My fiencee and I bought a bunch of
Food for dinner last night because we were starving. So we bought things such as milkshakes, burrito, cinnamon balls, and fries. It was by far the worst burrito I have ever eaten and the milkshake was so think with syrup you couldn't even drink it. Fries were cold. Spent $21 on all of this and didn't eat any of it! I would like a refund of the money because it was completely disgusting, and not even eaten.

The last few times my husband and I have went to this specific sheetz and we order hot food, it’s never hot. It is cold, extremely cold. Cheese isn’t even melted. Steak isn’t hot, meatballs are cold. We order a large bucket of fries, bucket is Barley full. Spent 22$ on food and it’s not up to expectations. Last time we ordered a hot wrap, it was 12”. This time we got 2 hot wraps and we’re only 6” not 12. Now consistency, customer service is awful, and our food is no good. Just a waste of money. This store is the one located on the Baltimore pike in Hanover, in front of the Walmart.

I went thru your car wash today & my car is filthy! Very dissapointed! I came home & hand washed it. I have pictures & a receipt.
Really bummed, I can't have the convenience of going to this just opened Sheetz in Raleigh to use as a quick car wash.
I posted pictures on here of the dirt. I understand not having a spotless car after using a Sheetz car wash, but not all this dirt left on my hood! Thats too much! I wasted my money. The car wash must have only cold water because I saw no steam. The soap or cleaner must be cheap. I want my m9ney back!

For the last 4 years at the transfer Pennsylvania Sheetz I have had a tree had one problem with only one employee. She knows me from her personal life 19 years ago. I am very tired of walking into the store for the last 4 years she doesn't have to be waiting on me she could be on another job somewhere else taking care of another customers order with the food or what 9 I can be at the counter checking out and she'll walk away from her position not tell anyone As She's Walking Away and just to hide so she doesn't have to see me. I understand that you allow your workers to not have to deal with someone if they don't want to but it is ridiculous when you have a line and you have to Cashiers and she decides to walk away not till the manager that they need another cashier up there and leave a giant line for one cashier to take care of it. She has not only done this to me but she has done it to my wife my mother my stepfather anyone who lives in my household this has been for years her name is Bonnie Totten. This is a complete unprofessionalism that I have ever seen I am a shift leader at a Papa John's or her own son orders from and I deliver a pizza to his house consistently and I don't care because that's what professionalism is you when you're at work your personal life means nothing this is been going on for 4 years with her or she just walks away or she won't take care of my stuff when she is the only other person in the store with the workers I have completely had people behind me in line when she just walks away and leaves one cashier up there by herself and usually is a trainee and that is completely wrong again this is very unprofessional of her she really needs to either be worn or have her job erased cuz not only if she's doing this to me but she's done it to my mother my father and my wife and it's getting really ridiculous because you don't like somebody doesn't mean you don't deal with them because they coming to your work that is unprofessional and she is making your company look unprofessional in the eyes of other customers. In the eyes of me as a manager I would not accept this from my own employees why should I expect this happen to me from another company's employee this is what I'm talking about on the unprofessionalism. She has slandered my name she is telling her manager and people unreal reasons of why she doesn't like me it is causing me pain and anguish cuz I can't even go to my own local gas station to put gas in my car my mom is afraid to order your food because she's afraid that this woman is going to spit in her food because she doesn't like our family I have limited most of this problem by just switching to a different store but the problem is is it's the only gas station within 7 miles from my home therefore I have to go to it if I am running low on gas. I would like either some kind of ramification some kind of payback for this pain that I have to go through costly going in there wondering if she's telling people lies about me and in making people want to turn on me or the fact of anything else I know my wife wants applied for that position in that store and because of Bonnie she was unable to get the position because he didn't like her and she told her store manager that she did not like her so my wife has been left out of a job opportunity because of that if you don't believe me I can give you quite a few numbers that have seen her do this and I can tell you right now there's another employee there by the name of Britt that saw this happen personally just a couple days ago I walked in and he was on food I was at the cash register I was nowhere near her she saw that I was there ran behind said something about me looking out to see if I was still there and I told the cashier that was taking taking care of me that don't worry she does this all the time for the past four years she has walked away from the cash register just deal with me. This is ridiculous please do something about it again the store is the transfer Pennsylvania store. Thank you for your time.

Sunday October 15, 2017 I went to the Sheetz # 069 We order food and I understand that they were busy but that is also no need for our food to be sitting on the fryer no heat on and then hand us our order cold. When I called down to complain they said they would give us food whenever we decided to come back. On Tuesday October 17, 2017 we went back and ordered more food and we were told after we ordered our food we needed to get the same order as before. I told My daughter to just go ahead and pay for the order. My daughter then paid 22.00 for the food. We left and returned home and did not realize that we didn't have our whole order. When I called and asked to have all of our food remade, the manager told me she was not going to do it. We went back and I sent my daughter back into the store with the food we did get and told her to get her money back and they could have the food. They only gave her back 8.49. I will never return to that Sheetz ever again . I called the Sheetz on wanye avenue in chambersburg and explained to that manager what happened and she comp our food and also told us to order anything we wanted and also gave us and 5$ gift card. I will now go to that Sheetz and though it is on the other side of town

I am a long time customer of Sheetz and I am sick of the conditions witH respect to your operations in Connellsville, PA. This morning was the straw that broke my back. First, I just wanted a cup of coffee at 0420, on my was to work at the prison. I use creamer, splenda and a coffee stirrer, and the only thing available was splenda. The night crew was still there yet the brand.new store.was a disaster. It just goes to show that.you can polish a turd, but it is still a turd. Lack of management, no pride in where they work and zero customer service. I'm sure that you will do nothing about this issue so I will let my word of mouth lead the way.

The hot dogs I ordered where Cold and burnt looked like they sat for a couple hours and shrived they where not fresh...this isn't the only time that this has happened to us. I just don't understand how they still. Could give u food that looks like that. I love you food I am a faithful customer but to get food that looks like that is not good. The food is to be fresh not old

I went to Sheetz in Cresson PA on October 11th and ordered a chicken flatbread. I asked that it not be toasted. I got back to my room at Mount Aloysius (I am a student there) and found out they not only toasted my sandwich but it had no chicken or mayo on it.

It cost me my last $5.00 and I could not eat it. I can ill afford to waste $5.00 on a flatbread that has no chicken on it.

My desired resolution, a coupon for a chicken flatbread would help.
However, not getting what I ordered for supper tonight meant after I got back to my room meant I didn't have any supper.

Freeport, PA; south pike road. I went to sheetz for dinner after working my shift at the hospital. I ordered a burrito bowl from the made to order screen. I ordered about about 5 toppings to be put on top of the rice and black beans base. When I got home, there was no rice and beans in my burrito bowl. Only the toppings were present. This is extremely disappointing to me and made me not want to give my service to sheetz, since there is a get go right across the street.

Counter service I tried to patronize the sheets in Lewisburg on 1010 2017 at approximately 10:15 PM . What inside got my items went to the counter there's three people in front of me waiting it was my turn of the counter counter person went to service the person who just drove up in the drive-in window I way to few minutes seem to be only three transactions the window so I left I want and the sheets to try to purchase some snacks after spending about 10 minutes 15 minutes to the store five minutes in the waiting line I just said it wasn't

I ordered some food last night and I was highly disappointed. I go an app platter and choose popcorn chicken and mozzarella sticks as options 2 and 3. I also got a pretzel with cheese and buffalo sauce. I only got one order of mozzarella sticks, my cheese and pretzel were cold and there was no buffalo sauce! Highly highly disappointed with Tyrone sheetz.

I recently visited one of your stores and ate my meal in your seating area. I noticed that there was trash and food on almost every table as well as under them. No one came to clean it up for the entire time I was there. When I was ready to leave, I wanted to dispose of my garbage. The trash can was over flowing. I just want to bring this to your attention. This was at Sheetz #132

I was rushing to pick my grandbabies up from school I needed so stop to 850 Whitley Dr Winterville NC at the pump thinking it was faster I only put 7.04 but I only had 28$ on my card but when I called customer service and explain the situation she told me I had to wait 3-5 days I'm pissed off I wanted a refund she said was my bank what am I supposed to do for weeks until I get paid

Today, October 5th, 2017, I went to Sheetz located in Indiana, PA about a half hour ago (9:30pm). I ordered a spicy chicken caesar salad because recently I am hooked on them. When I received my salad, I took it home and when I went to eat it, there was less than half a salad in the bowl. I was disappointed to pay over $7.00 and receive such a small serving size. I would love to receive a refund or even a gift card since I am a faithful Sheetz customer and hope to enjoy many more chicken caesar salads. Thank you for your time.

I ordered a wrap last night at my local Sheetz store and I was less than impressed. I have a picture of it. There was hardly anything in it. It was to be a buffalo chicken wrap and you can see by the picture there was only a drop of buffalo sauce. There was hardly any meat. It cost me almost $7 and I had ordered 3 of them for my family. My bill came to $40 something. This was the worst meal I have ever gotten there.

I normally come to this location at night after work to get dinner, only because its the closest one to me. Every time i order they always forget to put our sauces that we ordered with our items. I can't order online anymore because by the time i get home i realize they forgot again. The last time i ordered online, i got home with my friends and our food without any sauces, but we figured to just let it go. Once we started trying to figure out whose was whose we realized only one of four friends orders was correct. 2nd they will never let me use my sheetz points i have so many saved up because they wont let me use it. An example is when i know i have a free fountain drink on my sheetz card and i get to the register and see the option to get my free drink but before i could press yes they press no and i dont get the discount. Ive started going to the one in Louisburg, NC because they always ask to use my points, never mess up my order and are so beyond friendly/helpful! PS the pictures i sent with this is the last time i ordered online when i got home, no sauces, no napkins and 2 hot dogs instead of the 4 i ordered.

Worst service ever! I waited 10 minutes in line to pay for gas and other purchases and I was the only person in line. The worker was busy chatting with her co-worker while attempting to make a sandwich, looks at me standing in line and continues her business. I finally asked her if there was a cashier on duty. She says "l'll be with you in a moment" and continues chatting. Eventually she called for help from someone in the back who never came out. I left my items at the counter and walked out and left. Thanks for ruining my morning. 6:10am 10/4/17

Hello my names chris I ordered a fryz platter which is my favorite. But when I got home it was just fryz with nothing on them, I was sadly disappointed. This isn't a first for me as it use to happen to me in Lancaster a lot. Also they never gave me marinara sauce for my pretzel. My wife was not happy at all.. I hope these issues can get resolved and my orders don't continue to get messed up as I will be checking everytime after I get my food now. Thank you for your time.

On Sunday Oct 1 2017 at 330pm I walked in the sheetz on morriville pwky store #600 in morrisville nc. I wanted to purchase a alcohol beverage and a pack of Cigars. I was asked to show my id and at the time i didnt have my id. The cashier i spoke with was name dylan and mgr at the time was maddy. My complanit is i understand by law you are suppose to show id.I come in this store all the time and never once was i ever asked to show id till today. Since i didnt have my purse with at the time my husband went in to buy it and of course they didnt let him. Im 38 yrs old and i know i look over 21yrs old! I clearly feel like he the cashier was been discriminating bc l have came in that store before and never been asked to show id. My whole thing is when a person is buying alcohol EVERYONE id needs be check. No one needs be singled out! I will be contact the ABC law enforcement on this matter as well!

On 9/30/17 (at approx noon) I took my daughter and her friend to Cresson, PA Sheetz for FroYos. My 10y.o. daughter through experience found that some toppings make the icecream kinda slimy when together for a few minutes so she filled one cup half full with icecream and another cup half full with her topping. The cashier insisted we pay for both cups - so I paid for 3 FroYos total. I explained that I would understand paying for 3 if they were completely full but we weren't trying to cheat anyone - together the toppings and icecream were the contents of 1 FroYo just not mixed together. Cashier still insisted I pay for each cup.
If this is truly the way Sheetz charges people we will no longer be purchasing from your stores. It's a shame the kids enjoy making their own but the store robs the parents. I was upset so I threw the receipt away in the lottery machine trash on my way out the door.
