Shell taken for payment of $20.00

I went to my usual Shell Station located at 13313 Occoquan Roadto purchase gas on March 9, 2018 at approximately 1:25 in the afternoon. I have been going to this station for more than ten years. There was a customer in front of me buying beer. The clerk continued to process the customer after he had already paid. I took my fuel rewards card out and the $20.00 for the purchase. I swiped my card when the machine was ready, the clerk took the money and I went to get gas on pump #3. I was called back in and the clerk asked if I was going to pay by card. I said I had already given the $20.00. He said he did not remember taking it. I checked my wallet as I knew I went into the station with three 20 dollar bills. I only had 2 left. He said he could not give me gas until I paid him. I gave him another $20. I will say that he took my business card and stapled it to the $20 bill and would call if he was over by $20 when cashing out. Unfortunately, I think that I am out $20. I would like to know what happened to the customer is always right. I have been a loyal customer at this particular station.

Shell flybuys

Today i went to shell servo in nar nar goon on the princes fwy VICTORIA

I went to scan my fly-buys points to get the 10c off a liter

To then be told that, they don't have a fly-buys machine, they are an independent store, this is absolute crap, after i had filled up with petrol for $65, i payed 1.46 a liter there, where if i had of known that i couldn't get the 10c off a liter i would of gone elsewhere that had cheaper fuel.

Shell correct receipts for shell card users

we have our deliver drivers using the Shell card. we had one incident recently, January 9, 2018, where the driver said he was filling a truck with Diesel, fuel amount worth $750.00, however the receipt says Bronze FS. after questioning the particular gas pump, the explanation was given that 'he just pressed the wrong button'. the gas station is in Clinton, ON.
after more questioning we have been told, that when they fuel up, they go inside and the attendant just punches in the amount and then the calculation is done backwards to establish the volume, they sign and then receive a 'duplicate' receipt. we do not understand that you can have a receipt for Bronze FS when in fact you have fueled the vehicle with Diesel. the excuse of 'just pushing the wrong button' is very difficult to understand and accept.
if this is a regular practice with Shell we need to re-evaluate if our company can use the Shell card system. it seems there is a lot of room for manipulation.

Shell poor customer service

I am sending this email because I am very disgusted with the service I received on today. I went to a Shell gas station in Decatur, GA located at 4144 Memorial Dr to purchase gas. I had two Shell gift cards. When I swipped them it read declined. Instead of taking the cards and trying to type in the numbers, I was ignored and told "it declined" and nothing else. I called the number on the back of the card and it said there was $10 on both cards. I let the cashier hear it but he still refused to do anything further except be very rude. Once I use these cards I will never patronize your business again. And I will absolutely never go to this particular store again. I ended up having to pay cash for my gas when all he had to do was try to help me. This is absolutely unacceptable. There needs to be some type of customer service training. Maybe you guys need to take a tip from QuikTrip.

Shell drivers card

Aprox 5y ago I was given a Shell-customer card by my local gas station. I always swiped this card whenever I filled up the car -about once a month. Finally this January I checked on the website to see how many points I've gained, only to find out that Shell had given the same card number to someone else as well, who had already registered and always received ‚my‘ points on top. I asked Shell to correct this and hand the equivalent money to a charity of my choice, but customer service only offered 1000points, which is less than 10x fueling up my car. On complaining, they said they can not scan their data under data protection laws and therefore I would need to provide them with bank statements for my purchases over the past 5years to prove my entitlement to points! Since this mess is not my fault, but Shell's handing out their customer card numbers multiple times, it is not my responsibility as the victim to rectify this. I find the approach of the Shell reps administering the points program unreasonable and inappropriate—particularly for a program that's intended to encourage customer loyalty. I would appreciate your prompt handling of this matter.

Shell csr

I came to a shell gas station to put gas made a mistake and took and item that i gave back and then the csr wouldnt give me back my change for putting gas and kept other items from my purse that they told me if i brougjt a receipt for i could get my items back i brought back in the receipt and they still continued to tell me i couldnt have my items back if i see the customer service employee working at this gas station again i will put a lawsuit against them there is no need for him to be keeping items that are not his just because i was caught taking something that they got back

Shell expired food/snacks

Does not replace expired food/snacks
Every time I go there to get something for my nephews or try to get some to eat myself it always comes out expired, more than half of the food there is expired and the crew there seems to not care at all, I have constantly asked for them to swap them out for new and good ones but they declined to say anything and today I went and they keep charging me more than what it is. For example one day it's 1.07 for some rillos then they want to charge me 1.10 for next day when I get them. Pls contact them and talk to them because food poisoning is no joke. I hope you understand where i'm coming from with this.. It's disgusting to eat something that's expired.. I'm truely surprised by them not getting caught. There's things expired there since 2016
That's all I have to say. I have screenshotted and recorded this msg for legal purposes. I hope you do what's right. If I need to take pics and video tape to show proof I will buy it's best to send a health and food inspector.

Shell incorrect service

I entered the gas station and attendant answered the phone and attempted to assist me at the same time..I informed him that I wanted to use my gas points but apparently didn't hear me and cancelled transaction and started over...he began arguing with me telling me I didn't ask to use gas points...moving forward he also entered the wrong amt of gas I asked for $45.00 and he entered 40.00..when I told him that's not what I asked for he said that's my problem and that I can go somewhere else...I in turn told him that it's his problem because he was on the phone and not paying attention...anyway he said he could not correct the problem and that I would have to purchase additional gas at the regular price if I wanted to ...i decided only to purchase the 40.00 worth and I left...he was nasty and argumentative

Shell customer service

I was trying to make a purchase for my father who is 89 years old. I had no problem with the cashier doing his job by checking my ID and telling me he could not allow me to use the credit card without my father being present with his identification matching the credit card information. However, he did not have the right to laugh, insult and belittle me. He also should not have his friend hanging out in the store with him. Both the cashier and his friend were laughing at me, calling me names and degrading me and for no reason I can think of (and I have tried very hard to figure out what I did to deserve such awful treatment). I could have gone through the immense hassle of getting my father out of the car and into his wheelchair to wheel him into the store but after the manner in which I was treated I purchased the product my father wanted at another store where I was treated with courtesy as I should have been at Shell but was NOT!

Shell overpricing of premium

I stopped in Valdosta GA and was looking for a station. Your's was near and the prices seemed comparable, with Regular at $2.88. When I started pumping premium, I was shocked to see that it was $3.439 a gallon (marked nowhere). I went in to use the restrooms and the station was dirty and unkempt and the restrooms were even worse. I remember when Shell was a trusted name nationwide, now it represents shady operators with bait and switch pricing

Shell deceptive advertising

I stopped at Shell station (2315 SW 36th St) this morning. The ad sign in front of the station had in big letters a price of $2.099. I didn't notice until I pulled up to the pump and saw the price of $2.349 on t he pump that above the big $2.099 price on the sign was in small letters "with car wash". The price on the pumps should be the highlighted price on your signs. I feel this is deceptive advertising and will not visit Shell again. Other gas companies do not lure customers with this technique, and those are the ones I will frequent.

That is deceptive advertising bordering on false advertisement. I will make a point to never spend my money at that gas station! Thank you for warning future victims of this intentional deception/fraud.

Shell service

Today at 20:57 i stopped to fill my car with gasoline and after only 1.299 gallons the pump stopped. I went and asked the clerk why and I was told that they are closing. I had at that time in my car my pregnant wife with two kids under 3 years. They could have waited at least until I pumped my gasoline. My car was on empty and that was the closes gas station. I was able like I said to pump only 1.299 gallons worth of $4.60. I usually do my fill up over there 552 0Dudley Blvd McClellan CA 95652 but I guess I will start looking for a different station. Thank you.
You ask me what is desirable resolution? Now at 9:30 pm I have to worry about it tomorrow where I can look for gas and I have to do that early so I can go to work so I can make money to pay for the gas that some people are not willing to wait until I was done filling up my car. What kind of customer service do they have? I am a paying customer.
Ideal will be that I don't have to pay for my next fill up. It will take between 16-17 gallons at what rate 3.53 if not more... by the time this is resolved.

Shell customer service representative

To Whom This May Concern,

I am a resident of White Lake, MI and I get gas twice a week from the Shell station on 59 & Bogie Lake Road in White Lake, MI.

On 2/5/17 at approx. 2 p.m. I noticed that one of the employees working there has extremely offensive racial tattoos. He is a white male with a beard. He has two lightning bulb tattoos under his eye, which represent White Supremacist/Neo Nazi. He was also wearing an Iraqi Freedom hat. This is unacceptable in our day and age.

I am sure this male employee has other offensive tattoos but I did not remain at the store long enough to examine him.

These tattoos are prison tattoos and are unacceptable and I am appalled that a Neo Nazi would represent your company.

I would prefer if you do not support or employ people who are a fan of an organization who have slaughtered 11 million people to include 6 million Jews.

Shell gas station skimmers

on 01/25/2018, location 5051 Gateway Ave, Orlando, FL 32821.
I was told about a station to avoid because some one had a skimmer in it. I usually go to that station because I like shell and it is the closest one to me. I went forgetting about it and swiped into the one I always use. ( It was day time ) By the time I swiped, I notice the whole front was lose and the security seal ripped off. I then move to another pump (by that time it was too late).
I went inside and told the cashier that was sitting on a counter about that pump and she was not aware, did not know, gave me a "wow, ok"and suggested I should pay inside but I had already filled up at a secured pump. I told her to let the manager know about that pump so they can do something and said nothing. I can tell she did not care and stood there. Weird.
My husband later that night went to fill up and checked that pump and it was still not taken care of. Not to mention how the pumps are not very well taken care of. Now on the 1/31/2018, yesterday, I have 2 charges amounting to about $200 from Wawa not to far from that location and I just cancelled my card :(

Shell car wash

After purchasing a super plus wash at "shell fuels #68509, address 181 W. Alameda Burbank, CA" I drove into the car wash slowly as directed and waited for the car wash to begin. The wash did not begin and I spoke with the shell associate who obviously saw that my car had not been washed and saw my receipt. He did not offer me with any solution to fix my problem. I spent $10.99 only to be told that nothing could be done about it. I would like to at least have my money refunded or get a new code to use the car wash. This was not my first time using this service and is the first time this happened, but never have I heard of an associate not even attempting to resolve a problem.

Shell rip off

On 05/01/2018 @ 12h48 I was on my way back from holiday to Jhb. While filling up my tank at Shell Ultra City N3 Umthshezi District, Estcourt, the attendant, Sifiso, didn't replace my petrol cap. When I contacted the manager, Dees, on 06/01/2018, he assured me that they found the cap and it would be couriered to us. Today, 24/01/2018, after numerous attempts to phone him and sms'ed him, still no reply. The cap is apparently with the courier company but they refuse to deliver it as Shell still needs to pay them! I still need an answer! So much petrol has evaporated that it's a joke! I sit with headaches everyday because of all the fumes I'm inhaling and it is now in my interior as well.

I am writing you this letter to express my disappointment about having to close my account. I have been a Shell card customer for 22years. I had an authorized user Ms. Wanda Robinson on my account. In 2000 I asked for her to be removed and was told to put it in writing, which I did. I was told she was taken off and I never saw her name on my statement again. On my November 25th 2017 statement I saw her name on my statement and called to inquire if my card was hacked. I was told I had to close my account to get her name off my account and then reapply. I am very upset about this and would like to bring it to your attention.

Shell owner tried to overcharge for gas

On January 10, 2018 at approximately 8:30 pm, I went to the Shell Canada station on Stouffville Rd (Main St) Stouffville, ON. I proceeded to pump $20.08 of V-power gas into my car and went into the store to pay. The cashier/owner (husband and wife, I am presuming) said 'that will be 25.08.' I corrected them and told them it was 20.08. This went back and forth a few times as they continued to correct me. (please note, I was the only person pumping gas and the only person in the store besides the owners). The owner asked which car was mine and which pump I used, to which I pointed to my car (the only one there), and he said 'that's the diesel pump.' I said, 'no, the one next to it.' He then said 'oh, well you put in V-power gas.' I answered, 'isn't the price on the pump the price I pay?' They continued to insist that I owed them 25.08. I started to leave, saying I would take a photo of the price amount on the pump. They then said, 'oh yes, never mind, it's 20.08' and proceeded to take my payment. Not really a big deal, but if they scam $5 off every customer, that will really add up.

Shell service

I visited this particular shell at 203 E Little York 77076 this morning around 6:00 this morning. I am diabetic so I decided just get a quick snack . I have never been treated so disrespectful in my life. I was in line behind this Hispanic guy and he was treated so nice that I decided this was good. He ordered his food it was given to him. He went to the counter to pay. When I came up the lady said sausage or bacon, I said bacon. She said go pay for it first. I said excuse me. I said go pay first. After talking to so negatively, I just decided to get just a package breakfast. When I got to the counter I paid for my package and the cashier left it on the counter. I in turn said sir, may I have my package and a bag please. H reached and snatched a bag got the package threw it in the bag and slide it to me. I am an educator that work for one of the l2nd largest school district. All I have to do is call the board and suggest the employees not support this shell. Because it is so convenient to several of our schools a lot of our employee use that facility. I would think that the condition of the economy, that businesses would be most courteous to customers so that may return. Also I had to be hungry because the food did not look neat at all. Of course this represent your company even if they are renting a space from you. I don't think I will be going there again.

Shell clicks points

Good day,

My name is Mphonyana Diale . I am unhappy with the service received from Shell Phokeng in Rustenburg whereby the attended informed me as they do not have any information on the clicks points with Shell. I am a Shell customer in Garankuwa and always receives the best service.
I feel like I have waisted my money in filling up the Shell Phokeng on the 31st December 2017.
