Shell gas station faulty nozzle spill

Feb 13 filling gas at Shell 1260 Eglinton Ave W Mississauga, nozzle didn't auto stop, poured out of my car, on me, my coat, my shoes, ground. Had to pull the nozzle tab away from handle to stop. Went in Maha (too lazy to put paper into the receipt at pump) complained, she said Sam, owner, would call me. He didn't. I called customer service Feb. 15 File [protected]. Feb. 23. nothing. March 6 for over an hr. Asked for supervisor told I would get a call in 4- 15 days nothing. Voice Messages, rude customer service over&over&over, called long distance to Calgary. Again April, more rude, promises, I have all kinds of names of lazy, rude agents & the specifics. I want to be compensated for my time, long distance calls, dry cleaning, boots, gas I paid for that was all over my car (which stank for days because my shoes/coat soaked in gas - dangerous). Horrible company that doesn't get back to its customers, that lectures its customers, that is rude to its customers.

Shell rewards/credit cards. counter persons.

Hello:
On 03/27/18 my wife and I pulled up to the pump. I prepared to fuel as we usually do, first putting in the fuel rewards card (last #, 7145) which confirmed the discount. Then I put in our Shell gas card [protected] #70001) and pumped fuel for 10.898 gallons at 2.459. The problem, this was the price BEFORE the rewards discount, the rewards card did not register. I went into the station to check on the problem, and I had to wait while the 2 persons behind the counter discussed some arranging of product, ignoring my presence for some time. When the girl asked what she could do for me (no smile, acting like I had invaded her personal space). I told her about the problem, she rudely informed me that the card was not activated, but I have been using this card since last year. She shrugged her shoulders, an said there was nothing she could do about it, end of conversation. I realize that this is not a great amount of money, but I want to get a larger discount for the amount of fill-ups.
This is not the first time that I have had a customer service person at this station (GCS 41 Shell, 3730 10th st, Menominee Mi, 49858) that was not much of a customer service person. I have used this station because it is close to home, but they are building more stations in the neighborhood.
Rant over.

Shell price for gas

I protest the price difference between Regular Benzin and the Eco Benzin. There is no difference in the production of Regular Benzin and the Eco Benzin. If there is minor cost difference, it does not warent a 4 Cent difference that Shell stations are trying to make here in Germany the last several months. I have offen purchased Shell gas in the past, but from now on (until this difference ceases) I will not purchase any more gas from you. Shell refusal of purchase of goods with eftpos

The Shell Service Station in Fitzroy Crossing refused to allow purchases of goods with eftpos, only allowing the purchase of fuel with eftpos. I was advised that there was no issues with the eftpos and no other reasoning was provided, other then "management said so". This is a small remote town with only 1 ATM in town and no access to this after the BP service station closes which it has done at this time. The only supermarket in town was also closed. Using eftpos is essential for people in this town to be able to get the goods they need.
This is also not the first time this has occurred.

Shell absolute negligence

I had put petrol atShell outlet porur today 26th March. The petrol pump boy had filled petrol and left the machine tube & gun inside the tank and did not remove it. My husband went swiped the card for the value and when he came back something stuck me, i told my husband to just check if the gun is removed from the tank! No the boy had left it there irresponsible! I had to go and shout the supervisor who Cooley said sorry madam next time this will not happen!
There would have not been a next time for us had my husband took the car without noticing it!
Can some strict action be taken on this negligence

I was on my very last drop of gas, so I dropped into the station. Most of the doors were locked (understandably) and the pumps were aweful. Eventually I was able to get pump #7 to accept my card, however the pump never indicated what type of gas I was getting. I asked the attend to stop the transaction and to give me a receipt. He said the machine was not working...I told him to give me his name and store number. Then he proceeded not to understand English. I again informed him to give me his name...his government issued name. He then gave me someone else receipt. After I told him this was not my transaction, he said well I can't give it to you...what do you want me to do about?" "Come back in an hour and speak to the manager." I informed him this station is doing a did-service to an unready underserved area and the attendant took his hand and flicked me off and told me to leave. I informed the attendant that I was going to call the police...he then gave me a receipt with the store number, address and his name. Everyone at the pump was dropping their kids off to a prestigious private school down the street, headed to work, etc. 85% were complaining about the inactivity and slowness of the pumps . The pumps were dripping at a snails pace and within 10 minutes, I had less than a gallon of gas, so I believe the pump could be pulling in water. I have used Shell Gas for 15 years in my luxury GM Cars and I'm extremely disappointed at the level of service received from the attendant but especially the Gas. I only have a voided receipt which I will be happy to share at your request. That corner store is really giving Shell a bad name. Please investigate.

This store needs new management and employees with good customer service skills. The pumps needs to be replaced before it ruins customers fuel systems. Its simply awful.

Shell filthy service station 3737 49th st n st. pete fl 33710

this station should not have a Shell sign out front, it is very dirty inside and out, the attendants are rude especially "sam" he probably
made this name up . the credit card readers on the gas pumps never work and always out of paper I would be reluctant to by food or
drink inside the store because of filth on top of everything the workers never clean they are always talking to the [censor] and drug dealers they should be cleaning and putting paper in the pumps I do not believe Shell would associate there name and good reputation
with such a filthy place and class of people I buy at least 100 gallons of fuel there a week tonight when I asked for help and was told to
go buy my gas somewhere else that was it someone from corporate Shell should call me and lets make a surprise visit to this location
I want to be contacted by corporate Shell the owner and local guy's knows what is going on there we the people need to get on
social media out lets and put the word out about this place, YELP, etc there are new WaWa's Thorntons etc opening all the time
come on Shell do something corporate pls contact me

Shell credit card service

I cancelled my account after 1 month due to a late fee that was charged incorrectly. The account was paid in full. Since then i continue to receive an increasing balance due to additional late fees. I have talked to three people who said it was an inappropriate fee. And twice have been credited but still continues. The last person i spoke with did not tell the truth and was very rude. I have tried several times to resolve without any help.

Shell gasoline purchase unauthorised credit card charges

I purchased $7.50 or regular unleaded gasoline at shell station [protected]
239 Monsignor O'Brien Highway Cambridge MA on 3/17/18. Transaction number 9014008, authorization number 570737, invoice number 982363.
I then found I was also charged $75.00 which appeared on my pending transaction report from my bank. I am going to my bank this morning 3/20/18 to see what I can do to hold funds. I will never use shell products or purchase gas with your company again and have made a point on social media to make a point that your franchise owner is practicing fraudulent business dealings.
That fact that it is costing me more than that amount because of the time I need to take out of operating my small business to fix this infuriates me even more.

Always rude most disquististing store bathrooms are horrible. This store isn't in the ghetto it's in Birmingham next to university of Alabama @ Birmingham near my job and I will never go back.they have been rude multiple times and for the 1st time ever I had to use the restroom when I went in to fill up I have pictures and a video. The video is from 2 months ago of the guy being a complete [censor] to this guy and then he was rude to me the pictures are from today. I will go to the chevron across the street now or stop in my hometown from here on out. Shell bathrooms and fountain machine

I just went to the shell station and went to get a drink out the fountain and there was bugs coming out the machine with my soda. Also the men's bathroom is horrible there is pee all over the place paper towels and smells horrible no one ever cleans it I am regular customer to this facility and no one is doing anything to fix it the cashier today was rude when i brought the situation up an showed him my cup there was another customer who was getting a fountain drink and had bugs in there cup.

On March 17, 2018 at 11:40am a gentlemen whom refuse to give me his name . He was very rude and upset that I did not give him with my fuel rewards card before i ask for gad. I advise him that i have never had to do that he accuse me as a lair. Then ask me how long have I had the card. I told him for a long time . He said at this location you have to. I did advise him because of him being very rude that I will report hoom to corporate. He said so what that he did not care

Shell micheal at servo cnr main st and torquay rd hervey bay

I went there today to get mower fuel and a soda stream bottle as I have done many times before.
Today however was the first time that I was refused service because he had not sited the bottle. Never asked this before. Went outside showed him the bottle, came back and lined up again. He gave me the key and proceeded to say, "you have to put your bottle in and take a full one out. I said don't treat me like an [censor].
Came back in and he said, have you got flybuys, want a receipt, schools program stickers. I said I just want to pay and go.
I was so annoyed I left the fuel there. I will not go back to that servo. I will not go to any shell servo ever again.
This guy should not be in customer service. I have never come across someone so unsuited to that job. Then to top it off he called the police.

Shell fuel station

At a busy time, a trainee was doing the transactions . There were a lot of cars and drivers waiting and he took his time and was not very nice at all. Another female employee started berating me with a smirk . It was 1C and it took a long time to do one transaction. I will avoid as much as possible to use this Shell station in the future.
All I had said was if he could please hurry it up because it was cold. That's it.

Shell shell station at 11015 east pine street, tulsa, oklahoma [protected]

This station looks like a ghost land. At night the lights are barely visible from the street and the lights in front of the store are dim. The owners are from India or somewhere like that and they don't want to use the electricity I guess. I had to stop there last week and I was almost too scared to pump the gas because of the darkness. I had to pump gas because I looked down and it was almost empty and this station was on the way to my home in Owasso. Shell needs to make these owners use electricity and have the lights bright around the pumps and in front of the store. My daughter works at Frito-Lay in the area and most of the workers there think the store is out of business since it is so dark inside and outside.

Shell pump receipts not working

I do ride share for a living and need to fill up on a daily basis. The shell I use regularly is closed for months to do repairs. This on is located at 25199 lorain Road. I was directed by one of their past employees to go to 23385 Lorain Road North Olmsted, Ohio 44070. That station is owned by the same Shell franchise owner or owners, by which I was told. I do not use my payments in the pumps because of security so I pay inside. I only use my debit where I can put in my pin number. When I do this I figure I can get a receipt out of the pump for my business records and do not have to go back into the store. It is very rare when the receipts come out of the pump and when I have complained about it numerous clerks have directed the problem to the owner or owners. The sad thing about this is that this station has been recently upgraded. This is very poor customer service and negligent on the people who run this station and I am just wondering if something could be done about this. It is a poor representation of the reputation of Shell's good name.

Shell window wash

On the late evening hours of march 9th I stopped in to get a cup of coffee and use the restroom I also had bird poop on my windows and went to wash them but as I did so a black attendant told me I had to move my car cause I was blocking the pumps so I moved up a bit to let other cars to get gas. Again the black mail told me because I was not getting gas that I was in the way this made me very upset and I yelled at him honked my horn and took off fast without buckling my belt or turning on my lights. This man should be nicer to customers. This is the station located at the corner of Broadway and grand in portland oregon no clue on zip code. Cause of this man I will never go back to that location again

Shell credit card account

My name is Gary S. Ward (credit card #[protected]). I have had my credit card account since 1976. A few weeks ago, my Shell credit card was rejected at a local Shell station as was my wife's a little later. I just contacted your customer service and was told that the last four digits of my social security number do not match the number I have provided. After verification via phone confirmation, the service rep informed me that the account was declined due to bankruptcy. As I have not filed for bankruptcy and you appear to have someone else's social security number attached to my account after 44 years I assume you have a very big problem. Since no options were provided to me to resolve this issue, I will no longer be a Shell credit card holder as I can not trust Shell with sensitive information. My concern is that Shell likely has my social security number attached to someone else's account and I would like to know how this can be corrected immediately.

Shell price gauging by shell

I got gas at Shell station in Lake Buena Vista, Florida today, and was charged $5.99 per gallon (more than twice the market price). There were no clearly visible signs posted with the price. It cost me $70 to fill up the tank of my small, fuel efficient, Chevy Cruze. Outrageous! I am very angry and disappointed. I will no longer use Shell unless they reimburse me forn the overcharge.
