Hello, my name is otniel (neal) aviles of orlando fl. I recently joined your rewards program at the suggestion of a friend in order to benefit from the $0.05 cheaper price for fuel. Trust me with today's ridiculous gasoline prices every discount helps... Just yesterday july 2, 2018 around 4:30pm eastern time I used the rewards app on my phone to locate the nearest shell gasoline station... The app took me to 6201n. Orange blossom trail, orlando, fl. 32810 the app had mid grade 89 octane at $2.60 per gallon... When I arrived the pump read $2.97... A $0.37 diference... I asked the attendant an explanation why such big doference? When I use the app constantly to locate shell stations and the price is always right... The attendant with this obnoxious smerk on her face just looked at me as if I was making a quiestion in a foreign language... I puchased $40.00 because I was near empty...

My complaint and questions is hte very same I asked the attendant... What intelligent explanation can you provide? I almost feel like never ever geting shell gasoline again... Honestly.

I am informing you about the actions of one of your franchise holders, the Chula Vista, CA station, they are refusing fuel services to border patrol, and law enforcement officers! This is infuriating to me and everyone I talk to about this horrible practice! I work in a retail setting, selling products of an automotive nature. Therefore I see a lot of people on a daily basis. My family has purchased shell products for as long as I can remember. Since seeing this happen, we have stopped purchasing shell products. I will tell this story to anyone that will listen, until this practice stops, or the station owner is stripped if his franchise! To give you an idea of an average of how much fuel I use per month in commuting, 128 gallons.

The Shell station at 4446 Logan Way, Youngstown, OH 44505. Every year in the summer an old woman in an old red car is there. She waits at pump 1 and waits for me to pull into pump 2. She then tells me that she paid $15.00 in cash for gas at the wrong pump. The first few years I ignored her, paid for my gas by credit card, and left. This year and last year, she tricked me into paying $15.00 for her gas. She has a man in his early thirties, with red hair and a mustache who assists her. He wears a tightly fit shell shirt. I have lived here for almost 10 years, and never saw him at the cash register. I ask that you ascertain the security footage at 2:50 pm to 3:00 pm on June 30, 2018 and have her proscecuted. She has done this to me for over 5 years.

I had situation in France. I stopped to full my tank of diesel and they have a machine for payment. I put my card inside they took for me 125 € and I took the gun put in my car but machine blocked. So they took money but they didn't give me a diesel. I looked for manager he told my that they gonna return me my money for 2 days but they didn't return money. That was 06.15.2018.
And I pay another because I need diesel. So very unprofesional.

The cashier was an old Asian guy, it looks like he works there, my fiancé and I parked and were about to get gas but had to run across the street and pay our phone bill. The Asian guy yelled at us "You cannot park there!" And I was like I'm getting gas here, he says "I don't care, go somewhere else, we don't like your kind", and I was like because I'm black? He said yes. It was the most insulting, racist, derogatory remark I ever heard coming from a professional in a gas station that is supposed to treat me like a customer, he was very rude and seemed aggressive and angry.

I never will give my hard earned funds to this gas station again, after being treated with such disrespect. And to be quite honest, I am not the first person that has complained. They are the Shell gas station in Alameda, CA right off Webster St, go take a look at the reviews. This older Asian man gives Shell a bad name.

#Shell Gas Station- 605 Clanton Rd Charlotte, NC 28217 denies an 89 year old the use of the store's restroom.

89 year old Evelyn Redic was refused the use of the facilities at a Shell gas station in Charlotte, NC on Sunday, June 24th. As a passenger in a vehicle with other elderly church members, the group was forced to pull over to take care of a flat tire. While waiting on a relative to arrive to assist them with the flat tire, and waiting in mid- 90 degree temps, Ms. Redic asked an employee of the store for the use of their restroom. The staffed attendant did not respond to her request as an off duty attendant refused to give her access to use the restroom. One of the passengers advised the off duty attendant that Ms. Redic was recently released from the hospital and really needed the use of the restroom. Her plea was ignored by the store employee. Ms. Redic, an 89 year old senior citizen who walks with a cane after enduring a stroke used the restroom outside on the grass near the parking lot.

On the evening of Friday, 6/22 at approximately 7:50 pm I purchased fuel and purchased a car wash with it. I entered my code and pulled into the car wash, but it only did the under carriage and nothing else, no lights were working on the unit inside (red/green). So I pulled around and tried again, no luck. I went back in and told the team member what happened, he reissued me a new car wash and all seemed well. When I got back out to the car wash, the screen was frozen on "print receipt", so I hit print thinking that it would take me back to the home screen to allow me to enter the new code...it didn't, but I got a receipt. So I made another trip inside and told the team member that I was having issues and wondered if he had any ideas on how to help. I showed him my ticket (at this point he seemed irritated) and he proceeded to go out the back door to the car wash. I followed, all the while telling him I could just come back some other time, he ignored me. We got up to the screen and it was back to the home screen. So I told him that I would come back and asked for my receipt back, he started walking away saying "yeah so you can get another free car wash like all the others". I told him my vehicle was parked right out front and I welcomed him to come see that it was still dirty. He then flicked the ticket at me and walked back inside mumbling something under his breath, I couldn't understand. At that point I became frustrated and told him that since he was being rude and making accusations without taking the opportunity to look at my car that I would reach out to management. I was also surprised that he left the lobby unattended for 2-3 minutes while we were outside. There was a lady waiting at the counter when we got back in. I've attached a copy of the receipt from the 1st wash that didn't work, the second wash that I still have the ticket for and another car wash I purchased about 10 minutes later so I could wash my vehicle. I understand that it can be frustrating dealing with individuals that try to get free car washes, but how he behaved was unreasonable and unacceptable. The only thing I would really appreciate would be an apology from him...unfortunately I didn't get his name, but he was the only one working. Tall-thin fellow with a hat on. I was a customer who prepaid $20 for fuel. I drove off without fueling. When I came back to speak to a manager he said there was nothing he could do for me. He proceeded to state that it would make his drawer short. I asked if there was video to watch so he could see and he said he had no cameras. Why a business would have no cameras is putting that business and its customers in a vulnerable position. As a manager at a local business I do whatever it takes as long as it's reasonable to make my customers happy.

Hello there im hoping someone can help me as im working with a contractor on a project in the Texas location see attached signed agreement of payment that they have not released my funds I lent just under 40, 000 U.S for a shipment they needed for supplies only to have this letter written before that they will release funds once the job is completed which as of Tuesday it has been and I was told on Tuesday they are releasing my money and as of today I have not received anything nor a receipt of wire payment
im a single mom with 2 kids this money was taken out of my line of credit to help my friend Marco Sidan who is the contractor on this project yet they are not releasing my funds as promised on our agreement.

Can someone pls look into this for me as I dont want to have the lawyers get involved with this as noone is answering my calls or emails regarding payment and this is of urgent matter.

Pls reply that you have read this and looking into it for me ASAP as I said im desperate to have my money back as this was a loan and im a single parent with mortgage and 2 kids.

I made two fuel purchases of $44.64 and $10.00 from Shell, 11695, N Kendall, Miami on May 12th, 2018. And both the times $65 was deducted from my Forex card (4766xxxxxxxx8116). I was told that I would get back the entire money and only $54.64 (44.64+10 = 54.64) would be charged on the card. So $54.64 were again deducted from the card after 2 day (May 14th, 2018). But only $65 was reverted back to me and is reflected in my statement. It's been more than a month now and I've not received the remaining $65 back yet.
So now, my card company is asking me to get a mail from you guys mentioning following things:-
"merchant letter or the receipt on e-mail stating the amount is no longer blocked from the merchant's end and that the same will not be claimed in the future.
The email should contain the merchant's name, Transaction Date, Transaction Amount, Transaction ID and Card Number."

Please look into this and send me the required details so that I can claim my amount back.

we have bought our gas at Shell for years. This morning at 7:59 my husband used his debit card at the pump to put $50 in gas in his truck. He usually uses pay at the pump since he is handicapped. Our bank shows 2 charges at Shell for $50 and $85 at exactly 7:59. We had over $3000 in checking at the time. I went to the bank to ask why and they have no idea. There is nothing posted at the pump about temporary holds . Went back to Shell and the cashier said it is nothing to do with them, Back to the bank who pointed out the money went to Shell and is no benefit to them. I needed gas 2 hours later and paid inside $17.90 with no problem. If there is a hold on funds policy it needs to be clearly posted at the pump per Arkansas state law. Thanks Mary B

On 6/11/17 I went into the Shell/Superpumper #11. They have both sign on the pump and a software choice in the communication window for accepting the fry's VIP card.
the pump would not accept the card. I went inside and asked about the problem. I was told "we are not accepting the Fry's VIP card TODAY"

If you are not participating-take the signs for accepting down.

This is false advertising.

Me and my boyfriend went into this shell Gas Station in Chesapeake store number 3013 to buy something to drink cause it was hot we have never been in there before and a old white lady was watching us and said something to my boyfriend cause he had a backpack on and said to him really and said there is a sign that said no backpacks we didn't look at the door we just wanted something to drink that's all she pretty much accused him of stealing and I really feel like its cause he is black old racist [censored] anyway I didn't appreciate her treating him like a criminal cause of his skin color we will never visit this location again shell lost a customer cause of her so I would like something done

My wife and i both frequent your location in middletown, ky. Our
bank notified us that our account had fraudulent charges on our
checking account in the amount of $1040.00 because of a skimming
device in place at your location on gatehouse way...The atm withdrawls
took place in miami, fla. What is our recourse with your company and how can we trust using your pumps in the future.

My husband and I shop at this shell station alot! Cause it's just a couple of blocks from our home and if have to walk or ride the bus we have no car! Well my husband debit/credit card brinks we are allowed to go over $10 but he has overdraft protection anything over that they charge his account $15 overdraft fee well about a week ago this happened for a nickel my husband acct was going to get charged $15 so we went back up there within 30min explained to them what the problem was and we needed that transaction voided and redone and we would pay the overage in cash which was.54cents well we had to walk up there 3different times to get it done right it never got credited back to our acct but the next $4transaction and we paid the.54cents got charged to our acct another $15 overdraft charge so we had to go back up there again finally it got credited and overdrafts were put back on our acct but just 2days ago this happened I had the $1.50 in my pocket just forget put it on card got to my girlfriend car and realized what I had done brinks was going to charge our acct $15overdraft fee for $1.47 so I immediately went back in ask to have to transaction voided and only put $20 on card and I had the $1.50 in cash and they could keep the.2cents she said wait i'll get the manager he came out and started going off I can't keep doing this i'm not going to do this I need to see your id I said for what the clerk didn't ask for it and you didn't ask for it on the other transaction you voided the other day that I had to come here 3times to get it done right he said very rudely I cant do it I wont do it without robin creel my husband of 34yrs and i'm on the acct too! He was very rude not professional not a way you talk to a customer much less a customer that comes there alot and he doesn't lose no money voiding a transaction and doing it a different way he just a [censored] and lazy [censored] who is in our country by our choose to let him here sorry i'm not racist but there was no call for the way he treated me with the business my family and I give that store and he only has done that 1other time just a week ago he made it sound like every time I come there he has to do that! Well something needs to be done with this matter cause brinks is voiding the whole transaction so shell is losing $21.47 and bout 30customers cause my whole family will stop shopping there immediately! I think not only the $21.47 the my husband brinks acct giving him back but shell should have to compensate me for all my troubles and inbarement in front of other customers! A few weeks ago, I went and filled up at the Shell station on 1833 4th st in San Rafael, ca. One of my tires was low so I went and asked the attendant if he could turn on the pump, he said "sure, its always on". So I went around filled up and left.

On Tuesday June 5th, my tire was low again so I went back and tried the air pump, but it wasn't on. So I went inside and asked the same attendant if he could turn it on. He said "you need to put in quarters" . I told him last time I was here, I didn't need to put in quarters it was just on. He was immediately rude and put off, and told me he never said that, and that I need to put in quarters to get the pump to work.

Upon research, I found out that its California state law that if you purchase fuel, its required to turn on the pump for free. I hadn't purchased fuel that day, but the employee didn't inform me of this, just told me to put in quarters. I was in my pg&e uniform at the time, and when I asked him why it was free last time, he said "why should I have to pay for you? You're pg&e" I asked what working for pg&e had to do with it, and he just repeated "why should i pay for you? You should be paying me"

Someone should inform the employee that with fuel purchase the air is to be turned on for free, that way he can pass that information on to customers.

The shelf tag was marked 99 cents and the tax rate in Cincinnati, Ohio is 7 cents for one dollar. I expected to pay $1.06 for one can and $2.12 for both. I was charged $2.14 for the two beers and I told the male clerk that he was wrong. The lady clerk said that $1.00 and seven cents tax equaled $1.07.. I told both employees they were wrong. The sign said 99 cents. I paid $2.14 and I took the bag back to recheck the price. I removed the tag from the price holder and told the clerk that I wanted my two cents back and the male clerk gave me two cents and I left. The next day I bought only one beer and again I was told that the beer was $1.07 total I explained that the beer was marked 99 cents. The lady clerk told me that I was the one who took the price label and to never come in the store again and I left without the beer. The price label is marked 99 cents not $1.00.

The pumps at this station have been malfunctioning for many months. The display screens go BLANK while you are trying to answer the questions.

They don't seem to care. But they put up notes taped to the pump to tell you to see the attendent.

Very frustrating and almost feels like a scam going on.

SHELL management should fix these pumps... They are broken!

So Friday June 8, 2018 at 7:51am at store 6833 177 street Edmonton Alberta T5T 4K3 I had tried gassing up at the pump using my debit. It was declined so I went into the store the woman that was working that shift said sorry the machines out side are acting up that I could pay inside. So I tried again and once again it was declined. So I went back into my car checked my bank and it said that Shell transaction went through. So I went back into the store the woman said there is nothing that she can do that I should get my money back into my account within 48hrs. If I do not get it back into my account to come back Monday morning and she will fix it. So this morning I went back spoke to the same woman and she said sorry there is nothing I can do that I have to take my Transaction Failed to the bank to get my money back. So I went to the bank they told me to take it back to shell they have to issue me my money back. So after I got off work I went back to the same shell at 5:25pm and there was a young guy and his respond was to come back in the morning to see the same woman who I've been talking to only she can issue me my money back that she is the store manager. At this point I'm really stressed out I have barely any gas no money I'm struggling single parent of three I don't get any help from the other parent and I don't get paid till Friday. I'm very upset that finding out she could have issued me my money back on Friday she was there when happened instead of fixing it in the first place giving me back and forth run around is not expectable. So I would like to know how I could fix this asap please and thank you

Hi I m going regular to you fuel station but I notes then guy working night shift at stenhouse gorgie he is indian he all time so rude and busy with hand free phone talk their language. He don't consantrate on customer. He always busy on his life [censored] guy. I don't know his name sunday night he was there. If you want I can find his name as well. I ask him give me respect please and he feel inssult. I don't know he is so busy on phone. I don't know what to tell more my many friends go there they told me same
