Recently I was stopped to get fuel from and shell station in Germany and the standard diesel hose displayed it's very similar and how they are displayed are suggested two types of diesel, but it's only one the other one it's petrol.
And I to put a superpower diesel, was petrol
And it's no written on the area to let people know, and the guy from the till says happens many times this,
People they want to put good diesel but it's not, .
And from wrong information I put petrol in my diesel car.
And this costs my not only my timing delayed evan 350€. To empty the tank.
I hope you will manage to get back my 350€wasted in the petrol station.

The customer service was bad. I walked in, I was acknowledged with eye contact but had no proper "hello, " by the cashier. Which I did not see her name because she was wearing a hoodie. I then purchased some goods made my way back to the register STILL NO proper acknowledgement towards me, she also had her phone to her face having a "facetime chat" while ringing my stuff on the register. How rude, I then handed her the money and she still stood on the phone. Her service was useless and I would hate to come back here at evening hours. Hope I do not come across her again. PS-No recipet was given, great!

Yes I'd like to ask why your employees get to smoke pot sleep with customers husbands and then kick the wife's out of the store that both husband and wife spend money every signal day and if even got the text from her telling me she smoked pot and sleep with my husband can I please get her moved out from the store I use daily and have from day it opened. Or is ok this is aloud out of trashy people in a Moor's employee on smoking pot and kicking people out after trash does as Angel McCarly Tate in Hamilton Alabama has done and I can send her text to me if anyway on this page will alow me my email is [protected]@gmail.com I also run a business next door used car dealership and everyone coming to me used that store please let me know if this is acceptable out of this trashy person

I went to the shell on Westwood and lougheed to get a gas card. I don't have a lot of money so for budgeting purposes it works. The cashier said their machine was down for 2 weeks. I got upset bc there's always something wrong there. The cashier said you could try shoppers or save on. So I went to both, nope neither had it. Mind you it was pouring rain so not an easy task. I'm disabled too. This is so frustrating bc all I wanted was some gift cards. Didnt think it was gonna be a hard ask. This is the second time she'll has let me down. They also charged me for v power when all I ordered was reg deisel. It's the closest gas station to my house. But if I have to I'll go else where.

Extremely rude every time I go here, which is 4-5 times a week. Rolls her eyes huffs and makes rude remarks. Other customers have stopped me in the parking lot, CRYING, asking if I heard what she said to them. It is mind blowing that she still has a job there. Tonight while getting gas I put a small paper bag in the trash. She came out and yelled at me, "THIS IS NOT A DUMPING STATION!" I said, "one paper bag?" She rolled her eyes and went back inside.

on Nov. 11, 2018 I had purchased gas twice 10.00 and later that day another 10 and they charged my bank card 42.97 and 68.57 so I would like the rest of my money back in checking. I'd like to file a complaint regarding a worker who was in charge of refilling my gas. I got scammed as I specifically asked for a certain amount to be filled which was $10 and I ended up paying more as he had filled in the whole tank.

His excuse was that I didn't hear him calling. The fact that he put the blame on me was unacceptable. My windows were down and he could have asked me directly for confirmation plus you don't just yell to ask a question to the customer therefore it does not make any sense that he actually called me.

Please look into this as this has happened to my friend too.

I buy gas from Shell at 7104 N Navarro Victoria, TX 77901. At least one time out of three I don't get a printed receipt from the pump. So I have to go inside and stand in line. This is not convenient for me. OK once in a while but not as often as it does now. Here is what I would like: call or email them and tell them customers have complained about getting no receipts and they need to send someone out immediately to fix the machine, add paper or whatever. And don't let them give you excuses. I've heard them all.

Just moved to Florida. I stop at the Shell station every morning at 829 Tamiami Trail, Port Charlotte. I have never been welcomed. It's right down the road and convenient. I always wait for a cashier. On the morning of 10/31/18, I waited and waited. Went to the back three times to check and make my presents known, response. Maybe you should make it Duncan Donuts. The store was full of people. I finally left. Will not go back. Not looking for special attention, just some friendly, quick service. Not going back. Thanks

I am writing in request to file a complaint in receiving Bad Gasoline from your Shell service stations in Mamaroneck or Pelham, New York. I am a faithful user of Shell gasoline... As I attached below an supporting record of my purchase history with Shell in the last month of September of 2018 before my car repairs.

On September 22, 2018 I brought my car into Mazda of New Rochelle for hesitation problems with my vehicle mentioning my check engine light turn. My vehicle did not have any problems prior to this case. The technician trouble shoot all cause even replaced numerous parts to find probable cause of this hesitation and check engine light indication... Advised by the Service Manager for technician to test the gasoline in the tank the vehicle came up positivity for having water in the gasoline, causing my vehicle to shut down.

My question; who do I extend this complaint too? I have paid $2600 in repairs.

As of today October 31, 2018 this issue still has not been resolved completely. I am still without my vehicle. The disappointment I have with Shell Gasoline is heartbreaking as I relied on Shell Gasoline heavily.

I look forward to receiving a response regarding this matter.

I had a very odd experience with one of your employees (the lady that was selling burgers), from the gas station 24 Shell Autohoff, Ludwig Erhard Ring 2, 92348 Berg, Germany.
When she heard me talking in English and noticing that I am a foreigner she started talking and acting very agressive and rude (on 30.11.2018 aprox 13:15) especially when I complained nicely I may say about the burnt burger I received. At first I thought she was having a bad day, but she was extremely nice and friendly with the germans. So perhaps you should advise her to let her dislikes regarding foreigners at home and be a professional. If she can't be a bit more open-minded.

Today Monday October 29 at around 345 pm I stopped at the shell gas station at Southport& Emerson in Indianapolis and purchased with MasterCard five dollars in gas and two dollars for chips and I was puzzled why did the cashier ask me for the last four digits on the card but I went on out to pump the gas and the pump would not work so I went back in and asked did he put the gas on pump seven and he said no pump two and I said well I'm on seven and he looks and says well that guy on two must have pumped your gas and I went and asked the guy why I don't know but asked him if he pumped five in gas he said no the he just used his card and that he was confused at what I was telling him so I go back in the store and tell the cashier that guy sated no he didn't and I said look I paid for gas on pump seven if he put it on a different pump and somebody else pumped it does that mean I'm just screwed out of my money and he say sorry can't help me so I just got screwed out of the money and no gas that's crazy and I'm furious its a darn shame the such a big name in the industry would conduct Buisness so poorly and I want my gas that I paid for and don't like giving people I don't know my credit card numbers

Yes I visited the Shell station at 7911 Garners Ferry Rd in Columbia, SC today between 5:25 pm and 5:30 ish. It was the one connected to the Burger King. Well, we stopped got 10.00 gas, 2 Dr. Peppers that were 2for3dol and a black and mild. My fiance gave her a 20 dollar bill and he kept didn't notice until we pulled off and got on the interstate that the guy attendant shorted him in change. It's not much but a few dollars but he said that he felt like they were operating a scheme by the way that they were acting. So we called back and explained to the guy what he done and he just passed the phone to a female who said that she was in training. I asked for corporate's number she said she didnt know the number. She did place me on hold while it sounded like she was pretending as if she was trying to figure the calculations and I could hear her telling him he shorted us. She didn't really add anything to know what we had she went by what I said but if you can pull surveillance, you will see whatever transpired. My fiance told me he don't remember the guy keying in the items or scanning just popping the register and that could explain why the change was incorrect. (POSSIBLE INTERNAL) She offered for us to come back but like I said we were on the interstate good before we called the right phone number. The clerk didn't give a receipt and we told the female clerk that once she asked what was on it. We live in Greenville SC and just told her that we would not be able to turn around. However, I work in Loss Prevention and the last thing I want to do is feel like someone is purposely stealing from a store and me as well.
