I have a Forest River Forester MD RV. It is a Mercedes diesel. I purchase my diesel at a Shell Station (Homestead) on Rt 17K in Newburgh, NY. I last purchased diesel and filled my tank at the beginning of August, 2017. On September 20, 2017 I left Newburgh with my final destination being Wells, ME. It was to be a short vacation for my wife and me. Approximately 60 miles into our trip our RV lost power in West Hartford, CT. Luckily we were in a location where we were able to safely pull over. I was able to contact Mercedes and have the RV towed to a Mercedes dealership. After diagnostics were performed and a fuel test done, it was determined that the fuel was contaminated with what they said was biofuel. I was surprised since my last fill up was at the above mentioned Shell station. I had no choice but to have the problem corrected (see attached detailed bill) at a cost of $747.39! Also a trip that was supposed to take 4.5 hrs took us approximately 12 hours! I am requesting compensation for my bill. I did first reach out and contact the Shell station and spoke to Jasmin on September 25, 2017. She said no complaints were registered re fuel contamination.

I received a bad treatment from the cashier, I treated myself rudely and when I asked him not to treat me like that, he told me that Miami was the city of the offended and that to me anything would offend me, something that for me is completely unethical and at the end of the transaction he said goodbye saying thank you for [censor] the day, all because I asked him to check my balance on a gift card and there began to despair giving me a hostile and unpleasant deal, the cashier is a gray-haired tall gentleman with clear eyes,

At shell gas station off of 20 1675 st. Augustine rd dallas tx there is a man working there. He is arabian. He is pretending he is ringing up product and charging customers. I know this because I am a customer. He is having a friend come in to buy something and he then hands his friend back the money. Also another way hes doing it is creating a money order with the money the till is over.

I address this letter “To whom it may concern” but as a service provider I would imagine it would concern every staff member at shell and even further than that in this day every South African.
Today at between 7:30am & 7:45am I had the misfortune of trying to purchase fuel at the shell services station in Meadowridge (Clive’s Services station ). By the time I spent there you can already tell there’s a problem, I was greeted by an attendant who was busy servicing a patron and there was already 2 cars waiting. Another attendant came and attended to the vehicle next to mine. I used the time to check my tire pressure and when I looked up there were 2 more cars and the attendant was on his way them. I gestured that I was there before them. He simply dismissed me and scream “I can wait somebody will be with me soon” Having already waited 10minutes for services the fact that another person can just pull in and get seen to before me infuriated me. I asked to see the manager and was led to the shop where I was once again told to wait. After a few minutes I asked where the manager was I was told his busy and I must wait.
Now that’s the broad strokes and before you just assume I’m impatient and blew a gasket for no good reason let me say that the other cars were all swanky newer models driven by the more affluent segment of our population, and mine car is a weathered late model and I guess I look the gardener.
With that said I think it disgraceful that in this day and age such obvious and blatant prejudice is still exists. An alternative theory is that the staff and management is simply incompetent and can’t manage five cars on their sales floor without dropping the ball, which is strange because I went 2 minute down the road to the Engen where I was greeted a friendly attendant that not only filled my car efficiently but also restored my faith that not all places are racist just the staff and management at Shell Meadowridge are.
Because it’s easy to hide and just post stuff on these complaint website anonymously, my name is Bradley Joseph, and I will gladly supply my contact details if you wish to contact me directly. This will allow you to explain or challenge any statement made above so that I may also understand your point of view no matter how trivial and antiquated it may be. Hi. I went to shell gas station 18801 Via Princessa, Santa Clarita CA 91351 had a $21.85 on my bank account ask clerk to turn on gas for $20 on pump 3 got back to pump and it wasn't on I ask her to turn on back again nothing. I got charged my last $20 and no gas I will definitely do not recommend that station and will report to BBB post on social networks that gas station has incompetent workers who doesn't know how turn on pump and no training, no costumer service and huge attitude. I wasted tons of time and was late on my work. I hope I will get my $20 back.

I pulled up to pump 16 I believe 9/19/2017 at the Shell gas station on 9201 W. Golf Rd in Des Plaines illinois at about 7:25am. The pump already had a balance of $39.78. I placed my debit card in and entered my pin. No gas came out. I replaced the pump and truer again and pumped $8 worth of gas. I received an alert saying I had paid twice. This just happened today. I called the gas station and was told that there was no transaction for this amount. I just paid $48 for $8 worth of gas. Obviously someone pumped and pulled off and I paid for both of our gas.

I would like to keep some important issue about the slot machine which addicts our community members.
I live behind the Shell, 5515 Hwy 6 N, Houston, TX 77084. Our Community members be tempting to play on their slot machines since the day when they are paying them cash, whenever they wins on the slot machine. Same scenario are faced by the other neighbors too with the gas station, the store have deployed 5 machines inside the store, operating as a game room.

Most people are complaining that if they do go to buy scratch off or lottery tickets, Clerks inside the Gas station tempting them to play on their slot machines which results, spending entire paycheck on store slot machine. The store are even selling beers after the stoppage time to the mirrors by doing price gouging. I am so surprise till now no shell company haven’t taken any action on this illegal activity.

We, entire community discussed about the illegal activity which taking place at our neighborhood, and requesting you to revoked those slot machines which addicts the neighborhood people by gambling inside the shell gas station.

I hope you will understand behalf of the neighborhood problems and I and we are hoping you will take some strict measures in order to revoked it, and if the gambling still continues we will take a step forward to inform the local media or Attorney by signing the petition against the Shell Gas station, 5515 Hwy 6 N, Houston, TX 77084 about the gambling and price gouging activities in the neighborhood.

On august 31st 2017 i purchased fuel for my car, i filled it up $21:70 so i would be ready for the gas raise due to the hurricane coming, the next day my check engine light came on, i took it to my local autozone where they know me and my car, gary ran the codes and it pulled up 3 things, he said i more than likely got bad gas, but these 3 things have to be fixed because of it, exhaust manifold, $387.99-po325 knock sensor circuit malfunction-po420 catalyst system efficiency below threshold, over $500.00 in just parts, i am a 61 year old disabled widow, my son is a deputy sheriff of catawba county he took the main read out from autozone with him to the mechanic that works on the police cars, they told him the same thing about that code read out, , , i am living on a very fixed income, my car will not pass inspection like this, i am afraid to even drive it, i would really like some feed back on what am i supposed to do about my car.

On 9/9/2017 around 11:30 -12:30 ish and I believe i gave the cashier $100 for a soda and reeeses candy. I was going to buy lottery but she had asked how my day was going and I forgot. She gave me change as if I had given her $20 it didn't register I figured I had done so then. When I realized that I had given her the hundred or 100 was missing out of my wallet I thought where could it be I only took my wallet out at the Shell gas station I went back and asked if she remembered our transaction when she said she didn't I asked her if she could check the till and see if there was a difference. The way she did so look a little suspect to me and she said it wasn't there. So I asked to if we could see the cameras. I was told to come back the next morning at 8. Monday morning at 8 I couldn't make it so I ended up getting there around 11 the employees took my name and number and said that the owner would look up look over the videos and call me. I went back the next day and the employees seemed a little upset that I was back asking again. He even made the comment line do you want the owner to look the videos over or do you not want him to look them over. So I left I still have not heard from you honor and I'm probably going to head back over there in a little bit to see if they've heard anything but if I don't understand why it has to take so long I have not seen the girl that was at the cash register that day working there since then.

After getting gas as this location (14710 Mueschke Road Suite A, Cypress, TX 77429), I immediately noticed the car felt different upon starting it. A day and a half later, it shuddered to a start and then faded off. It did this every time anyone tried it. I had it towed and the mechanic said that when they sampled my gasoline it was watered down and hardly smelled like gasoline at all. This caused severe damage to my car and have to have it repaired for $1, 300. I am filing a complaint with the department of agriculture. This is absolutely unacceptable. I have a bank statement to prove that this was the last place I got gasoline from and I am having my mechanic save a sample of the watered down gasoline. This has broken my trust with Shell gas stations and I plan on warning all of my friends and family about using Shell gasoline.

My wife purchased a 12 pack of coke at the Kenova WV location. Their machines were on the fritz and double charged us by mistake. That happens no biggie. When i went and told them what had happened I was treated in disbelief and very rude. I showed them on my bank app where they did. The girl called her manager who personally needs removed. Her manager got on the phone with me and told me she needed a bank statement printed from bank to prove charge because pending charges still may get dropped...i disagreed because other replaced do not do that. Anyway I said I'll come back once it clears through to prove it charged me. I also took back the coke product because they so rude and took 45 minutes for a refund plus had wait for someone else to drive there and do it. Yesterday I returned to the store with bank statement on phone to prove still was double charged...they argued with me andnonce again called the pathetic excuse of a manager Shelly. She still asked for a printed statement from my bank which is stupid when I had proof right there and refused to refund my card. It was not a large amount but I can't believe how I'll we have been treated. This apparently isn't the first-time Shelly has treated people this way. She needs removed or a law suit may be heading that way.

These employees are stoned out of their minds every night and when you need to purchase something, they never seem to have change. If you are in need of something and cannot wait, you will not get proper change. This is complete [censored]. The employees are too lazy to make change. I am honestly not even sure they can figure out how to make change. Avoid this gas station at night.

I went into the Shell gas station on 32nd Street and Thomas Road in Phoenix Arizona at 4:00 pm exsactly to purchase 2 few Fountain drinks for my friend and I. My sister came in after me and was standing behind me in line and I was $0.50 short on buying one of the fountain drinks. I turned and asked my sister for the $0.50 and Karen the cashier told me that I was not allowed to do that. So after I bought one of the drinks because I didn't have enough to buy another I was on my way out and stopped just to be clear with her that she was aware of the fact i knew the person behind me in line. She immediately rolled her eyes and accuse me of lying with a sarcastic tone. She thought that I was lying to her because my sister and I came in separate vehicles. so I asked if it would have been okay to borrow the money if she was aware that we were together and came in the same car. she informed me that it would not be okay that no customer is allowed to ask anybody in the store for money ever under no circumstances. So just to sum it up at the Shell gas station on 32nd Street and Thomas Road in Phoenix Arizona at 4 p.m. on Tuesday September 12th 2017 the on-duty cashier Karen told me that I was not allowed to borrow $0.50 from my sister to pay for my drink in line. I believe that she was just saying that because she was in a bad mood and wanted to be right . she was terrible at customer service accused me of lying and lied ro me herself about company policy. If I owned this gas station Karen would be fired immediately. thank you I will no longer be shopping in your store ever again due to Karen. since I'm on it I might as well mention that I did have another bad experience with the same person Karen in the same gas station 3 days or so earlier when her and my girlfriend did not agree on something I'm not sure what it was but as we were leaving I heard Karen cursing under her breath as we left. I do not believe that Karen thought that we could hear her but it was still very unprofessional of her to use profanity in front of customers.

Just leave me your location or George Washington Highway in Portsmouth Virginia. I the just received the most disrespect.and worst customer service ever.the Manager on duty use foul language and threaten me if I did not leave her store or because I want a refund to use my referral points or my gas. I will never ever visit this location. She show unprofessionalism along with a ghetto character .embarrassing in front of other customers

The employee Gloria at the gas station on 183 Ne 2ave Miami Gardens, Fl allowed another coworker to get gas while she said that the gas wouldn't be available until 9 am . I'm on 2 miles I'm running out of gas if she couldn't let everyone do Gas then employees shouldn't get special treatment. My City just experienced a hurricane, gas is mandatory at this point. What she's doing is wrong and should be treated accordingly

Google maps have the wrong phone number listed for them. Contacted the gas station and not getting any results. The phone number should be
[protected] NOT [protected] WHICH IS MY PRIVATE CELL PHONE. I am getting all their business calls. Very annoying. I got at least a hundred calls last week. Could you please take care of this matter. They are losing a lot of bussiness

On 8/30/17 @ approximately 8:30am I put gas at bayou shell in grosse tete, la in my fiancé car, 2007 Infiniti M35. As soon as I pulled out the car stayed running bad. No power & it killed within 1/2 of a mile. The check engine light is on & I filed a police report. I also called the station & the manager said she would check the pumps & call me back. She never did! The deputy who filed the report told me he went by the station later that day & the gas truck was there & he talked with the guy & the guy stated that there was a lot of water in the tanks. At this point I'm super frustrated because my fiancé car had nothing mechanically wrong with it ever & nobody has contacted me like they said they would! I use shell gas a lot but as of now I will not use shell & I will alarm people on social media to not get gas at this perticular location & also let them know how shell doesn't care about there customers nor is there employees truthful.

My girlfriend works at the shell store for the last two weeks and they told her that she has to wait another week so her check can be mail to her and she pregnant with no money to live on that's a poor way to treat y'all employees I'll never spend another dollar at Shell's store again just for keeping her check like that and she and I was needing that money to get a place with now we are out on the streets again because of your way of holding a pregnant woman pay check

I have been loyal customer for Shell gas for 10 years . Today, this is the first time ever in my life I was so embarrased in front of people in a Shell gas station . It was like a normal day, my gas tank goes almost empty, i stopped by this gas station to fill up gas . While waiting, i checked my car, it was couple peaces of used paper and 2 small used boxes so i decided to put them in the trash can at the gas station . Right after i filled up the gas, there was an old man with white beard coming out from nowhwere and chased me . I stopped my car and got out and asked him what happened . He was in shell uniform yelling at me " hey I dont want your boxes " then he made me go back and pick up the trash from the trash can and put back in my car . I was shocked . I mean "really" . There were not even big boxes . There were just 2 small boxes but he yelled at me and made me pick up my trash from the trash can to put back in my car ?! Well, i was so disappointed and Embarrassed . I dont know why he had to do it to me ? I was speechless, i only knew that i tried to do real quickly and drove away . I dont know maybe because I am Asian or he just had a bad day but he should not do that to customer . What is trash can for ? If those were big boxes, it is understandable . But there were small . Why ? Why did he do that? I dont think i will ever go nack there again even i've been coming there for at least over 3 years . No more .
