Shell employee

I arrive to Miami from a long trip from Georgia driving alone as a woman. I only stay for 10min in my car. This rude employee was knocking on my car door. Then i waited for 2minutes and can into the store to be service and i mention to him i just drove from a long drive from Georgia and i needed a lotto scratch off ticket. He refuse my service. He wss very unprofessional. This matter need to be reported to headquarter. I feel violated and disrespected.

Shell cashiers

3 times this year I have been short changed. I see your website it's just like your customer care behind the counter. okay my email to you was too short so let me make it right. One time I put money on the wrong pump and someone else got free gas they said that it was my fault and there's nothing I can do. another time I gave them a ten they swore up and down I gave them a 5 and did nothing to prove it once again I was told basically tough luck. It was the same thing again tonight and the cashier was indignant to me. I think you suck and I'm pretty sure I'm done doing business with shell unless you resolve this that would include my car wash membership

Shell customer service

The shell gas station 100 w hwy 80 somerset ky. I parked up by the door because it was pouring down rain. This was oct 8th 3:30pm. I got lottery and 2 coffees and cigs. I was told to move my car because I was blocking the gas pump. I took pictures there was nobody else in the parking lot. She just felt like being rude. I will go to every extent to get her fired. I will call corporate everyday I will go on every website I will call her boss. Whatever it takes. I feel like if i'm buying anything from shell I have the right to park anywhere I want! If you don't want to put a smile on your face and be nice to the customer don't take a job at the gas station! That is all!

Shell customer service

On Friday October 6 2017. At around 930 I was there buying some stuff. Priscilla was a horrible horrible customer service representative. She was extremely rude and made me feel very uncomfortable and extremely unwelcomed. After I got home I called to try to talk to a manager. But she answered and said there was no manager that night. I told her I needed to make a complaint and she hung up on me. So I had to resort to this.

Shell gas pump barrier

On the night of Sept. 18, 2017, I drove into a Shell gas station in Fayetteville, AR pulling a 29 ft. long travel trailer behind my pickup truck. I was tired from a long day of traveling, and I misjudged the amount I should have swung out to allow my trailer to clear the concrete barrier at the end of the gas pump island. One side of the bottom of the trailer ended up a couple of inches over onto the top of said barrier, much to my dismay.
I wish Shell (and other gas retailers) would allow better access to their pumps for those of us who pull trailers.
The saving grace was that one by one, several young Arkansas men began to offer to help. One in particular was especially kind and helpful to this Sr. Citizen. It turned out he was a Manager of this Shell station. The others gradually moved on, but this Manager stayed with us and continued to offer ideas and participated in the physical labor necessary to free the trailer. We unhitched the truck, moved it over and re-hitched, repeatedly, to get a better angle for pushing the trailer off. Finally we succeeded. It turned out that the Manager had stayed with us for 2 hours past his quitting time. And then he volunteered to lead us so we could more readily find our way back to the highway. He even waited while we pumped gas and bought sandwiches. He was like an angel sent to watch over us!
His name was Dylan Boyle. I certainly hope that Shell will take note of his superb customer service and reward him appropriately.

Shell bad gas

Hello my name is Shaunette Johnson and I am a Hurricane Harvey Flood Victim. My Car was totaled due to water in gas at one of your locations in Houston on 90 Hollow Tree Lane 77090. Shell oil price posting

I just stopped at the Travel Center Shell station on North Townsend in Montrose, Colorado. I was going to purchase oil for my car. No prices were posted on any of the oil. I ask the three girls behind the counter how much the oil cost and was informed that I had to bring them to the cash register and they would tell me when I paid. I am not sure that is even legal. In order for me to find the price of the oil I had to bring them all to the cash register to find the cost "because they change so frequently that Shell won't let us post the prices". They then told me that I could find it cheaper somewhere else. No offer to help a 68 year old woman to haul these quarts or anything, just told to go find it cheaper somewhere else. As a customer I do not want to have to haul 5 or 10 quarts of oil or the 5 quart large containers to the cash register to find the price. Out of curiosity I stopped at the Shell near me and low and behold every oil on sale at their stations was prominently posted.

Needless to say you just lost a customer.

Went to the gas station off of 82 and 75 to the Shell gas there were two foreign men in there when was pulling his [censor] out and his boss man told him put that [censor] up we only pull it out in the bathroom I ran out of there

Shell cash charge

To whom this may concern;

My name is Ruth E Schult

I stopped by yesterday 10/06/17 to fill my tank with gas. I know it's not much, but, with all these things going on, I just want to be prepared in case of an emergency. Well, when making the payment I used my bank card and requested $20.00 back. The lady at the cash register kept $1.00 out of my $20.00! I ask her why?, I made the comment, that this was never done before and where is a sign notifying the customer that this was their policy? She shrugged her shoulders and said, "That, that's shes's been working there for 10 years and that's the way it's always been done and went on to the next customer." I looked at the receipt and the $1.00 charge is not on the receipt, not any where! Is this legal, what she did?

Shell shell rewards

I go into shell in my town for the rewards program. My husband and I always stop before work to build up points and im so SICK of getting screwed out of my 3 to 5 cents off a gallon! If this program for the customers cant work right then why have it!

I want the points i am owed! Im to the point of not going in there anymore. I spend my money with your company and the company hasnt been doing what the “program” has stated it does!

Shell payment

Hello on this day there was a rumor of a shortage after Hurricane Harvey it was busy out on the road. I stop at this specific location because it is 2 minutes away from work I waited and when it was my turn I swipe my card and realized that the hose was not long enough to put gas in my car. I decided to go instead of waiting again for another pump. 5 days later I noticed a fee on my account in the amount of $31.19. I tried to get a refund through my bank and they told me to reach out to you guys about getting my money back. if you can please refund me that will be highly appreciate it. this happened at around 415-435pm I drive a black Nissan Altima 2009. thanks

Shell the very rude & unprofessional cashier name dianna.

On 10/4/17 @ approximately 9:30pm my disabled son went inside of the Shell store to pay for our gas. After completion of pumping the gas, i asked him to go back in & buy $5.00 more of gas. He was filled w/ great anxiety & didn't want to go back inside because the cashier inside had been unprofessional & extremely rude to him because he placed the payment for the gas on the counter! So, i went inside to get the extra gas--& to inform this person that she doesn't know what impairments people are dealing with. And, she should keep her bullying attitude at home! Of course, i was disrespected as well! She refused to gand me my $$ & reciept in my hand, as well, which such an unprofessional, rude & demeaning attitude, etc...! She even told me "Girly you're tripping & i don't have time you!" I asked for her supervisor information. Which she refused to give. I plan on contacting the Disability Acts Organization...Because, this heavily made up face, evil spirited hispanic girl has NO RIGHT to become sooo unprofessional to someone who is cognitively disabled, etc.. & just trying to pay for gas! She is a POOR representation of the SHELL GAS COMPANY! And, should be seriously reprimanded, train/ retrained on decent & professional customer service!...As, we have enough Bullying going on in our schools, Country! I do sincerely hope this reaches the correct department! And, more Importantly...the Right person! Because, this could've been your son she (Dianna) caused such unjustified pain/anxiety to! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! & SHELL SHOULD HAVE 0 TOLERANCE FOR THAT KIND OF BEHAVIOR FROM THEIR EMPLOYEES!

Shell refusing to swipe my clicks clubcard

Good day

I want to know why is Shell keurboom in Stilfontein able to refuse to swipe the clicks club cards of all customers. I was told by an attendant who threw in my petrol, that the owner is refusing to swipe our ( clients) clicks club cards. Apperantly he loses 12c per liter. He took down the promotion boards that advertises the clicks cards. All the shell gerages where I was swiped my clicks card but no not the one in Stilfontein.

Is Shell not an franchise and if so why can one gerage be different from the other?

I want an answer, because less and less customers is going there. You loos customers due to and owner who claims that he is loosing money by swiping clicks cards. I say that is bull, then Shell would have never accepted clicks cards in the first place.

Shell a employee attempted to steal my phone the owner of the franchise lied to me about having caller id

I left my phone at Pontiac Illinois shell. I within 1 hour called the station and told them exactly where the phone was. After she retrieved the phone. Stacy I believe ignored 46 phone calls from my home number and my sons cell yet answered my husbands number since it was unfimilliar and we had binge the phone and shut it off with family finder. The next day when my husband retrieved my phone he stated the station did not have caller ID. We have been there 2x a week for 12 years so another employee we knew confirmed that they did in fact have caller ID and your franchise owner lied. We will never visit that or any of you stations again.

Shell storefront booths

There is shell in Crandall, Texas that has been allowing a booth to set up out front. A week ago my wife asked about setting one up and they said they aren't suppose to do it or they can get in trouble. The manager of it said that the booth outside at the time was a friend and it was the last time they were going to do it because they didn't want to lose the store or something like that. My wife just took a picture of the booth set up out front again today. This does not seem right to me.

Shell loyalty

Refused to give us their names and store number after we were disrespected. My bf simply asked where the restroom was and his exact words were " look at the signs didn't you [censor]ing go to school " and my bf said "excuse me?" And I was like "that's how you're gonna treat ur customers?" And still refused to give me both their names and when I asked for the store number they told me that they don't have to tell me [censor].

Shell dirty restroom

I recently went to the gas station on Century and Aviation the one near the LAX airport and witness the most disgusting restroom. There was poop stains all over the toilet seats and floor in which look dry and old. Paper tissue on the floor, water puddles in the floor and the foul smell is urine .I let the Clerk know about the complaint but look the other way .

Shell customer service

With all the complaints you would think shell would do something to improve customer service, but I guess not. After today I will no longer use shell products and end the membership with them. Not worth it. Especially since there are other gas stations that treat you much better. I've been going to the same gas station for awhile, but this one clerk that works days always have a problem with me. She asked me for my ID no problem. Well since I recently moved to CA, I had to update my license which is a CDL A. The state of CA gives you a paper temp until they mail your license to you. So this time there's a problem because its not a hard copy license. Well its what they give you and it would not even be an issue, but while waiting for the manager on duty she did not ask no one else for their ID just they birth date. Then the manager say its because they look over 35. I know a lot of people who look old but they're not. I'm just saying be consistent end of problem and also what are you to do if that's what the state gives you for an ID. I went next door no problem. No problem anywhere except there.

Shell customer service

I came in on the shell on hosmer with $10 of quarters this employee gave me the biggest attitude in the world almost didn't want to take the money it made me feel very bad! Money is money I don't understand why the ugly face on top of that he took 5-10 to actually put it on the computer and had me waiting out side the pump at 60 degrees with my son in the car! I am very upset this has never happen to me and I'm not the type of person to complain but this was beyond horrible

Shell charges not accurate

Yesterday, September 25, I stopped by the Shell station on 5110 River Road in Bethesda, MD to fill up my tank. I was going to use a Giant reward card. The price of the regular gas was $279.00 and I had a $.10 discount per gallon. I put my Giant then AX cards in the machine, verified that the price was changing from $2.79 to $2.69 and started pumping. The pump was not working properly and I had to try several times to get it to start (It was pump 7). When I was finished pumping the 10.548 gallons I needed, I looked at my receipt and noticed that the price was much higher that it should have been: $40.07 (invoice number 146795). I had been charged for premium. I went inside to talk to the attendant who was very dismissive of my concern, insinuating that I did not use the pump properly ( I have been pumping my own gas for more than 40 years...), that it was my fault, that the pump was working just fine (it was not) and there was nothing he could do. He came outside to demonstrate what I should have done... and finally left me as I was still talking to him without an apology or at least a sorry for what had happened and an assurance that he would have the pump checked. I am even wondering if he could have been changing the type of gas I was getting from inside the station considering how aggressive he was. I would like you to check the pump to make sure it is working properly, send me a refund for $12.00 and discuss with the employees of that gas station how to treat clients and address their concerns with tact and respect. If I had been treated properly, I would probably not be writing to you.
