I was at the shell station on trabuco road Irvine CA and the lady working in there o July 23 2018 at 7:49 pm called me bad names and I have video recorded her calling my kids bad names and telling me she going to kill me I plan on filling a law suit against this company for her calling me bad names and telling me she was going to kill me the person that works at the shell station Nam's is Hurley if you have any additional questions please feel free to call me at [protected]

Dear Shell Giant Representative:

I had gassed up on the two following dates 11/2/2017 and 11/16/2017and again 07/21/2018. Upon driving the vehicle I had a Toyota Sienna computer lighted up "check engine" light and "VSC" light. I decided to get it to the dealership Fox Toyota Scion to fix the problem. Upon diagnosis Toyota discovered that the malfunction issue was due to gasoline (Shell Giant) with more than 10 % ethanol level. Toyota Scion had to remove all gasoline from gas tank and lines. They had to refuel gas using 87 octane. I am sending all information to confirm my Sienna Toyota issue. I am requesting the reimbursement of the repair which is $206.00 dollars.
You website did not allow me to send all forms.
Please assist.

An employee at this location was using profanity in front of customers and children. Also speeding out of parking lot, and almost hit another customer. Heavy-set female employee with dark brown hair. Incident occurred on Saturday July 21st around 3:45 p.m. this employee has been rude on several occasions when I have been in the store. I stopped at the Shell in Slade, KY and filled up with gas. I have a new car is with no issues prior. Not long after I fill up I notice my car hesitating and stalling out. I'm stuck in traffic and every time I stop and try to go ahead my vehicle hesitates and stalls out. Turns out there was water in my gas so now I'm stuck getting that gas out and putting new gas in and also worried about damages that may arise from this. I spent $47.65 at your store and would like a refund.

I went to the shell #[protected] 490 Valley Street Maplewood, NJ 07040 I gave the man my credit card and told him $10 regular. I look over because it was taking long and now i looked and the thing was up to $40.00 When I called to the gentlemen he told me to wait. When he came over I yelled at him that I told him $10.00 he said no We went back and fourth about it and the customer in the next car told them that I said $10 so I should get my money back. Then he told me that is my problem and I need to go online and get a number and call shell. That just took $45.22 from my account that was for my rent and now that will bounce all because he did not listen. I need to know how shell is going to give my money back. or take care of this situation.

My mother was getting gas when the gas pump would not turn of it ran gas out all over the ground and her. The gas station attendant charged her for all of the gas even what ran out on the ground. My mother is on oxygen and has lots of medical problems they had her so upset and scared she was in hysterics. I talked to the manager several times and everyone was having to call someone else and was going to call me back no one has. It has been almost a month now and still no one has addressed this problem. I would have never expected this from the shell xompany. My number is [protected] should anyone care.

On 7/15/18, we stopped at the Shell station located at 220 Mineola Ave Roslyn Heights, NY 11577
The advertised rate was $3.059 galloon. I have a photo of it.
When we used our Shell gift card, we were charged $3.999 galloon.

We received 14.381 gallons and were charged $57.51 instead of the advertised price of $43.99. I have the receipts.

The person on duty gave us the run around.
For him to do a bait and switch, in Shell's name, is disgraceful.
I would greatly appreciate being reimbursed for the overcharge.

Shell gas station located at 6380 Bluestar Highway, Saugatuck, MI

I walked into the location and ask for $30 in gas the lady behind the counter looked at me and said you need to talk louder I repeated myself again and asked her if she needs for me to write it down since the music behind her was blasting she did not want to turn it down but wanted me to raise my voice and she replied with a nasty attitude I'm not the one who needed gas.

On the 11th of July I went to shell parm view to fill up on fuel. I was attend bye Julias a staff memeber of shell Parmview phx durban. Julias attend to the car that I hired from a friend .the pump hose didn't reach my tank so he lifted the hose over the car and instructed me to move while doing so he damages the antenna. And refuse to take blame for the damage. I did contact the manger over the phone is said he come back after view the CCTV camera ever since no reply from the shell Parmview s/s

I walked into the shell station on 974 north walnut in new braunfels texas an asked the cashier if they had fabric softener she responded slurring her words with I don't think so in other words even if they carried it she wasn't about to look. I approached the counter to buy chips I could smell the overwhelming smell of alcohol on her breath. She was doing something at the register I put my money on the counter she threw my change on the counter the paper bills scattered when I tried to pick it up they fell on the floor she made it obvious she didn't care by her snickering an laughing when I was trying to pick it up an I was walking out she said have a nice day an I almost walked out an she mumbled the word [censored] I didn't appreciate that she was a young hispanic woman with heavy makeup glasses an lipliner an a terrible attitude whatever her reason for being hungover or drunk age didn't have to take it out on me!

I saw the attached photo of the Shell advertised price. After I pulled into the station and was about to pump my gas, I realized the price was not the advertised $2.65 but actually $2.95. When I looked closely at the sign in the attached photo, in small letter it states the $2.65 price is for "Regular cash with wash". This sign was very deceptive when you compare the size of the price to the size of the letter stating you are required to get a car wash. This needs to be corrected.

I am at the Shell gas station, located at 2 elm Street. I came here between 847-858pm. I told the guy I was using my stop & shop rewards points, and that I wanted 25.00$ on pump 3.
On my screen it said to enter/swipe stop& shop card number or alternative ID. I hit alternative ID. I put my phone number associated with my stop & shop card, [protected]. On my end it said "You have 0.40 cents off per gallon!"
On his end he's telling me " you need to swipe your card hurry hurry " I said I told you I don't have the card that's why I hit alternative ID- so he cancelled the sale & said "nothing I can do nothing because need card"
Excuse me ?
So I asked about my points he said "you didn't pump so no points were used".
I went into my stop & shop app on my phone and it clearly says I have 0.00 points available. So I showed him. He said "no that's not true you didn't pump " I said I don't need to pump I entered the card & it took the 0.40 cents off of my rewards. I asked him for a receipt, he said he couldnt give me one because he didn't complete the sale he cancelled it so no receipt came out - what is he talking about ? I have worked at a gas station and I have worked at stop & shop, which also has the gas station & I know if you cancelled any transaction you can bring it back up.
This guy started yelling at me in different languages called his Manager who said nothing they can do & hung up the phone.
So. I was going to get 25.00$ at $2.92 per gallon with my 0.40 cents off it would have brought it down to $2.52 per gallon. That's 10.00 in free gas. I had to spend $400 at stop & shop to get these rewards.
How can your employees steal $10.00 in free gas, $400 in points from me?
I called stop & shop, they will give me my points back with proof that this happened but he is refusing to give me any proof.
What kind of business are you all running that allows employees to steal like this & treat customers this way ? I now have to sit here and wait for the police to show up, so I can get a Police report, for PROOOF this happened.
Ridiculous.

Dear Shell

I live right next to one of your petrol stations in Rosmead Avenue, Cape Town, South Africa. Since moving in at the beginning of the year, the incredibly loud sound of the compressor pump has been driving me absolutely up the wall. Out of desperaiton, I finally went to speak to the station manager today. He was very helpful and professional and has done his best to ameliorate the noise pollution problem by lining the inside of the compressor box. He has also logged multiple calls with your head office after receiving similar complaints from other residents to find a more effective solution, but to date it seems there has been no investigation or resolution.

I really am utterly desperate: the noise is unbearable, even from inside our house with the doors closed. Please please please could the appropriate person look into this problem... the station is right in the middle of a residential area and the noise is enormously disruptive and unpleasant. I am convinced it would not be difficult to solve, or at least drastically improve, the problem through simple, inexpensive measures; if someone were willing to take the time.

I stopped in at the station in Beaverton Michigan and holy crap you have a group of trashy people with a pitbull standing and smoking right at the door of the store. These people blocking the way to be able to get out away from the pumps and it was busy. The cashier inside couldn't do anything about it I didn't even want to walk in there with the dog there and I watched a gentleman walk in right before me and the dog had charged him

I visit this particular shell station at least 3 to 4 times a week. I am a current shell card holder and like getting my discount off the gasoline I purchase there. But there is one thing that bothers me is ever time I go to this shell station I see the employees going through the trash trying to find lotto tickets, don't know why? It seems to me that digging though the trash is more important than taking care of the place. At this particular gas station they have a subway and I can't imagine myself eating at a Place when it looks like this and the employees are digging in the trash. I'm am going to include some photos so you can see what I am talking about. The address is

On Friday July 6th, 2018 my husband received a text alert for fraud from our bank stating that someone tried to run his debit card for $1.00 and then for $80.00 at one of your stations in Hialeah, Florida.
I was looking at the other complaints on this sight and it seems that you have alot of complaints about debit and credit card fraud in the state of Florida.
I think it would be a good practice for your stations to start asking for a photo i.d. to go along with these type of transactions.
I personally always show a picture identification with all of my credit and debit card purchases.
I fortunately have been reimbursed from my bank for the $80.00 dollars, but some folks may not be as fortunate.
Please look into these matters of fraud more carefully, not everyone has the resources of Shell.

I live in West medford oregon. I don't normally complain. I'm a very laid back guy. I would like to make a complaint about the manager at #311 525 N central Medford OR 97504. It was the worst customer service I have ever received. The employee was very rude, not friendly at all, cussed at me and had a very bad attitude. He is the manager of the store but He has no business in customer service. I will not be back to that station. I will go clear across town to fill up.

The store is dirty and unorganized. The coolers haven't been stocked or pushed forward in quite a while each section is almost empty if not empty already. The muffins at the counter are expired and mushy. The customer service is far below my expectation. They are rude and supply no connection. I work for Kum and Go as a sales manager and I would not accept any of this no matter the amount of business. If you want it done right find the right people. The ones that occupy this location are not the right set.

I live in Kroonstad. Every morning I passed Shell ultra city N1 Kroonstad on my way to work.

It is now a few times, when I decided to stop at the garage to buy muffins for me and colleagues, but there is every time nothing on the shelf.

I asked the lady, why is that, because every time there is nothing. she just said sold out. but at 7 o'clock in the morning.

not all people can sit for a breakfast. few people stop for a muffin and coffee, and it is on the go again.
I thought this morning I am going to try again, because it is school holiday, maybe somebody there realised it, but no. nothing!

It is like the pies as well, every time we came there, pepper steak pies is sold out. but nobody realised that this is a top seller, so make more of those.

How is this possible, that a shell ultra city on a |N1, in holiday season, has such a poor service and product delivery. Where is the management.

I will be going to social media with this as well. I come to this store a lot being that I live in the neighborhood. I came to put my very last 8.00 dollars in gas which would of covered me until payday. I gave my last including change to the cashier and pumped my gas. Pump 7. When I got in the car my gas hand didn't move at all, in fact it said 7 miles until empty. When I left to come to the gas station thus morning, it said I was on 8 miles until empty. Something obviously was wrong. I went back into the store and to my surprise, the cashier was very rude about it and stated oh well and there is nothing he can do about it. I in no way causing a scene or trying to get over on anybody but simply wanted to know who do i speak with on this. He continued to throw hia hands in the air and say there is nothing he can do. This was a surprise on how he was acting because as I stated, i come there often and had plenty of friendly transactions with him. I asked for the manager and immediately he STORMED out from the back yelling loudly and angry. He didn't ask a single question or even know what was fully going on. He belittled me and embarrassed me in front of another customer yelling from no where for me to get off his property and if I need assistance call the number on the pump. Now though the cashier was rude, he wasn't yelling. I thought I could of been more civil with the manager. He literally came out from the back office yelling and turning red in the face and I hadn't said a single word. He then STORMS off back into the office as the cashier and I continued to talk and he tried to be more rational since his manager came out and was viciously rude. He then came back out repeatingly yelling leave the property. I didn't want any issues and knowing his culture background that he doesn't respect women and a black woman at that I left. But with no customer service or any attempts to resolve the issue. I even offered for him to come look and my gas hand. There is no way possible I gained 8.00 in gas and it's still the same as when I pulled in. Instead of looking into the issue because there is obviously something wrong with theyre pump, they were very rude and told me to leave the property. I will go above and beyond to express my concern about this franchise. That was my last to get me to and from work. Now I had to call out! I wont even eat at the mcdonalds there just because they are associated! Franchises think they can do they're customers any kind of way. I had to call out of work and still at a lost
