I own a 2007 convertible PT cruiser and according to Chrysler my tank totally empty will take a maximum of 15 gallons
I drove in to the Shell station above in Van Nuys CA in empty but by no means it was totally empty, in any case I went in to the cashier and I told him pump 3 fill up, I went a filled my tank and to my surprise it continued to fill past 15 gallons to 15.91 and if I of let it continue it would of gone to more, I stopped it and I went to the, cashier and advised him of my situation, and instead of him checking he said that I don't know what I am talking about and that I just didn't know that my tank took more, that really upset me since I went in, in good faith because meters could go wrong but this guy tought it was funny and didn't do anything about it, but I will

This Gas Station located at the above address rejects the self-service by not taking in the Shell Credit Cards at the pumps. The pumps don't read the Shell Credit Cards! The cashier, Mr. ALI refuses to do fill ups lacking the necessary skills for programing the charging machine. Moreover, Mr. ALI is very unprofessional and very rude with the customers. He uses an astonishing vulgar language and manifest a violent verbal behavior towards the customers. I live close to this gas station and I'm seeing this cashier' s out of control behavior very often. I personally called KENK company and left a message but NOBODY CARES! I hope this written message will be seen by someone in charge to stop and correct this situation as soon as possible. Thank you.
