Sheetz mto - food cold and excessive wait time

We stopped at a Sheets in Rocky Mount NC at a sheets, as we have always had good experiences at Sheets. We ordered a pretzel and a cheeseburger combo at 11:19 PM, and did not receive our food until after 12:00 AM. It was in excess of 45 minutes to receive cold fries and a hamburger that was stale and cold. With the number of patrons and meals being served everything should have been hot and fresh. The only fresh item we encountered was the Diet Coke that we served ourself, however by the time our food arrived it was watered down.

This was the most miserable experience I have ever had at a sheets and it was totally unacceptable. The wait time would have been almost tolerable had the food been hot and fresh.

The other customers we witnessed had the same complaints and We will have to rethink our patronage of Sheets in the future.

Sheetz customer service/ food

Food was made very disappointingly. My wrap was literally thrown together and barely had any bacon on it let alone any lettuce or tomato. What did I end up paying for, the tortilla or the cold disappointment called food.
On top of that the customer service/ management was upsetting. Who ever was running the kitchen on December 25, 2018 at 9:30pm, a girl with tattoos, glasses and medium length brown hair down to her neck around 26 years old, was downright nasty. (yes this was on Christmas day and I've worked on Christmas day/ Thanksgiving many times, but it does not give your employee any rights to treat customers like they are a nuisance. You work in customer service.) I watched three customers wish her a happy holiday or merry Christmas and her response was "YEP" in an irritated tone. When it came to my food being called up my fiance asked about my milkshake, in which she responded, also in an irritated tone that "it hasn't been made yet and you're just going to have to wait"
I dont know who is running that gas station, but they need to have their employees have an attitude check or get rid of them. Seriously disappointing.

Sheetz food service

It took over 45 minutes to get a salad and an app sampler. That was fine because there was a line. I left and looked into the bag to see that I hadn't received my app sampler where I got mac n cheese bites, mozerella sticks, and Wisconsin bites. So I went back to get it. I received an angry worker who spouted what I had in the app sampler. So I took the sampler and left. I got home and noticed that my app sampler contained mozerella sticks and Mac n cheese bites. To make matters worse they were freezing.( Five minute drive to my house)

Sheetz poor service

I was at the trucksvill pa #319 between 2:30am and 3am. I did my order online. I called them and not once picked up the phone. All of my food i ordered was wrong and missing what i asked to have on it. This isnt this first time i had an issue with this sheetz. This is the worst sheetz i have ever been to and wasted money on food that wasnt even done right. Something needs to be done. I have never had the worst service ever. Sheetz burnt food

Hello,
I ordered food on 12/20/2018 at the haynes street location in johnstown pa and when I opened the pepperoni roll and it was completely burnt, you mean to tell me that your employees think it is acceptable to serve that to someone? I worked at sheetz so I know the standards you guys have... This is the worst experience I have ever had with a sheetz. I honestly am disappointed because I held you guys to high standards. I called the location and they brushed it off like the pepperoni roll was "too close to the lights in the oven" no you do not serve this to a customer. I will be going to the location once I am off work and showing the manager what was served to me. This is unacceptable. I will be purchasing food items elsewhere from now on.

Sheetz food service area

I ordered online a 6" turkey sub with lettuce, tomato, pickles, extra cheese and extra mayo. Arrived at the store about 15 min later and they hadn't even made my sub but were standing around. I had to wait another 10 min at the store on my sub When I returned home with the sub it had no lettuce, no extra cheese and no extra mayo. That isn't the biggest complaint I have. My big complaint is that it appears as if my sub was put on a foil wrapper that had previous food on it. When I picked my sub up off the foil, it had onions and chili smeared all over it. It seems my sub was out on a dirty foil wrapper. This is just disgusting. I called the store, which had no person I've ever seen working tonight. I'm not sure if my store had a Christmas party or what but there wasn't a person in there that I recognized and I go daily. I called and told her about it, she never even said sorry. All she asked is if I wanted a refund or if I wanted another sub made. Very disappointed with the service from there this evening. I have never had anything like this happen at this store before and I'm highly suspicious that it's because of the people who were covering for other employees. This is unacceptable to me as I have no way of knowing if that wrapper was on the floor or in the garbage or where it was or what was on it before they placed my sub on it.

Sheetz unethical behavior

I am a very frequent customer at this sheetz location and have noticed one manager in particular is very rude and unprofessional. friday the 14th I had come in to get lunch and as soon as this manger walked into the kitchen area you could instantly see how uncomfortable the workers got, then i overheard a manager lashing out on a young girl in the kitchen area near registers where not only i, but 4 other customers in line had witnessed this. i then saw this manager flirting with a male so intensely it made me uncomfortable. i will not be visiting this location anytime soon. very unprofessional and disturbing.

Sheetz my food order

I ordered 3 chicken sliders with lettuce, provolone cheese and Dr.Pepper BBQ sauce and when I got back to work I did not have any cheese on my sliders. If i would not have paid for the cheese it would not be a big deal but I did so I expected to have cheese. I love this Sheetz, I've never had any problems expect the bacon not being done enough on my sandwich but that was an easy fix. All the employees are really nice and are super helpful!

Sheetz customer service/coupons

I purchased a sub from my local sheetz, Ben Franklin Indiana pa. It's been almost two weeks now, I picked up my order and went home it was very late. Around 12am. I had gotten a full sub BLT, and my partner had gotten a full chicken sub, and we got an appetizer. The service was nice when we came in we did the online so it was ready paid and left. The sandwichs were burnt beyond possible. It was so bad I couldn't eat it like I couldn't bite it period. I was very upset because I was starving as we had been busy all night and I'm pregnant. Easy way to avoid dishes and hassle late at night. Long story short I called the sheetz once I had already made it home opened the sandwich and was upset. They wanted me to drive back which I live a decent bit away and it was very late and I had work at 6am. At this point I would just liked them to take my name so I could pick it up another day. But they couldn't do that and insisted on sending me coupone. I never recieved any coupons. Nothing. I paid $17 for my food and wasted my money by far and wasn't refunded; wasn't given any coupons nothing.

Sheetz pretzel sub roll

I always order a pretzel turkey sub and I am completely disappointed each time. This sub roll is more like a hot dog bun and they jam pack all of my ingredients on this teenie tiny pretzel hot dog bun. It's like an open faced sandwich the preparers of my sub don't even attempt to close it, because it won't. How about making a bigger pretzel sub roll. That way its actually a sub.

Sheetz food

Went to sheetz and ordered a cup of fries and Mac and cheese bites. Since when do they come in the same container? Waste of money when you don't get what you want. They also forgot my ketchup. I can understand if they were busy but we were the only ones in the store. The cashier was great but obviously they need some help in the kitchen. Don't normally have these issues there.

Sheetz drive thru service/food

I juat went through my local sheetz drive thru. I sat there for 15 minutes before having someone come to the window. Didnt get a receipt because register was out of paper. The biggest disappointment was my sub I ordered. It was a half sub with mayo and lettuce. Thats it! I got home and opened my sub to eat it, there was sooo much mayo all over the wrapper it had gotten all over the outside of my sub, the meat was just in a big stack on the bread, not spread out like one would expect to get. Barely any lettuce at all. Not pleased and not happy at all.

Sheetz gasoline prices in small towns.

I am a loyal Sheetz customer. I find it hard to believe that your gas prices are 30 cents per gallon more in small towns in Pennsylvania. Your Duncansville store is selling gas for 2.47/gallon. In small towns like Bellwood and Tyrone your gas prices are 2.74/gallon. I understand you have a gas price war going on with Rutters in Duncansville, however, I would argue that the cost of transporting gas to Tyrone is not almost. 30/gallon more than your Duncansville store. I also understand supply and demand. I'm just saying the appearance is that you are gouging the small towns. Can you explain the vast price difference?

Got a mto samich this morning and they forgot the bacon mistakes like that dont happen at sheetz i would exspect that from a mcdonalds but not any sheetz establishment, so now your lil computer says my complaints are to small and will mpre than likely go un noticed what kinda crap is that i could rant all day soo here goes the big can monsters used to be 2 for 5 dollars now they get sold individually for 3 something thats a huge mistake i aint buying 2 no more i only buy one so there ya go your loosimg sales for your greedy pricing please sheetz its the holidays do the right thimgs and make a difference ask your self what wpuld jesus do . Sheetz disgusting food service employee

Stopped at the indana, pa [censored]z this morning for a drink and to use the bathroom. As I was leaving a food service employee was making food, with no gloves, while picking her nose! The manager told her to stop doing it, and the employee then finished making someone's food, sneezed all over it and the board it was on, then wrapped it up and gave it out! Disgusting! I'll never eat there again, and i'm so glad all I came for today was a soda.

Sheetz in store service

While checking out in the new store in Kane, PA and the manager on duty Wednesday November 21 around 6:30 was trying to fix an MTO order that I was trying to pay for and was pretty rude while trying to fix the order. After "fixing" the order I waited 15 more minutes for my order to be finished. The manager on duty needs better training on appropriate customer service. Although attempting to fix the order she messed it up even more than it ever was.

Sheetz snack wraps

I ordered 2 orders of snack wrapz and got 2 borrito shells full of fillings. It makes it hard to spit between my friends when its 2 stuffed shells of my order. I've gone to the mt nebo Sheetz on the regular and normally have nothing bad to say about the usual staff that knows my order and changes how my order does. But please look into this. I love that place

Sheetz peanut butter cookie made with mini hershey’s kisses

This cookie replaced the Reese's cookie and it is crap! It is hard and I only can eat it with a hot drink to enjoy it, which is ridiculous. Please bring back the Reese's cookie, I am sure you will receive much more profit with that cookie compared to this rock-hard cookie. The mini kisses are good, although quite large, there is also not much of a peanut butter taste. At the very minimum make the cookie softer!

Sheetz hamburger and fries

Today on 11/14/18 a hamburger and fries from my local sheets as I do on a weekly basis. The burgers are usually pretty good but this time was not the case. The fries were not fully cooked and were soggy. The bacon was not fully cooked either and I had to physically pry a piece from my throat to keep from choking. The patty was not satisfactory. It did not taste quite right and ended up throwing half of it away. I was disappointed to say the least as I typically enjoy my sheets experience. I recycled my receipt on the way out by I have attached a copy of my order number and my bank transaction for proof. I feel that refund or gift card would be sufficient compensation. Sheetz food

Bought some cheese sticks from one of our local Sheetz. Little did I know, marinara sauce is an extra $.40 to purchase. What a joke. Maybe an additional marinara I could potentially see, but you all don't even offer one free dipping sauce with a purchase of an app or entree? Perhaps you should reevaluate that approach. It's little things like this that deter people from coming back.
