Shell refusal

I live in Miami and currently we are going through the crisis of Hurricane Irma about to hit us. Of course everyone is going crazy wanting to get gas. I unfortunately had a horrible experience at one of your locations in Miami, location 10401 S Dixie. I got out of the vehicle to check to see if there were any available gas pumps since a few gas pumps were closed and I could not see from where I was in line waiting. As soon I approached the pumps, a gentleman claimed to be the gas station owner and told me that I had to come the next day because everyone that was waiting in line were his employees. I looked around and asked, all these people are your employees? And he responded with "my gas station" in a very rude matter. For someone who claims to be the gas station owner, I do not think it was professional at all for him to refuse allowing me to put gas into my vehcle due to the circumstances we are going through due to hurricane Irma.

Dear Sars,

I am a professional driver and a regular shell customer. I visit shell filling station 320 Huntingdon Street Nottingham NG1 3LH, Wednesday 06/09/2016 at about 15:10 and the customer service Adviser (“MR. SHAKY "that was his name badge) totally refused to authorise me to fill the diesel in my car. He was very rude to me and shouted at me that" I don’t have common sense at all".

I am a law-abiding citizen and I do respect everyone else as well as I have respect for myself, but this attitude from your customer service representative was absolutely non-professional and unacceptable at all. I felt very much disappointed as there was not enough diesel in my car & once I was refused to serve, I have got no choice to leave the filling station and soon I drove away at about thousand yard my car stopped in the middle of the road because there was no diesel, I must push the car and then get a lift to another filling station for diesel. I was left totally stranded by shell at this point.

Dear Sars, I entered in the station at about 15:10 to wash my car once I finished washing I try to drove to the pump but then find out there was an oil tanker and I cannot drive through  straight ' So I reverse my car and came out of car wash to the fuel pump but it was busy ' I queued up  right next to car wash facing towards filling pump while not blocking the entrance of other vehicles but then another customer drive through straight front of me I told them that I was waiting in the queue but that person was already on the pump so the fill the diesel and went inside the kiosk to make payment while taking too long on the tills, I pip my Horne to get their attention as I was running out of time. This customer came out and said to me that (Gentlemen on kiosk told them I was not in the queue) but then at same time Your customer service representative approach to me and said to me that"I have no common since at all and he is not going to allow me to fill the diesel ".
Therefore, I requested him to let me have the diesel but he denied doing so.

I went inside the shop and request him to allow me to fill the diesel while making his video as a proof and you can see the video he did not let me allow to fill the diesel and his attitude was not professional at all'

I then have got no choice to leave the station and then got stranded, got late for my work, lost my time and money and been treated in an absolute non-professional manor. I lost my faith on shell customer service, how dare I was left totally stranded' stressed and helpless.

I would humbly like to request you to view the attached video and please do view the CCTV cameras from the filling station as well please.

I am humbly requesting you to look in to my complaint please and will be waiting for your kind response.

Shell the store manager pull out the nozzle from my tank and it poured into me

i wanna file a complain and I want them to pay for the compensation, I've been having headache since yesterday. The store manager named Leonor kramer at the shell gas station at this location 251 nw 136th ave, sunrise fl 33325. She pour a gas on me when In fact I ask her not to take out the nozzle from my tank, she could have set me on fire or the whole gas station by pulling the nozzle from my car..
I miss work yesterday and I couldn't function as much as I used to today as well, I'm having massive headache and also my car smells like gas, I want to be compensated about this with my new shoes that I just got for work, my clothes and as well as the smell inside my car..

Shell propane gas

I asked for a propane refill . I Saw the new sealed tank. So I went into the store and ask for a refill. The clerck told me he can no sell it to me. I said but is there you can see it. He say I know but the guy "behind" told him not to sell it anymore. This is on the doors of Irma hurricane. Did I mention that Imake gas over here every week. Location US 1 and Sheridan Street. Hollywood Florida.
Never coming back to she'll.

Shell shell station in bloomburg texas

I went to the Shell station on 8-30-17 and bought $21 paid with by debt card. My husband went in there soon after and they told him that I needed to come back up there and run my card that it was voided. So I check my bank app and it showed it took it out. Went back up there and showed it to them. They said oh now it didnt. So I ran it again as credit this time and it charged me again the next day. I called up there and the manager told me it would take 24 hours and one of the $21 should be pending. Its not pending and I have been charged twice. I really need my $21 back and feel like I've been treated un fair. Please help me get this matter resolved. Thank you. Patty Huddleston [protected].

Shell hold on funds that have already been paid

Hello my name is Vonda Hoover. I came into ur shell station here in Salisbury nc and made a purchase of $25.43 for gas there are two charges on for 11:24 am and one for 12:28pm the 12:28 charge was paid however the 11:24 charge is still on hold can u guys release these funds back to my card immediately? Shell gasoling gouging

I recently bought shell gas at circle k, located at 4829 jackson street extension, alexandria, la 71303 and paid 2.069 for gas. The next day it was 2.299. Today i stopped at the station, went in the store and someone from my car pumped shell gas. When i returned I realized gas was 2.459. I advised the station manager that i was going to report them for gouging. I was told shell corp qtr set the price. I'm reporting u for gouging.

Shell online survey

Hello,

Why has no one contacted me yet? I have left complaints with this survey before, taking the time to fill everything out and being cut off before putting my information in! Whether i fill out survey for 2 days ago or two weeks, i have no opportunity to participate, its very frustrating, i want to vent to an actual shell employee so they can know i have lost many opportunities and one day im just going to take my business elsewhere

Shell fuel quality

This morning around 5:30AM. I purchased fuel at a Shell gas station located at 3355 Benning Road in Northeast, Washington, DC. I used pump 5 and purchased $10 worth of gasoline. By the time I got to work, my car smelled like gasoline. I immediately checked for leaks, but did not see anything. While heading home around 4PM my car started stalling in and out on the highway and my engine sounded irregular. I had to have it towed because I couldn't keep the car on long enough to make it home. I'm waiting to hear from my mechanic, but I'm pretty sure this is a fuel issue on Shell's part. I just had maintenance performed on my car a week and it was running perfectly fine until this morning.

Shell shell stole my money and won't return it

I went to a shell down the street from where I live on Pembina Hwy in Winnipeg Manitoba I tried to purchase a pack of cigarettes when the very rude manager told me the machines were down. I got a notification from my bank that the money came out of my account I checked my statement and it indeed came out. I called the store to let them know and the manager refused to give me my cigarettes or my money back even with proof from my bank. I am calling the police on this particular store for stealing money! This is the last time I will use this shell store ever again.

Shell horrible customer service and leaking fuel pumps.

Hello, I purchased gas from the Shell at 3697 Memorial Dr. Decatur Ga 30032 on Aug 23, 2017. I put the fuel pump into the car and let it auto pump as I sat back in my car. When the pump stopped I noticed that the gas was leaking from the handle and a large amount of my gas had leaked onto the ground. I informed the staff on duty who then came out to check it out however upon approaching the pump he stated that 'I dont have time for this' and walked back into the store. I normally pay $35 and some change when the gallon is $2.22 however I paid $38.17. I have videos for any evidence that is needed. I would like this issue to be resolved so that no one else is wasting money for gas that is being wasted and spilled onto the ground. I would also like to be compensated for the mishap. Thank you.

Shell scratch on my car

I went to a location in bend Oregon. As I'm watching the boy put the gas nozzle in he misses and hits the side of the car. As he just walks away and didn't want to tell me, then as another boy comes to wash my windshield and gets soap all down the side of my car and used a used No I towel to wipe it off cause g more scratches to my car. As neither one of them could tell me they scratched my car.

Shell unethical behaviour

Hello,
My family stop at one of your locations on 8/27/17, in Hesperia. Sadly our experience was not pleasant. I tried to purchase $15 worth of gas and drinks for my family and was told by the employee that she was not able to break my $50 bill. I was told that I had to purchase more items? If it was early in the morning I could understand but it was 3 pm in the afternoon and it were plenty of customers purchasing gas at the time. As much as I am a loyal customer to your company I return my items and went to the gas station located a few stores down. My family asked what happen and why and sadly I didn't have a answer. I'm hoping you can explain to me why?

Shell rude worker

The cashier at the shell on 20755 Weber road was incredibly rude to me and the customer before me. When I ask for help the cashier replies with what am I going to do as well as when I am making my transaction not allowing me to complete it due to my usage of a gift card as well as cash. I wonder what type of business doesn't accept their own gift cards. Either way I am severely disappointed with my service here and I will not be coming back to this location.

Shell third shift cashier

The third shift cashier at the Shell station on Michigan and Fuller in Grand Rapids, MI always stops me outside and tells me I can't come in. I finally asked her why she won't allow me in the station and she says because she doesn't like me. I told her I have never caused a problem here. She told me when she is working she can refuse service to whoever she wants for whatever reason she wants and she doesn't like me.

Shell customer service

so every morning i go to the same shell station for coffee on my way to work. this morning i stopped and once again they had no coffe.. its 8:20 in the morning 3 people working including the manager who is pretty much never doing anything. and no coffee once again..seriously shes reading a magazine,
2 other customers and no coffee... this is not the first time this has happened.. and i could understand if it was one little pot.. but they have 4 giant pots and nothing...how does that happen with 3 people working and only 2 cash registers? i had to ask if they had more and they were like oh is it out? OMG ! one of the cashiers starts making it and she still just stands there.. he like it will be about 8 minutes! so needless to say i left no coffee and pissed off as this is not the first time it happened.

Shell unauthorized credit card charges, unethical behavior

I purchased gas at the foxing blvd station in new haven ct for 26 dollars.
On 8/23/2017
as I look at my account today I see that SHELL GAS STATION charge me 26 dollars for gas which posted on my statements but there is a pending transaction of 75 dollars from SHELL GAS STATION . I work for the bank so I know when a company is holding a transaction and when the bank is holding transactions. I called the company about the card and they told me SHELL GAS STATION is the one who is charging me the 75 dollars.
I spoke with someone this morning at the shell terminal where I bought gas. The attendee was very rude and was unable to help me at all and anything he did answer he was very unsure as if he wanted to rush me off the phone. I called the customer service as well and spoke to the customer service representative Christina and I tried to explain to her the same situation and she told me I need to check with my bank and shell has nothing to do with the authorization but clearly on my pending transactions it shows SHELL is holding 75 dollars from me. If this issue is not resolved within the next business day. I will bump this up the highest level in corporation until the issue is resolved. All I did was buy gas. If I knew I have to go through all this trouble I would have never brought gas in the first place. This is unfair to the customers who has no one knowledge of how the system works on the company ends

Shell management

A manager located in Big Spring Tx posts on her facebook about her job and how she goes around the counter "calling people out" ready to fight them, put on blast former employees and talks about higher management and how they threaten her and how she cusses at them, I have gone to that store and she has her son working with her and he's running around, eating and she will get smart and tell you something when you tell her. I have all the screen shots to prove it. How can you have a manager that taunts customers that she don't like come in and taunt her employees? She refuses to submit applications of people she don't like since she can't do the hiring no longer. She's very unprofessional and a bully.

Shell water in diesel

To who it may concern, I have been filling up with disel at the shell service station (emerald vic) for the last 6 months and have ended up with water running through my engine, resulting in my car being unusable and is going to cost me thousands of dollars to fix which is unexcetable! If you can get back to me so we can work a solution out, if not I'll be seeking legal advice
