I just went to play the lottery (I don't play often) and had 1 winning ticket and asked the girl if she is able to check my other tickets and she said she could. This big crabby, fat [censored] came up an told me next time to check them myself. I had no idea I could do this and had no idea where to do this. It was located around the corner about 10-12 feet from the lottery playing area, this made me feel like crap. Then continued to stand there and watch my every move as I play my numbers for tonight, she treated my like I was a criminal. I was singled out from everyone else there! This was at the Sheetz in Indiana, PA on 4th and Philadelphia, her name was Helen.

I specifically wanted to go to this Sheetz just off highway 29 heading towards Reidsville, NC. because I had been traveling for three hours and I could use the restroom and grab something to eat while heading to Eden. NC. To my dismay, ALL bathrooms except the handicapped were filthy with feces in all toilets and no toilet paper. This was so disgusting I refused to grab something to eat! If the restrooms were this nasty, I could only imagine how the food would be!

Hello, so two nights ago I sent my husband to sheetz around 11 to get us a taco salad to share. He comes back home with it and tells me he spent $8 on it, when we open it.. it only has lettuce, chips, and ranch on it. So I'm upset because we just spent $8 on the darn thing that has nothing we even ordered on it... so I send him back and tell him to tell them to look at our slip and put the rights things on it. So he takes it back down and he tells the counter, they don't even look at our slip or the salad and say "it's on there" so he brought it back home not fixed and we threw it out. This is all the time at this sheetz, the employees are lazy and don't seem to care they are making a bad name for Sheetz. If this sort of crap continues to happen then we will have to drive further to get better service. Thanks

I have two sheetz cards and my wife got gas in the morning. I got gas in the afternoon for a second car. We both used our own sheetz cards. My card number is...5152. I was charged $2.939 a gallon at pump 03.
I did not get the discount. Something weird happened when I tried to input my card. I got a msg like- no more discount on this card. What gives?

I am very disappointed with this and may go to other providers in the future even though your new station at Airport road in Lititz is very convenient for me.

Every time I get a sub, the roll is essentially flat and all the toppings are piled on top. The roll should be somewhat larger, or at least offer an oversized roll. People like good bread and these subs are messy with all that stuff on top and you can't even fold them closed. I would order a jumbo roll if it was an option. I recall this place that had giant sub rolls and they were truly delicious.

I had went through the car wash at Sheetz in Keyser, WV because I had some dried water spots on my car along with some dirt and dust. Usually the car wash does amazing and gets every last spot, but this time it did not. I chose the $9 wash and when I pulled out of the wash, my car looked no different. The dust was the only thing that came off. I would like a refund since the wash did not work. Thank you.

The worker Debbie was her first name was very rude grabbed my sheetz card and slammed it down as my hand was out to grab it! Did not greet me at all with nothing! Just had a nasty mean face the whole time! I stop at this Sheetz very often and never been so disappointed with the service I received today! I will stop else where for food if my daughter and I are treated like this again!

Went to buy beer at your Bradford pa location and he would not sell it to me because my license had expired recently. I get the policy but I am clearly over the age. But what confused me as that an impulse buy of cigarettes he was ok for me to purchase even knowing my ID has expired. I am pretty sure you are supposed to card for that as well. Ps the garbage can out back was overflowing garbage onto the side walk as well as someone spilled there soda all over the walk way as well.

I ordered the grande tacos and asked for no jalapeños. Not only did all 3 tacos have at least 5 jalapeño slices and diced jalapeños, but the tacos were ice cold. Even the meat was ice cold, like it came straight from a refrigerator. I waited approximately 25 minutes due to the store being very busy on a Saturday and only having 2 workers in the food prep area. I expected much better quality after such a long wait.

I ordered a salad with steak and when I went to eat my lunch there is not steak on the salad not to mention seems like alot less lettuce then I usually get and to pay extra for eggs to get I quarter of an egg. Very disappointing. Tried calling the sheetz and the phone just rings which makes it more frustrating.
I dont know if I need to go there and talk to manager or what.

Last night I went to sheetz and ordered food at 12:49 and did not get my food until 1:55. I stood there and waited over an hour for fast food at a convenience store for food. At first I was just astonished that it took that long for fried food. Then I soon realized that the people before me waitEd EVEN LONGER than I did. Not once did anyone receive an apology, a thank you, anything. This was just ridiculous. The craziest part was that when I received my food IT WAS COLD. sheetz will not be receiving another penny from me anytime in the future.

5 pm Oct 9 order 2 chili hot dogs it took 45 minutes for hot dogs! Looked saw 1 person making 2 -3 different ordered food at same time 2 other employees doin nothing an 1 outside smoking clearly at 5 pm people getting off work so store busy ...if this is sheetzs standard procedure at this time of day i will take my business else where 45 minutes is too long an making several orders at once is crazy an others not helping is not good business or training

This store just opened... kitchen area floor has food laying on it throughout the day not cleaned up..lottery machine has been broke twice..milk shake machine down twice ...ordered smoothie w/Greek yogurt tasted awful they made another but my mouth remained damaged from the first the sips tasted the same ... finally threw it out

I would really appreciate it if the company would stop contacting me. I'm a little tired of getting emails and messages when I keep getting rejected. I haven't applied in over a year. I understand you will not rehire me. I'm just upset they won't rehire me after I put in 5 years. I love Sheetz. I loved where I worked. People make mistakes. But if I'm never allowed to work back at Sheetz, please stop contacting me.

Hello. On Sunday Oct 7, on the way home from West Virginia, my parents bought a bag of regular pepperoni rolls and a bag of hot cheese pepperoni rolls to bring to me as a gift. (We are from West Virginia and these are my favorite thing ever.) We live in Fredericksburg VA now. They were given to me on Monday morning, (10/8) and by that night the bag of regular pepperoni rolls were all moldy. My parents and I were both very disappointed as we cannot simply just go buy more.

This is the third consecutive weekend I have used this car wash and each time their is no soap ! What a shame to watch the multiple cars in front of me and behind me being robbed of their money . The last time, It was not until I got to my next destination, that I realized the car looked worst after I went thru the carwash then it did before I went in . With the amount of competition in the area I am sure the sheetz corporation knows this is a critical hit to business. Leaving dissatisfied for the third time with no willingness from the store supervisor, Porscha, to fix the situation, ends my business at this location.

Ask any of the representatives at the Sheetz there at around early afternoon time on October 4 yesterday, they will tell you I waited for about half hour or more to get my gift card that I purchased from that same store to go through for then purchase of 20 dollar store of gad I needed. I was Late to my international meeting in Canada as a result. I need compensation for what happened. Please provide me he 20 dollars as a free gas tank fill up and also a free 20 dollars additional sheetz gift card, totaling 40 dollars. You can write me a check For the first twenty. Your system was down and it wasted a lot of my time. Call me so I can give you my mailing address. Look st attachment bere for picures of THen receipt! I am also taking this up with the be bBB and the states attorney generals office of PA in their consumer division.

My brother has just started about 2-3 months ago at the Sheetz location in Port Allegany Pennsylvania.

I have been informed the manager (Judy) at this location has disrespected my little brother. He has a small deformality that consists of a cleft palate lip. She has spoke out in FRONT of customers that he is a "cleft palate retard." A customer brought it to her attention that "its not right to disrespect employees in front of customers."

The result? The individual was kicked out of this store and told never to return.

I have a background in lawsuits and I've seen some instances in the store that will shut it down. I WILL make these calls and have this location shut down if this issue is not taken care of.

This goes against discrimination laws and manager policy. I WILL take legal action if necessary. And once that happens, the court will be in my favor.

I ordered an appetizer box and all of the jalapeño poppers aren't even poppers... they are just mush. All over the rest of the box. Very disappointing and messy to say the least. I have never had this happen and they are usually great, I don't know if it was because of being busy leaving them in too long or what, but it was 10:45 in the morning not a busy hour to make lunch.

I have on numerous occasions purchased a toasted bagel with cream cheese from various sheetzs and have been unsatisfied each time and every time. This morning was the worst one I've gotten. (photo attached)

It's never toasted enough, so the bagel comes out warm and chewy, and this morning when I {very politely} asked to have it toasted twice it came out burnt. The cream cheese is either globed on and not spread or spread on one slice so I have to spread it to the other side anyway.

I hate to be that guy over something so small but the inconsistency and lack of care has gone too far.
