The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

On 6/7/2014 my husband ordered one bottle of the Garcinia Cambogia. On 6/23/2014 we noticed a unauthorized charge of $89.95 to our bank account via debit card. I placed a stop on the charge and proceeded to call the [protected] number to talk to a Supervisor about the charge. I explained briefly to the Cust., Service Rep., what was going on, she explained since I was not on the account nobody would talk to me. I issued a complaint to Shelf Talk Brands via e-mail detailing the problem. Now that I have read another complaint on this site, it seems to me they automatically sign you up on a monthly plan. This was not even brought up for discussion when the order was placed. THIS IS A SCAM and should not be tolerated! Please be aware when ordering from these unscrupulous people and their operating procedures.

I have had the same Rip off done to me. They are running a Bait & Switch operation. They entice you to get a Free Trial only pay a small handling and shipping charge, in my case $4.99. In my case they post a 14 day trial period, in my case the 14 days started from the day of the order. This means from the time of order, if it takes a week to get the order you have 7 days to try the product if you don't like it you have to call and cancel and send back the remainder. if not they charge you $89.99 and put you in a monthly order and will get the charge every month. Now if you contact them and demand a refund they get smart and tell you they will settle with you and give you a $40 refund. In my case I told them where to stick it and would take it up with American Express. They told me go ahead, that I would loose and they had never lost. And that is what happened. They have everything set up so they will be covered. All the information is on the third page where you enter the credit card info. The type was in a very light print type very small print type. If your not looking for you won't see it. Next they put a shipping invoice in the bottom of the box that says you have a trial period starting from the day you ordered. That is how they get you! I never look at an invoice when I order 1 item, if the product I ordered is in the box the order is complete. There are a few sites doing this scam. They range from $69.99 to $99.99. I am starting to think they are the same company. What makes this a Bait & Switch: your offered a product at an very good deal (free trial). Just pay S&H ($4.99) after your sucked in they lower the bomb. On day 14 your charged $89.99 and put on a monthly shipment. The product all over the Internet ranges from $4 to $20 a bottle. I bought 6 bottles for $25. So that is a Bait & Switch (Google It.

I tried to order a free trial which was supposed to only charge for shipping. It said the free trial was not available using a prepaid card. I got off the website and later while checking my email noticed there was an order confirmation (830349) for a 5 bottle order totaling $195.00. I did not order, nor do I want 5 bottles on this product. I want this order cancelled and my card credited.
