Sheetz bathrooms

The ladies' bathroom was worse than the worst service station of yesteryear that I ever visited. There was tissue paper and paper towels on the floor. Three stalls had no bathroom tissue paper. The stall with paper had the paper cover hanging open. Three stalls needed flushing, with one having feces. I used my foot to flush 2 of them, so I know 2 were working.

I assume no employee had been in there and washed their hands and left it in that condition. Therefore, we were not going to get food from such a facility. Was the kitchen kept in the same degree of cleanliness?

Sheetz lottery machine

A man standing in front of the machine buying scratch off tickets and scratching them not letting anyone else use the machine. He threatened me not to buy the tickets he was scratching. I told him the machine is public and he persisted to bully and threaten. I tried to talk to a manager who treated me like I was causing the problem. I will never enter or purchase anything there again. Complete jerks.

Sheetz food

Ordered an appetizer sampler last night, jalapeño poppers and Mac n cheese bites. While eating a popper driving home o almost choked on something inside the popper. I was able to pull over and pull the object out of my mouth. The object looked almost like a small checker bone. After pulling that out I continued to chew the popper it cans out of and actually found another one if the same object. I pulled ur out and found no more in the rest of the order. I ordered this at 8:32:29, order #86. I took pictures and could send then if need be, the objects were a bit bigger then a quarter in length. Please reach out and we can discuss this issue in further depth. My father ya an attorney and he advised me to reach out through the formal complaint first. Thanks, look forward to hearing from you. Actually sent a message last night but haven't heard back so this is message #2. I still have the container and objects found. Thanks again.

Sheetz disrespectful crew members

2 crew members tonight were extremely rude but not to my face, they male one did something to my tacos and didn't replace them and he said "just gonna pretend nobody saw that" and the women with blonde hair went along with it. He also made fun of how I dressed behind the counter. I went to grab a sandwich and he whispered "u can't afford that "too his other 2 co-workers and they laughed and thought I didn't hear a thing I find that very disrespectful and I'm not going to be treated like a peasant for someone who makes less than me.. this happened around 11:40 pm on 03/18/19. Never once have a felt so uncomfortable in a Sheetz before especially emporium the town I live in.

Sheetz car wash and the employee I dealt with

I have never used the Sheetz car wash before. I waited for 45 minutes. When I got into the car wash nothing happened. Called the phone number on the wall and they told me to go to the store. The man I dealt with was rude and would not listen. He threw my $12 at me and walked away. First he told me it had been malfunctioning on and off all day. Why wasn't a sign posted? I do not think a refund for the wash is adequate. What about the 45 minutes I wasted, spent gas etc. I will not go back to this car wash and will be switching to Rutters unless you can give me a reasonable explanation.

Sheetz Food

My name is Marty Galsick email is [protected]@gmail.com, I just ordered 3 sliders and nachos grande mini tacos all of my food was ice cold very displeased and was missing half the ingredients on my burgers . This is the 3rd time this year I have had issues with food at this particular sheetz in butler pa on rt356 hoping something will get done to fix these problems in the future

Sheetz pork quesorito

First and foremost, the quesorito was put together very sloppy and was breaking out of the sheetz wrapper that the employee wrapped it in. Along with that, my biggest concern and complaint is that the Pork inside the Quesorito was not cooked the hole way. It was bloody and red/pink. Ended up throwing the whole thing away because I was totally disgusted and feared getting sick from continuing to eat it. I paid nearly 8 dollars for a quesorito that could have ended up giving me food poisoning or something to that extent or worsen. I am highly upset as I go to this sheetz regularly. I am utterly disgusted and would like a refund.

Sheetz Food/mto

Odered food from this location on 3/3/2019. My total was $23.97 Order #707
The employee called my number, I got my food and drove home. When I got hope I opened my back and my bonless bites (large) wasn't in my back. This item was $8.99 plus the side of boom boom sauce I odered additional $.60. I would like to be contacted via email or phone in regards to this matter. [protected] or [protected]@westliberty. edu

Also I ordered two large salads. One of the salads was terrible, I feel like there were rushed when they made it. The salad was suppose to have Grilled chicken, romaine, tomatoes, black olives, crutons, shredded colby jack and ranch. The salad was primary composed of crutons and very little of the other items listed.

Sheetz lack of customer service

Every morning I go into this store for my coffee or whatnot. The employees treat me as like I'm stealing or I don't even get waited on. The manger Chad doesn't treat me any differently. I feel that if I'm going to be treated like this I might as well go to Reuters. This is not what I have known sheetz for. If the employees don't want to wait on customers then go home don't take it out on the customer because it makes me not want to come back. I've been to many sheetz but this one might take the cake for the worst customer service. No other word than terrible.

Sheetz food and service

I shopped at this sheetz at about 11:50pm on 3/1/2019. I ordered food from the touch screen and paid for my food. The supervisor rang me up and talked with 3 other employees the entire time.. The only words spoken to me were "is that all". She and the employee working in the kitchen area were talking loudly across the room, kidding with each other about who was going to fix my food and drinks.. It was playful, but honestly I just wanted to go.. They both along with another woman talked loudly to each other the entire time and at one time even stopped fixing my order to joke about how little they each need "this job".. The employee cooking definitely said at least 3 times "I don't need this job!" and the supervisor said it at least once.. It appeared to be a joke between them, but it was very unprofessional and all the while, I am still waiting... Finally the supervisor gave me my food and drinks and I left... Then, when I got home, my food was wrong! Fortunately, the drinks were good, but sandwiches were both wrong! I can overlook goofing around a bit... And can even overlook the unprofessionalism, since they don't work for me! However, leaving me waiting so you can finish a conversation and then get my food wrong is totally inappropriate and unacceptable!

Sheetz food

Today I went and ordered lunch after Sheetz located in Belington West Virginia my quesadilla I received had barely any steak on it the bread was soggy and wet end of my hot dogs were all cold I got my son some french toast sticks and they were hard as hell. Also I've never seen sour cream so runny and it doesn't even taste like sour cream I usually love eating at this place but after today I'm going to reconsider

Sheetz poor customer service

Me and 3 other people came In to sheetz and ordered food. we were going to sit inside and eat but there were to many people there. so we went out to my truck and ate the food we were there for no more than 45 mins from when we got there. as we were sitting there the sheetz employees call the cops on use for no reasons they said we were loitering but we weren't we got food and ate it there. me and my friends will never go there again. They have called the cops multiple times on people that I now saying that we never bought anything. but every time we go is to get food gas and meet people there. I am sick and tired of this happening. there is nothing to do in this town beside go to sheetz and hang out with friends. Me and all my friends will never return to this sheetz everagian. we will go across to get go then sheetz. Also I'm friends with a cop that works for that township and he told me that they called the cops the night before on use for sitting inside eating and talking. we left before they showed up. they never asked us to leave. if they came over and asked use we would of left. but the thing I dont get is why would you call the cops on people who always comes in and spends money in there.

On and according to them we the first time they called the cops on us was because we were talking dirty, and using profanity and being loud and someone with kids complained. But we were there first and if the parents did not want their kids to her profanity and about sex talk they should have left. We were there first and there is thing called freedom of speech. No way should we be asked to leave because of a bunch of offened cry babies. They should leave. They did ask us to stop being loud and stop using profanity. But why should we. We were not bothering anyone and if we were they can leave or switch seats

Sheetz discussing food and terrible service

My daughter went to the location listed above on yesterday and order chicken tenders. The yound man behind the counter gave her the food and told her to have a good day. When she opened her food she notice that the chicken looked like someone had already eaten it and put scraps for a dog to eat. She could not turn around because she was on the company truck. She called back to speak to the manager and was told that he was not in. The person stated that he will give information and will get areturn call on tomorrow. No return phone call, so she called back and claim that he knew nothing and could not do nothing. I know people try to get over a alot but not this time. I once worked in food service and so did she. That is not customer service. You have to deal with irate customers, I understand this. He could have said no one told him about this and he will get back with her later after speaking with employees. I'm sorry, but I am heated at this time. I feel someone should try to get to the bottom of this. He could do this to the wrong individual. It is not considered to be a joke.

Sheetz food

I ordered a bacon platter. No eggs. Just bacon and tator tots. It was all shaken up, in the pic I moved it around. But literally had 2-3 shredded pieces of bacon not even one whole piece mixed on with some eggs felt super hard and tasted like plastic or not even cooked. For $7! I have always had great food from sheetz but they got a lot of new people recently and this is the 3rd time I have wasted money on food here at this location.

Sheetz food

My co-worker and I go to sheetz several times a week to pick up lunch. On a regular basis we get the boneless chicken pieces coated in various sauces. Usually they are pretty good although it varies weekly whether or not you get the coated chicken you requested or at least have enough sauce in there to coat them later. Today 2/13/19, however, we both ordered the chicken. Both were severely overdone and dry, tasted rather "fowl" with hardly any sauce on or with the chicken. The one piece of chicken even had a black spot/line through it. I don't know what that was - i've never seen anything quite like it. Overall, it was just not good. I don't usually write online reviews etc., but we were both pretty disappointed with our lunches.

Sheetz gas station video advertising at gas pump

I purposely avoid this sheetz because of the loud video ads playing while I attempt to pump gas. As a migraine sufferer, sound can be a trigger, especially if one cannot control the volume intensity.
There is no turn off option and I think that should be offered for those affected by sound. I fear more sheets will develop this and It should be controlled before it gets to this point.
It becomes so overwhelming for me emotionally, I can't even be sure there isn't a mute option, but if there is, it is very hard to find before giving up and driving away with only half a tank full of gas filled.
This world is ad obsessed and I don't think it's appropriate to be forced into listening to ads while purchasing a product. You can close YouTube, Facebook, etc. if you don't want to listen to the ad, but if you want gas, you're stuck in the atrocious loud setting.

Sheetz car wash

I waited in line 45 minutes to wash my car. When it was my turn, I swiped my card and chose the $7 Shiny wash option. It said my receipt was printing but nothing came out. When I was told the wash was available, I pulled forward, but the door didn't open. The automated voice kept saying to proceed to the wash. It never did open. The voice then said the transaction was canceled. The car behind me backed up allowing me to swipe my card again. I again chose the $7 option. Again the voice said my transaction was complete and my receipt was printing. Again, no receipt but this time the door opened.
I completed my wash then went to the pumps for gas. From there I drove 2 miles to the Springhill Suit hotel where I was spending the night. When I went to the passenger side to make sure my car was locked, I saw the entire passengers side of my car was still filthy! In addition, when I checked my credit card account, I was charged twice! I've paid $14 for half a car wash! Of course I have no receipt to prove this but I do have a screen print from my credit card and pictures of what my driver side looks like and what my passenger side looks like! At this point I'm doubtful I'll use Sheetz car washes again!

Sheetz service

I came to sheets as usual to get my lg peanut butter clshake, went to cashier wish was very nice, I go ahead and pay, went back to the counter to wait for the shake, a pretty blond young girl approached me and told me in a rude manner that if I was there for the shake I need it to pay it first ! I had my receipt! That's was insulting and rude.wont appreciate it, I told her I already pay and show the receipt, when she finished my shake she not even told me I was looking other way so she left the counter and left my shake on top on the receipt.Not nice

Sheetz online order through app

Hi My name is Jerry Luizza my sheetz card number is [protected] I ordered a 2 meat platter online through the app, popcorn chicken and chicken stripz with my sides. I got my sides and my stripz but did not receive my popcorn chicken. I wanted to put in a complaint because the food at sheetz is not cheap and that cost me like $4 worth of chicken. Please let me know if there is a refund I can get for my order or something thank you. My order was order 6788157 and the total price was $17

Sheetz I am complaining about a worker named rick warnick

My niece and I went to Sheetz on January 27th. Mr. Warnick was very rude and kept making snide comments to my niece.
He knew of my 14 niece by the fact that his best friend had been in a relationship with her. This man was 19 and she is 14. He beat and raped her. So Mr. Warnick was upset with my niece becuase his friend has since been arrested. So he has taken upon himself to smear her name on his Facebook pubicly and to make comments and cause us to NOT order food due to him making it. We did not want him to tamper with our food in anyway. While we were there he kept making comments and staring at us. Making my niece very uncomfortable. I would have spoken to the manager but she is very close with him and would not have done anything about it. After we left he then got on his cell phone and put a post up about us.

This is ridiculous. I will not go to that Sheetz anymore.
