Sheetz food service

I went to my local sheetz and placed an order thru the drive thru. Upon receiving my order of 5 count order a and 3 count order of chickens trips tossed in buffalo ranch sauce (which took 20 minutes) I checked the order. The first wasn't even mixed it was a pool of ranch and a pool of hot sauce and the other was habanero sauce. So I politely went inside and showed the employee behind the counter. He gave it so someone named Abby who was giving me attitude for asking. Then she sent it back another young man who proceeded to come to the front and tell me that I was wrong and I ordered it like that. I didn't want to cause a scene so I said I dont believe I did but if did it was a mistake and I'm sorry is there anything you can do. I didn't order habanero and untossed pools of sauce. The man at the register gave me a 5 dollar gift card and was very kind and apologized. Then I watched the gentlemen who argued with me fill several peoples order that had come in after me. It took him a half hour to fix my order. I personally believe he did it in spite as he clearly filled tons of orders before coming close to mine. I watched people coming and going for a half hour! This is not the first time I've had a problem here. I don't know what the issue is but hate having to confront people like that. I'm not ever returning to eat at a sheetz establishment because I don't want to have the wrong order and then be made to feel like I'm being a jerk for kindly asking for it to be rectified repeatedly. Its the last time for me. Im over it.

Sheetz waiting 20 minutes for my coffee

I placed an order at 12:16pm got my food after about 10 minutes but continued to wait for the specialty drink I ordered. After waiting a few more minutes I realized they had forgotten about my drink and we're filling all the other orders. I got in line and informed a cashier that I had not gotten my coffee I ordered. After a few minutes they made my drink FINALLY at 12:34. I feel it's unexceptable to wait 20 minutes for a coffee.

Sheetz night shift staff

Hi, I am an ex with one of your employees. Not a big deal, however now when I walk in I am constantly being watched and talked about. This has happened two nights now and I no longer feel like a customer, but rather an outsider. I am hoping you can reprimand them for their unprofessional behavior as I plan to continue buying food at your store, however if this keeps up I'll be forced to take my business elsewhere. I have never harassed anyone or caused a scene, I don't even talk to my ex unless it's part of a transaction. I find this behavior not only to be unprofessional and immature but also intimidating.

Sheetz car wash

on 1/18/2018 I was stuck in the car wash. The car washed stopped after rinsing off half of my car. The doors would not open and the car wash was stopped behind my car. I had to call and get help. Thank goodness I had a cell phone with me because the emergency box was frozen shut. The manager finally sent out a person to open a door and then I had to go through the car wash again to get it rinsed off. He was very nice and waited for my car to finish but the manager there said it had been acting up all day. I think they closed it after I was done. Probably should have closed it before that. The car wash at Sheetz in Carmichaels Pennsylvania was just completely redone and is now 90% worse. It used to be a touchless now it has brushes which are leaving streaks all over the car and not hitting the corners at all, as well as barely touching the wheels.

Sheetz sheetz employee

Last night around 11:00 11:30pm I noticed one of your fellow female employees eating cookies off your food preparation table in the food service area I find this very appalling, disgusting, and unprofessional and will think twice about eating there again! I hope this issue can be resolved because this is just not right at all and you should not be eating while making food for people.

Sheetz fiesta wrap

Ive been buying your MTO feista wrap for years now and just recently i noticed its quality has dropped. The chicken is so dry and hard and it doesnt have enough sauce on it. I was willing to pay the higher price for it when the quality was better, but i will be discontinuing purchasing this item. i have spent on average $20 a week on just this alone in sheetz.

Sheetz 2 previous orders were awful/missing items

Order #3110102
The quesrito was missing items that I had added i.e.. Steak and the pulled pork was awful. As for the breakfast platter.. The single sausage patty was under cooked and sliced up.. I don't know why. This part of the order was missing ketchup and a 2oz cup of nacho cheese. Extras I paid for as well.

Sheetz customer service

I went to the sheetz in Mercer pa today got money from the atm and bought tic tacs. My friend behind me tried to buy a six pack. The store employee said because we were together he had to see my Id. I had nothing to do with the beer. I'm also not drinking any of it. It wasn't my transaction. Because I didn't have my id they refused to sell him any alcohol. I'm 34 years old and he is 28. How is this a thing? What about people buying alcohol with children or young adults with them? This wasn't posted anywhere and we have never encountered it anywhere else ever. This is absolutely absurd! We will be purchasing our alcohol elsewhere from now on. And hopefully other people do too.

Sheetz service

I just witnessed a cashier at sheetz in Asheboro NC on January 12 2018 6:15 PM tell an Hispanic man that his passport that was issued in the US was not proper form of ID . She also said that this is America and we don't accept Mexican ID. I could tell the young man was highly humiliated as the cashier walked alway from the register immediately after saying that. I find this highly inappropriate and a form of discrimination in my opinion and must be addressed.

Sheetz employee being disrespectful

Went in to the saint Mary's sheetz to buy cigarette rolling papers and didn't have my id so i was turned away which was understandable then i asked anouther employee after that when i was checkimg out with my ebt card if she could just please give me the price of the cheapest rolling papers and employee tammy was wispering behind me saying i needed my id which I already was told so I walked home in the rain to grab my I'd and walked back down to be and I only had change a assortment of quarters dimes and Pennies to purchase the rolling papers and was counting the change in front of the first cashier then Tammy who claimed to be the manager aproched the cashier and said my change was no good there when I questioned her politely about the matter she raised her voice at me and started saying I was already in there that day causing problems I'm assuming she was talking about the earlier occasion when I didn't have my Id I really don't know then I asked to speak with a manager that's when she claimed to be the manager and showed me her name tag which didn't have manager on it then she threatened to call the police on me so I left

Sheetz employee attitudes/customer service

The sheets is located in raleigh nc. Off of green rd. The cashier is beyond nasty and has 0 customer service skills. It is 7:45p. M on 01/10/2018. I was so angry I didn't even catch her name. But she obviously hates working for you all! She should be in the back scrubbing toilets at best! Y'all sure can pick em! I will not spend another cent at a sheets. Don't give a [censore] y'all are the last store standing! And thru all the shouting. The manager gave no cares. Lol continued to make the trash [censore] food. Smh

Sheetz employee

every time i'm in sheetz a certain employee stares at me nonstop. every time I turn around he seems to be there. this makes me very uncomfortable. I can't can't come into the area without feeling invasive. I don't know this man and he doesn't know me. he's much older than I am. i'm a minor. I don't know if he does this to anyone else but regardless it's not okay.

Sheetz hot chocolate

Hello. I just purchased a medium hot chocolate from the Sheetz on Bedford Rd in Cumberland, MD. I took a sip as soon as I left and it was completely watered down. It looked slightly watered down when I dispensed it, but it looked decent enough to drink without any change in the drink. I have never had this happen, and in fact I love Sheetz. However, I was very disappointed at this outcome. I would like my money back or another drink for free. Thank you.

Sheetz gas pumps

1813 South Main Street, High Point NC ..This location is one of the nastiest Sheetz I have been to thus far...I pumped gas paid at the pump ..Looked at the trash jammed into the windshield cleaner box and was disgusted .There aren't any squeegees to clean the windshield...I went for a paper towel there were none in either of the Despencers around me..the ground was just as cluddered and nasty..I wanted a drink, but I knew better than to go in that place.. if the outside looks so bad. The inside has to be just as bad. So I opted out Of going in ...I will never return to that Sheetz Store...I will use the ones on the outskirts of town...They have always been clean and orderly...

Sheetz sheetz gas and store items.

so I usually love grabbing coffee from Sheetz every morning and i have done so for a while now it has been the same prize at our store in muncy pa 17756 every single day 4.50 for two Starbucks coffee's so I went to get two of them today and I gave the employee $10.50 so being that there is no sales tax on food items in pa the total price of the coffee has and should always be 4.50. Then I said please put the rest in gas expected to have $6 in gas on my pump but the employee who needed a calculator to figure out what 10.50 minus 4.50 is got it completely wrong an charged me 5.88 for my coffee and put 4.50 in gas the opposite of what it should have been. Now I usually wouldn't make a big deal over 1.50 but when I brought it up to your employee he just argued with me and said there was tax on the drinks that I have been buying every morning for a year and it was 4.50 every day! So I am very upset with my service and will never visit that Sheetz store again. I also asked for a receipt and he would not provide me with a copy.

Sheetz subs / bread

Hi my name is Rose and i stop almosy dailu at the sheetz in altoona in 6th avenue. I have a complaint about The bread you changed the hoogie to. It is horrible and makes it hard to eat. If i wanted a sandwich i would order one. With the new bread nothing ever stays on it. Especially the pop corn chicken hoogie, i end up needing a fork to eat it with. I really would recommend changing back to a regular hoogie bun.

Sheetz staff

I went to the Sheetz located in Lakemont, Pennsylvania and I was treated very rudely by the worker there. Her name was Carey and she was very unfriendly. She hardly spoke to us, gave my family and I nasty attitude, and was very displeasing. She slammed our change on the counter top and was walking away from us before we even had our items. This Sheetz wasn't even busy at the time.

Sheetz accused of not paying for food.

I visited the Sheetz in Everett, PA about an hour ago. I ordered food from a kiosk then went to the counter and paid for my food ticket as well as my visiting fathers food ticket. I then went to get a free coffee, thank you by the way! I waited on my food and then when they called our numbers I picked both bags up and handed my fathers bag of two hotdogs to him and we proceeded to leave the store. Both bags had the PAID sticker on them. We were parked on the far side of the parking lot as they were busy. We made it to the car when we hear a lady yelling. We turned to look and an employee of Sheetz was yelling from the doors at us. We could not imagine why she was yelling at us asking us if we paid for our food. Once was not enough, she proceeded to yell across the busy lot if we actually paid for our food. I said of course I did. I got my elderly parents in the car and went back into the store with my receipt and paid stickers. The young man that checked me out knew that I had paid for two separate food orders. I told him that he was the one that checked me out and he nodded. Then the accusing lady said "we saw those people with you had a bag and we just have to check to make sure they paid for it." I said well, if they were with me and I paid for two food orders I would have to have two bags. Then I said that I did not appreciate how that was handled and the woman stated that they have to check when they don't know. I thought that if the food gets placed in the window that it had been paid for and she said not necessarily. They stated that they were all talking as I left and did not think that those people with me paid for their food. My parents are 77 years old and visiting from New Mexico thinking of moving to this area. That is a great way to make an impression! This is where I have an issue...I was yelled at all the way across the busy parking lot. I am from Everett and know a lot of people because I am the wife of a local pastor. It was busy and now I have to worry with who heard and saw that incident. She could have come quietly and quickly behind us, not holding the Sheetz door open and yelling at us to stop. I hope no one else has to be humiliated like that and I will think twice before ordering anything.

Sheetz cheesesteak hoagie

Stopped in WV at a big, New Sheetz. Nice facility. Clean restrooms. Food order 2 / 12 in cheesesteaks MTO. The resulting hoagies were not even close to what was ordered. The meat was full of gristle. Got grilled peppers didn't order them. Ord mayo, no mayo. Ord pickles, no pickles. Neither my husband nor I could find any cheese. Never again. Food all tastes frozen and microwaved. BAD.

Sheetz waited 45 minutes to get cold and soggy fries

Went to Sheetz on 982 in Bullskin, I don't care so much about the 45 minute wait because it is Christmas and they were very busy. We ordered 4 hotdogs and a bucket of fries, the fries were cold and soggy, the bucket was only a little over half full from it sitting so long, an the hotdogs weren't that hot either. Waiting that long for cold food is really disappointing.
