements. All of this for a simple transaction that was APPROVED by my bank.

BEWARE of this SCAM!

I bought a steel pipe shipments from suppliers Sino Metal Material Co., Ltd. (https://liyuanda.en.alibaba.com/) Gold Supplier of Alibaba .. But what I get is a steel pipe poor quality: leaks, Stainless, pitted surface and mixing impurities .. inside steel pipe. We conducted negotiations with Sino Metal Material Co., Ltd., they have given price $ 150/ton compensation for me. But it is only half in my loss. I did complain to the Alibaba and provide all the proof of quality as well as my agreement and suppliers. But at that Sino Metal Material Co., Ltd. launched a very low level of compensation compared with the original, only $ 50 / ton. I pointed out the damage and sincere resolve but do not understand why Alibaba agree that compensation levels and closed my complaint ?.
According to international practice, when there is a dispute vendors like Alibaba commercial service shall have temporarily closed the supply of goods is subject to a claim and issued a warning to buyers, but sellers still normal operation and can scam more buyer in the world.
I have continued feedback and is a waiting the verdict from Alibaba and hope reasonable solution for all

I did not receive my order and contacted Alibaba customer service and asked what was going on. They claimed my order was delivered and received, but I did not receive anything! I used the tracking number they gave me and it showed that my item was still in the warehouse.
This was not the fist time when a seller from Alibaba tried to scam me. My first experience was also terrible but everything ended up ok for me. My second and last experience was even worse. They refused to refund my money and tried to make me pay more for who knows what!
I was a loyal customer but will never buy anything from Alibaba again because there are many scammers and thieves on Alibaba!

I placed an order with this company for miniature wooden doors, the sample was perfect but the order when received 2 months late to the wrong port in the wrong country leaving me with additional delivery costs was completely defective. Some doors don't open, some don't close, they all need sanded and repainted and the doors and hinges replaced. All the doors are too small for the frame leaving an ugly gap on one side. Some of the wood is of really poor standard and the paint chipped, badly applied, wrong finish on half of them, half are matte while the other half is gloss. Some have been damaged in transit as the have been packed badly leaving indents in doors, they were supposed to have there own custom packaging. One box arrived split open with the contents spilling out. I have tried repeatedly to get my money back but they have refused. This company is on Alibaba but do not use Alibaba to finalise the order leaving you unprotected through Alibaba. They also sub contracted my order to an unknown workshop making a mockery of the gold supplier standard they have on Alibaba. They have offered me 300 free doors but only if I buy another 300 from them, they feel this is reasonable compensation. Do not use this company, I have dealt with Arlene and Kevin who will not give me the contact details of anyone more senior within the company.

I ordered some product from a company in china that i found through alibaba.com. Well alibaba.com says that they have trade assurance on orders and you can rest assured that you will get the right products on time, guaranteed or your money back.

Sounds too simple. It turns out the trade assurance is not what they advertise it as. after filing a dispute with alibaba.com on my order arriving one month late, no good resolution was in sight. I sent evidence to alibaba.com showing the agreement i had with the supplier and how they ended up shipping 30 days after the agreed upon date.

However, this did not matter. alibaba.com decided like a dictatorship and said, no sorry you are not covered as you agreed to late shipment. WHAT!?!?!? what the hell and when, how, why? I have NEVER agreed to late shipment. THey wouldnt event show me any evidence, they just simply said too bad so sad.

So obviously the trade assurance is a scam and does not work. Do not trust this company. They have had issues in the past and do not guarantee you anything even though they promise you the world.

I did not receive my order and there is no way to reach Alibaba customer service! What a terrible site! They took my money and disappeared! I did not even receive a tracking number so there is no way to track my order and I have no idea where it is or was it even shipped! It seems like they really do not care about their customers and I lost over $200! Never again!

I have been scammed by SHANGHAI CINOVO SPORTS GOODS CO. they also show TRADE ASSURANCE but refused to use it. I paid them for a 9ft billiard table and extra accessories that they didn't supply. What was supplied was a broken, incomplete second hand table and NO accessories. Therefore FRAUD AND THEFT. I WOULD WARN ANYONE TO AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY run by BILL ZHU AND EMMA WANG. Reporting this to ALIBABA has proved to be a waste of time.

I have been filling disputes in regards of this order # [protected]. There was an agreement that has been reached then supplier failed again to comply. I want to escalate the dispute to a claim under Trade Assurance Services Rules (the u201CRulesu201D) Version No.: [protected] Updated: [protected] article 2.4 for the breaching the contract:
1- Supplier failed to comply of shipping terms CIF Cairo-Egypt.
2- Supplier failed to provide Certificate of origin.
3- Supplier failed to provide certified Commercial invoice.
4- Supplier failed to provide brokerage services on the port of entry.
5- Supplier failed to deliver goods to destination port.
6- Supplier failed to comply with a new agreement reached to cancel this order and start new order to be build new pumps and to be delivered in China to my shipping forwarder.

All evidence have been previously submitted and copy available upon request.

On 26th February I placed an order for two batteries for Huawei mobile phones, I have to this day not received the merchandise, the order and payment were confirmed, I must say your complaint procedure is absolutely out of this world, complicated repetitive without results.

I ordered assembled hive frames from China on Alibaba.com. The seller was Kaifeng Best International Trade Co., Ltd. Paid using bank wire transfer. After a month received frame parts, not frames. Absolutely not what I ordered. Tried to get help from Alibaba but they told me that "this complaint case record will be published on the defendant's mini-site on Alibaba.com for 90 days, which is the utmost Alibaba.com can do for you currently." It's terrible because, I paid thousands of dollars and they send me something I have to throw away. Thousand of dollars and my time was wasted for nothing.
