Sheetz ice coffee

I ordered an large ice coffee and it was only filled half way. They said there is nothing they could do about it so needless to say I'm not going back to sheetz. Its bad enough you lowered the ounces of a large drink and kept the same price but now its all ice no coffee. I think you should take all that into consideration instead of saving all that money from not filling cups or lowering the sizes worry about your customer satisfaction.

Sheetz fruity chicken salad and custom burger

Today I ordered online a fruity chicken salad and a custom burger with ketchup, mustard and pickles. When I got home I saw the salad was not even half full. The burger barely had any condiments on it and was cold and burned. I am shocked that the Sheetz we frequent served us such awful food and I would like a credit for these two items put back on my card. I have a picture of the salad.

Sheetz spicy bacon snack wrap

I got an order of three. The snack WRAPS are supposed to be wrapped in a tortilla WRAP. I got Hawaiian buns? Like hamburger buns. Disgusting. Its sad something so simple could be messed up. There was at least 7 people working and nobody caught the mishap. I usually dont get annoyed but lately things like this have been occurring. I dont understand how you could be so careless to not understand the difference between a hamburger bun and a tortilla wrap.

Sheetz cold brew coffee

I have been getting cold brew coffee since Sheetz started offering them. I absolutely love them and can't beat the price compared to other coffee shops. Recently though, the quality of them at my local store has dropped. They taste like hot coffee that has been cooled and watered down. At first I just thought I got a bad one. But I tried again and again and they are just getting worse. Maybe it's a quality control issue. I always get cream added. The choices are light, regular, heavy. I always choose light. Sometimes the coffee is almost white looking. It's definitely not a light touch of cream. The last time I ordered no cream just to see what it would look like. I was going to add my own. The coffee was almost clear looking it was so watered down. So disappointing! I wish I would have taken pictures.

Sheetz reward program & coupons

Good afternoon,
I'm writing to make a few suggestions. I absolutely love Sheetz, have been a loyal customer for years, since y'all came to NC. I USED to stop in every day sometimes a few times a day. I spent a lot of money on food and drinks. And i loved the buy 10 get one free! That was a great deal. It made Sheetz rank so much higher then any other convince store. That was a big reason why i always chose Sheetz! But now with the new rewards program, i feel super unappreciated! It's ridiculous to have to spend so much money for just a free beverage! I really wish y'all would go back to the old system! Also, i uses to get awesome coupons in the mail every few months! They had free food items, free drinks, discounts for items... All kinds of coupons that really made me feel valued as a customer! I'm hoping by writing this y'all will see how much as customers we would love for things to be changed back to the old ways! I know I'm definitely one of very many who feel the same way! Thank you for your time!

Sheetz rude management

Hello, I am writing this in regards to how a manager at store #584 treats employees. All I know is her first name is Carissa. She is very rude to overnight employees. There are usually only 3 employees to work overnight and she comes in at 6 and sits in the office and does not bother to help the other employees even though there is a lot to be done. She calls them liars and is rude and constantly tells them they don't do their jobs. They need help overnight and are being criticized because they don't have it. It has also been said that if employees complain about her she will find a way to fire them or cut their hours to where they quit. This is ridiculous. I don't know what power trip she's on but she needs to start taking care of good employees and quit treating people like they are dirt under her feet. These people that work overnight are hard working, good people who do the best they can. They stay over to get things finished, unlike other shifts and they do their jobs the best they can with the help they have. She really needs to be taken off the high horse she's on and treat employees with respect and dignity. Thank you for listening. I'm just concerned about the overnight [censor] and how she is making them feel. I am not an employee there so I don't want her taking this complaint out on them. No one there knows anything about this complaint. I have seen and heard her when I have been in the store. I am in there a lot.

Sheetz decaf coffee

On 7/31 I went into the northern Cambria 15714 sheetz to buy ice tea and a decaf coffee only to be told that they empty all the coffee except 1 classic at 11pm and do not make anymore until 3am... I just moved here from Indiana pa... I have never experienced this in Indiana or anywhere else for that matter... I am very disappointed to know that I cannot go to Sheetz now to get my coffee though be it decaf between 11pm and 3am...

Sheetz food/hot dog

I went to sheetz in Greensboro NC and I ordered a hot dog with chili, Cole slaw and ketchup on it. The hot dog I received hot some kind of Vaseline substance in it. It was a clunk. When I took it back nobody in the store as far as staff including managers wanted to address my issue nor answer my question. They caught a really nasty attitude. Even one of the staff members took her gloves off and threw them in the floor and yelled at me. She grabbed her keys and phone and walked out. I told them several times I did not want another hot dog but they made me take it... I will continue to reach out to sheetz and other sources until I get a response and my issues and questions are resolved. My email address is [protected]@gmail.com

Sheetz brockway location. grab and go food service.

I ( and my automation crew of 4 )visit the Brockway Pennsylvania location every morning. I get fuel for the truck or both trucks and breakfast, and lunch items. One of my crew gets MTO lunch daily. I get items for. The MTO to go we took for lunch. I and 2 other crew members would like to get breakfast off of the Breakfast sandwich rack. We arrive every day between 7:00 am and 8:15 am. The items usually left on the rack are two breakfast pizzas anf one or two of the omlettes or the rack is empty. We have attempted to buy what's left, but the toetilla wraps on the omlettes are soaked with condensation and slimy. The pizzas, no one cares for. We all prefer the sausage egg muffins, but if there happens to be any left, they are burnt by the light and dried up hard. After throwing away several food items, two members of my crew quit going I to the store all together, and I now have to make a second run to McDonald's every morning. I prefer the muffin breakfast sandwiches myself, but they are not on the to go rack. I will grab a muffin sandwich if it's there and not a dried up brick. This happens mabey one a month if they are there, but usually the quality of bad. This is the second time I have complained about this issue. It makes the sheetz run and done adds seem pretty dumb to us when I have to go to a second restaurant every day.

Sheetz food

I order nachos and cheese and the chips didn't even cover the bottom of the container. $4.99! One little squirt of cheese in the middle. That was today. On July 23 I ordered my grandson a burger with cheese and bacon and got one half piece bacon! $.40 extra cheese and got a 2x2 square piece of cheese. Also ordered your. 3 for $4. The tator tots were still froze in the middle and the cheese bites were all stick together! Done ordering food products. They get worse and worse every time I order. Everything literally wasted and thrown in the Garbage! Done buying from Sheetz! I'll find some where else to spend my money.

Sheetz service

On July 26, 2017 when purchasing a salad in the drive thru at 3:24. The cashier never returned my debit card and sheets card. I was not aware at first. I called at 9:55ish to see if it was there and the manager said they did not have it. After checking all my bags when I returned home, I returned to the store super sheets on 17th street at 11:00 to have the manager say it was not there. A cashier opened the cash drawer and said what's the name, and my cards were there the whole time. I am very upset the manager did not take time to check when I called. I hope this issue is addressed so someone else does not have to experience the fear of losing my bank card when it was never turned back by your cashier, then not taken seriously by your store manager when I called to see if it was there.

Sheetz service

When Someone orders two orders of mozzarella sticks, it's logical to give them two containers of marinara. You can't eat two packs of 6 mozzarella sticks with only one sauce. It's common sense. Ripley WV Sheetz is very stingy with their sauces. And I'm sick of it. Please explain to the workers that when someone asks for extra sauce, you give them extra sauce. I have never gotten extra sauce when I have asked for it.

Sheetz my order

I ordered a chicken breakfast sandwich and a mint Oreo drink. I went in to pay for it and then went to my internship site and when I started eating my food; my order was completely wrong. They had put sausage on my sandwich instead of chicken. My drink was not right either. I do not eat sausage and my drink was just a plain Oreo drink. I was not happy at all and I'm still upset.

Sheetz mto "milkshake"

I was lured into purchasing five of the milkshakes for $1.99 today off of the MTO service. It was the signage in front of your store that got me.

My 5 children, my wife and I were eating on the road as we had picked 2 of our boys up from summer camp. (Typically we don't eat out much, which probably colors our perception some). We like ice cream, but it turns out your product isn't really a milk shake; it's more of a sugar shake really.. while we enjoyed the slider, none of my kids really enjoyed their treat and we threw 1/2 of most of them away. I hate wasting money so I drank 1/3 of my daughters small strawberry "shake" with whipped cream topping. I was feeling sick to my stomach within 5-10 min and felt uncomfortable for about an hour. When we got home we checked your ingredient list and no wonder we all were so sugar shocked by your product. Holy cow... those things are a chemistry experiment in a cup. I can't even believe you call that a milk shake. Please change your labeling to reflect what that product really is.

(By the way, I'm writing this 2 hours after our dining experience and my 14 year old son just came in groaning and holding his belly. He had a large peanut butter shake with Oreos and swirled pb..)

I should have thought twice when "frappe" mixture showed up on the touch screen instead of ice cream. I will never purchase another of those and will tell other parents to be careful. I would recommend a local ice cream stand any day over your place if it's a fozen dairy treat you're looking for.
I just can't believe how much excess sugar is in your product. No wonder our society is suffering from obesity and diabetes...

I am a health care provider and have really been looking into the relationship between what we eat and how we feel. Occasionally I eat what my patients eat and tonight is one experience that confirms my suspicions. While I do want to commend you on the healthy choices that are right there in front of the MTO touch screen, I was not impressed with the pricing. This is one reason my patients struggle - the stuff that is literally killing them is less expensive and you get more for your dollar with it. Plus it tastes sweet - at least in the short run. In the long run... seeing them loose toes, then feet, then legs from the complications of their diabetes calls the cheap food options into questions. This is well documented in the film "Food Inc." which you should watch if you haven't. Then watch "Supersize Me", Katie Couric's "Fed Up", and "That Sugar Film" by Damon Gameau. Watch these then look at what's on your shelves and going around and around in your dispensers and flagging down customers in the 3 foot tall posters spaced every 15 feet leading into your store.

Is there anything you can do about pricing the real food so far above the fake stuff? $3.69 for about a cup of berries is just too much. Especially when you know in grocery stores it's $2.50 for 3 cups - and that's not even wholesale pricing (that I assume your volume purchasing allows).
Really, you guys do such a tremendous business in so many communities. You've got a huge opportunity to affect the collective health of our communities. What you put out there for us to buy is in some way reflective of your values. Pandering to our collective sweet tooth almost exclusively makes it tough to eat well.

I appreciate that you've put a ton of money into things like community youth sports or the health center at Penn State Altoona. BUT, if you are conditioning the taste buds of those little league players with so much excess sugar it's only a matter of time before I'm seeing them in my office trying to treat their chronic pain, circulation problems and other obesity related issues.

Honestly, I've probably put more here than you wanted to hear, but please consider this. I have 5 kids.. If I put candy bars and donuts out for an after school snack, they get eaten. But if I put out better options they get eaten too.. because if you're hungry and not into preparing your own food you eat what's available. It's the same situation a lot of your customers are in - hungry and not able to prepare something for themselves. We are all pretty tight on spare time and taking healthy food on the road is not a top priority
Whole s and Trader Joe's have sort of trademarked eating healthier while not sacrificing flavor. Could you maybe get a little of their market by putting better, more healthful, less processed options out there.. AND make them affordable? I think you could. Whole Foods and Trader Joe's won't be selling gas. But their customers will need to purchase fuel somewhere. Maybe you can capture some of their business by expanding your offerings. Honestly, one small container of (very green) bananas and apples stacked up against all those cases of donuts, cookies, Twinkies, candy, etc... And a small 6 foot case of expensive prepared fruits and veggies against "the soda cave" and all that liquid sugar lining the exterior walls... you can only get better. Take a good look at the profiles of the people buying the sugar saturated stuff. Look at the way they walk, or struggle to. Look in at your employees. Look at everyone your business touches. We are getting larger - and there is huge cost associated with that. I know it's a tough thing to overcome. You are one chain of stores, but you've got more potential for impact than I do in a small community practice. Plus, your executive folks know people.. they can talk.. this idea can catch on. It has to...

Please, talk about this amongst yourselves. Please send this complaint up the chain to your policy people. I don't want a refund or anything like that. I want change. It's feasible and it will fill a niche that is sorely lacking. My wife and I grew up running to your stores for gas and snacks and the occasional meal. Now that we know what we know we're pretty much just coming for gas...

Thanks for your time.
Please contact me with feedback. It would totally make my year to have these sentiments acknowledged in some way.

Wow. Very well said. And I have watched the Food inc. and Super Size me. Not the other 2 though. I love your outlook and I agree, the food you serve, or anything you serve reflects your values. I would have to assume, their values are $$$$$$ and $$$$$$. They serve what the customers already want. It would take a change in our overall society and food industry to change Sheetz' menu and what they sell. They're always going to sell junk. Plus, they don't advertise as being a health fitness nutrition-conscious environment anyhow, so, can't really put that guilt trip on them. Some people pay $150 for shoes that cost $3.50 to make and the shoes hurt their feet which in turn over time gives them bad backs. But the shoe company isn't selling othopedic shoes because the customer didn't want those kind, they wanted the $150 ones. They'd went to a different shoe company if they wanted comfotable shoes that's good on the back. So if they don't sell them, someone else will and then they'll be the millionaires instead. $$$$$ is always the priority in business. If you want health diets, you must shop on your own and create your own stuff for on the go. When you buy and eat trash, you feel like trash!

I have always agreed with your most heart-pounding comment though. It's drives me furious. I can't stand that healthy food cost 3-4-5 or 10 times what junk food costs! I am soooo discusted about that harsh reality. Heck, even the health food now days over time causes cancer or something because of something that is in the product when grown, or in the seed itself because they do that to make the seed "immune" to certain outside elements. Arrrr.

Sheetz food

I ordered 3 hot dogs today from the the new Fairmont, WV location. I ordered them all with boom boom sauce. And none of them had the correct sauce. The time I ordered was 5:54pm and my order number was 472. This is dissappointing because the only reason I order these hotdogs is to enjoy the boom boom sauce.
Thank you,

Sheetz food

I visit sheetz on a weekly basis. My son plays sports so after his game it is a quick supper for the family. But lately we have not been very happy with the food we have been receiving. I have gotten fries before and they have tasted like fish, I have not complained due to I only have had that happen a time or two, but the one I'm highly disappointed about is that you have introduced the new cinna poppers which I have to admit I love, but what I don't love is that everything I order fried anymore taste like cinnamon! That has happen to me a lot here since they have been introduced. I think that they should have a fryer designated for fish and one for the cinnapoppers. I DO NOT like my mac n cheese bites tasting like cinnamon or my French fries or anything else I get deep fried...it should not taste like cinnamon. They need to quit frying the cinnapoppers in the fryers !

Sheetz menu items

I have grown up on Sheetz but more and more recently the quality of the food has really been unsatisfactory. The prices seem to go up and up while the quality continues to decline. I am not the kind of person who likes to complain but having ordered food twice this week and having it been horrible twice I felt the need to let you know!
I ordered a California Cobb salad from your pleasant valley blvd location on Wednesday. It had no egg and no guacamole. An eight dollar salad with some turkey lunch meat on it!
Then today I ordered a chicken egg and bacon biscuit breakfast sandwich from the store on Logan blvd. The piece of chicken on the sandwich was completely inedible! I couldn't even bite one piece of it off! It was like a rubber dog toy! Plenty of places offer breakfast sandwiches for much less that are better quality! Like I said I have grown up with Sheetz and it makes me sad to see the quality and price of your food now! I really hope that you will work to improve your menu items.
