Shell unkept restroom

I went to use the women's restroom at the Shell station, 6407 Ward Blvd in Wilson, NC. The bathroom had no toilet paper, no hand soap, there was a mop left in the bathroom by the door blocking the sink, and the toilet was dirty. I informed the store clerk that the bathroom had no toilet paper and the mop was left in the bathroom. I was told that they would not have any toilet paper for the restroom until Monday (today is Saturday, about 5pm). I asked why couldn't he use toilet paper they have in the store. I was told it cost $1.29.😞 So, dirty bathroom with no bathroom essentials until Monday? Poor customer service, bad representation of the Shell name.

Shell unauthorized debit card charges

they withheld 75 of mine without asking this is stealing if I took 75 without asking from someone would it not be the same so why can shell do this. I missed a bill because of this and now I have to pay more. they should post or warn customers that this will happen. talked to the bank and said it can be more sometimes. this if theft to me I didn't know they took it and when I went to go pay a bill I couldn't I think they should cover for such a pointless practice. I couldn't take 75 from someone with out asking then give it back without being called a thief so why should shell get away with this.

I got gas yesterday (2/24/17) only 10$ and they took out 75. this practice should be at least posted on your tanks. cause borrowing without asking last I checked is STEALING I don't care who you are or what excuse it simply is.

Shell manager

I went in shell on 1900 N.Market st for a pack of cigars wasn't bothering anyway I said I'm in a good mood well the racist manager said I was messing up everyone else move he ask this lady was I messing up her mood she said no I wasn't bothering anyone by saying I'm in a good mood...I also have seen him sell minors tabocco and liquor products...He also took a picture of me and I called the police to make a report

Shell complaining a white woman in her 40's with very poor service.

Today is Friday of 24/02/17 at 267 main Rd east, St. Albans @2.30pm @ shell express petrol station. Been using the servo for almost 13years & never come across like this rude, arrogant & very poor service.
I drove pass & return to pump petrol within half an hr. I was at lane 16 & insert the pump, waited for 2mins.
A white lady in her 40's walking towards me so I said to her "you wasted my time for not putting up the sign (pump not working). She quickly turn her back & said "go somewhere else?"
So about half an hr I rang up & she answer so I said I want to complain. Then she asked what? So I told her why, then she reply & told me to #### off.

She was already wrong doing for not responding to her job properly quickly by putting up the sign when pump's not working, then turn her back on me instead of saying sorry to me, then told me to #### off when I tried to complain.
She give bad image & reputation to the company was not performing her job properly, very poor service, arrogant, rude, foul mouth, very poor at problem solving, no manners, bad attitude & reluctantly to help just because she's by herself.
Well think, before you react & speak.

Shell gas station employees

9520 20th Ave, Vero Beach- the worst service in the Shell store. Close the both toilet in front of me and say that they are out of order. I fill my thank and was off from long ride and need to go to rest room. After 10 arguing I was able to get in - nothing wrong was with the toilet, then my wife try to get in, same story. You should be shame. I will never spend a cent on Shell location

Shell local gas station

Shell should be embarrassed to have their name on my local service station. For months they have only had regular gas. You can't pay at the pump with your shell card. Only a debit card. Thus you can't ever use your fuel rewards card. Station is fairly new but are not avoiding offering services to be cheap and save money. Shell should be ashamed to have their name associated with this store. Address is 6275 w airport Blvd. 77035. Store number [protected]

Shell unethical behaviour

Date of incident: Saturday February 18th
Time aprox. 8:58 am to 9:20 am

I went to the Shell Station in Hickory Hills Illinois, 8801 87th St. to purchase $20 worth of gasoline. I mistakenly gave the cashier a $100 thinking that it was a $20. I realized when I got to my second destination as it was only 1 min. away. I came back to the station and no more than 2-3 mins. Later and informed the cashier that I had mistakenly given him a $100. He immediately screams "I have no hundreds in my drawer and then flings open the register. I told him that is no proving anything and he goes 'I guess if I had a $100 in my drawer I would have to give it to you" I told him that I was calling the police. A female officer came (Wagner) and took my complaint verbally. She claimed that she would view the camera's. After two attempts she claimed she did not know how to work the camera. I was told that the manager would be in on Monday morning.(First it was (9:00 and then 10:30) Monday morning I called the Hickory Hills Police Dept and I was told to come in. When I arrived to the station the female officer was in her car and stopped me before I could go in. She then tells me "Oh I left a message on your phone. I broke the cameras and the manager is getting a technician to come in. I informed her that I wanted to go to the station and speak to the manager myself. She replies that 'Oh the manager said she has never had any problems with you. I do not understand how she could say the when I did not talk to the manager or meet with her until that morning. My complaint is that all of the sudden the camera is broken. If they can pull camera footage and show that I did not give the cashier a $100 which I know I did, I will go away and be the first to apologize. $80 is a lot of money to have someone just take it away from you. The manager is running a business and should make certain her paying customers are accomandated. I told my daughter that I guarantee that there will be an issue with the cameras...low and behold...I was right. I just want to view the camera and clearly see that I gave the cashier a $20 and I will go away.

Shell hello my love ones

On the night of 2/18/2017 I Christopher F. Williams was physically assaulted by one of the employees at the 1311 w lucus st shells in Florence SC 29501 I as well as my soon be wife and her 14 year old sister. We paid the cashier for gas I brought a cigar and the rest was told to be place in gas. So here I am pumping the gas and it stopped on $5.49.So I Christopher Williams went back into the store to retrieve the amount that was left. When I enter the store the cashier knew that I was returning for my remaining balance and the cashier said that She only received $7.00 dollars and that it wasn't no more I said could you please make sure she got real upset with me and stated that I needed to get my B***h to learn how to count. I said why you saying that. This is when another one of your employees family member states that's how female's talked I stated to her to mind her business and the cashier and the customer started cursing and yelling the same cashier who previously took my money for the gas stated that she was going to call her brother by this time my Fiance was coming to get me to go to another store the cashier sister swung across my shoulder and started hitting my Fiance your two workers in uniform starts coming to me and the one that took the gas money swung across another customer and hit me in my face while I was backing out the door. This is when who ever the cashier call pulled up and blocked the exiting area of the store and a girl and some guys pulled up and a girl in a red dress who was with the people she called started fighting the 14 year old girl the guys surrounded us I grab my wife and her sister we was so shocked by what happened we got on the interstate and we got on the road my family was scared my little sister in-law cried all the way back to Columbia we all took pictures we can send them if you like but please make sure that this doesn't happen to anyone else. Someone else will be contacting you please look into this we are not even from the area we was traveling from seeing some family it is truly sad that our country has come to this we only needed Gas and got a real live Nightmare please review the store video and please take action this could have ended tragic. Shell gas attendant

I was at the gas station and saw the gas attendant take out the hose from the car in front of me and spilled a lot of gas on car so I decided to record him do my car . I recorded him and he did the Same thing my car smelled like gas inside it's upsetting
That he is doing it to everyone with no care
I didn't say nothing because I had my family in my care . But this guy need to stop

Shell customer service

A shell on 69th way and miramar pkwy 33023 theres an overnight cashier shes about 5'5 with short hair and glasses she gives me a problem everytime shes there if she not asking me for id every step of the way than shes refusing my purchase claiming my money is fake and she has no manners so its hard trying to get familiar with her to avoid having to be id everytime i come by. Its the closest gas station to me and i avoid it for the most part taking my chances rarely because shes makes it sometimes impossible to purchase telling me to "go somewhere else" some of these times ive had to walk there only to be refused and have to walk back home and ive had enough of her ####. Please im begging you to have someone talk to her about how to treat customers. Im starting to feel like this is racially motivated and if im continued to be pushed ill investigate for my self and document her actions with me and other customers that stay in the area and seek legal help against your employee.

Shell high fuel gas price

Yesterday, I stopped at the in nyc to buy fuel for my car (having 13
2 gal fuel tank volume). There was a shell employee in waiting in front of the gas and asked me which octane I want. I said 87 (which is the cheapest one that I used to buy). Today, I was shocked when I saw 99$ transaction from a shell gas station. According to my transaction, gas was bought shell but in Texas. I am super frustrated. Can somebody explain me why there is ridicolusly high price showing up? and why it shows that the fuel was bought in Shell texas.

Shell propane exchange

Hello,

I was just at the Shell Station at 2434 N Keystone Ave Indianapolis, IN 46218.

I initially arrived at 6:24 pm. I purchased a propane tank from the assistant named Misty. I gave her my old tank as she opened the propane tank container. She handed me a tank that felt empty even though it had the plastic wrap on it. I asked if I could have another one and it felt empty too. I told her that this one felt empty as well and she said that if it had a plastic wrap on it, then it was full. I trusted her.

I took it home (5 minute drive) took off the plastic, and hooked it up to my grill and discovered that it was indeed empty. There wasn't a gas cap over the valve either. I drove back to the gas station and went inside to tell them they sold me an empty tank. They told me to wait outside. I waited about 10 minutes until the manager came out and assertively said "What's the problem?". I explained that I bought an empty tank from him and needed a new tank. An assistant came out at this point too and stood uncomfortable close to me (within 6 inches from my face). He said that if there was plastic on the tank it was full. I explained that it was empty again and his assistant got into my face telling me how I was wrong. He refused to give me another tank or reimburse me.

I was too angry so I got into my car for about ten minutes. I went back in after cooling down to see if Misty could talk to the manager because I told her that the tank felt light initially. When I went back in the manager lied and said he checked the cameras and I was never there earlier. Misty then confirmed that I was there. The manager then just kept yelling at me that I was wrong and to leave.

I've never had this type of experience before. This station sold me an empty tank and then refused to help me. They were incredibly rude and lied to me. I lost $25 on the gas but I'm more angry about the service.

Please help me resolve this situation. I'm going to call in again to the customer complaint hotline as it is currently closed for the night. I go to this gas station multiple times a week. I will never buy Shell gasoline ever again unless this manager is reprimanded or I'm reimbursed as I know this is a reflection on the gas station and not the company. I had to go to another shell gas station to get another tank that was actually full after this situation. This other shell station had helpful employees who gave me tips on how to ensure my tank is full before I leave. They also apologized for the other shell stations employees and said that they are sorry for the way I was treated.

I have all the receipts if you need them.

Please help me work this situation out and I will help you in any way I can.

Shell bathroom and customer service

We were traveling from London to Pikeville, KY, and we stopped at a shell gas station that had an apple market and lee's chicken attached, and I experienced the worst bathroom and display in a gas station ever. The bathroom walls were covered in feces and it was out of toilet paper, paper towels, and the soap dispenser was torn off the wall. The women's bathroom was my final resort and when I told her about the mess, she acted as if she knew about it and did nothing about it. Like, Shell is my preferred gas station to go into because they always seem to be cleaner but this one was the worst gas station I have ever experienced.

Shell car wash

Went to shell last night at 2455 South Street in Elgin. Added a car was on to my fast purchase. Entered code. Went in neutral and the belt under the wheels was not working. Car wash started as I drove in, since belt not moving me I had to move myself through. Because of this the timing was off. The back end of my car was not washed very well and the soap was still on the car as I drove out. I do gave pictures of my car. My wash code was 71290. 10.00 car wash and my car is still dirty. I am looking for a refund of the car wash since it was so bad.

My client sustained damage to 2014 Mercedes vehicle as a result of adulterated fuel (water in gasoline) dispensed by Shell Station located at 18618 Champion Forest Drive, Spring, Texas 77379 purchased on or about [protected] and discovered by Mercedes repair facility on [protected]. Repair estimates are approximately $14, 000.00. This particular station has had numerous previous complaints and issues now discovered of water in gasoline. Shell poor customer service

My name is Autrey Fowler...
On 2/15/17 I entered the Shell Gas Station at 11108 Foothill Blvd. Rancho Cucamonga. I purchased gas and two sodas. I asked the attendant could I mix and match the sodas on sale...He promptly told me no...I purchased the sodas anyway. As I walked out of the store, I noticed that they had the sodas I was looking for. I then asked could I exchange the sodas I purchased for the ones that were on sale. I was told No and that I needed to read the sign that said all sales final. I explained to the attendant that I would purchase the soda anyway and that he should be mindful his customer service etc...I then informed the attendant that I would most definitely contact the corporate office about the matter. Their is nothing that your company can do to rectify this. I just wanted to take the time to let you know how disgusted I am with the awful service I received at your store.
I really do hope that the $5 I spent on soda in your store was worth my entire family never using your product again. Please understand that from this point on, my family and I will purchase gas from your competitors. I am fully aware that you will more than likely do nothing at all about this complaint, and that is ok because I do not have to spend money on your gas and products. Thank you for taking time to read this complaint.

Shell horrible gas station attendant

I traveled to the shell gas station on Hudson St. in Columbus Ohio on February 15 around 11 pm. As I approached the store, the attendant held the door for a patron and then promptly locked me out. He told me to wait at the window. I stood there for almost 10 minutes, watching two other potential patrons get tired and leave rather than wait behind me in line. The clerk stood there talking to the customer in the store the whole time. It was 19 degrees outside so I was rather impatient. Finally the clerk finishes ringing the other gentleman out only for him to carry out a completely separate transaction for black and molds while completely ignoring me. After giving the man his two purchases he turned towards me and signaled for me to wait one second. At this time he walked around the other side of the counter and carried out further conversation with the other customer, arms folded and back to me. At this point I left, as I had been waiting for roughly 12-13 minutes and I was very cold.

Shell gas card from winn dixie

Purchased gas at the Station in LaBelle, Florida [protected]
Had 20 cents per gallon discount from Winn Dixie - put in my Winn Dixie card and it did not work. Purchased 9.551 galleons at 2.359 per gallon. When I went into the office to get help I was told -"better luck next time." I want may 20 cents per gallon back! This is unacceptable. We won't be buying Shell gas anywhere if this is not resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. I have also complained to Winn Dixie.

Shell service at 2401 belair road

My name is Erica Dunsen. I work for the United States National Guard. Yesterday February 13th, 2016 On my way to the Aberdeen Proving Grounds I left my wallet. I stopped into 2401 Belair Road Fallston, Maryland to put what little I had in the tank. I was deeply embarrassed and humbled but spoke to a man who was willing to help me get on base. The manager and woman on duty told me she wasn't allowed to let me solicit. I teared up out of embarrassement and left. Today February 14, 2016 at approximately 9 30. I came into the shell station again to get gas and to speak with the manager to let her know how embarrassed I am and as I serve this country I want to pay it forward to others and offered a 10.00 bill to her that she could put in the back that that never happens to anyone else again. The manager told me I had been begging in her store before that it was my third occurance. I just moved to the area to be closer to base. Yesterday was my first encounter with this woman. I offered for her to call the police to create a police report because I have never did anything like that before. I was insulted and humiliated and I hope she never treats anyone else like that again. She said the owners name was Mike Brown and the address she gave me was 2401 belair road fallston Maryland. She refused to give me Mr. Brown's information. It's a shame to service your country for people who have no respect and believe you are a beggar.

Shell a racial complaint

On 02/07/2017, My husband went to the Shell store located at 501 Ave H E Arlington Texas, 76011. Where we purchased something with an EBT card . the total come up to 14.67 . There was not supposed to be taxes added. So on the 02/08/2017. He told they said to speak with a assistant manager. On 02/11/2017 . The manager is there, we ask them if they could go back to the Feb 7, to see if he was over charged . they gave us such a hard time . The manager stated " I don't like your kind, Yall from Mississippi what yall doing here getting food stamps. Why wont yall go back where yall came from. I recorded it on my phone and Will be seeking a lawyer for discrimination . They have cameras and they can run it back . The N word was also used I have the proof on my phone I recorded everything.
