Sheetz mto drink

I came into sheets tonight to get a mto mocha I got my ticket and paid for my medium drink at 8:18pm. I did not receive my drink until 8:44pm. I feel that this is completely rediuclous and no one should have to wait for a simple drink for 26 minutes. I am extremely upset with my service. I has been in other sheets stores and the sheets in greensburg always seem to be extremely busy with extremely long waits. I would like this situation addressed. I should not be standing for only a drink for 26 minutes when other people are getting bags of food.

Sheetz fountain drink

My husband went in to get me a drink & when i tried it it didnt taste right like something was wrong so he went in and told the manager and she said well cant you get a different drink and he said he wanted mt dew she rolled her eyes at him ane walked away for a second and came back and said she checked it and it was completley fine so she didn't know what to tell him.

Sheetz horrible chicken, cold food

I ordered three chicken straps, expecting the usually large strips. I was instead given three extremely small strips, each about half the size as normal. The chicken was cold and hard, and left me starving. My mozzerella sticks were cold as well. My boyfriend ordered two hot dogs, which he had to throw away because they were so cold and disgusting. We have a five minute drive home and ate our food immediately, so there is no excuse for our food being as cold as it is. We have both been left starving, and now have to go eat elsewhere, as our dinner was no where near filling.

Sheetz carwash

On March 23, 2017 after spending $40.00 on gas for my vehicle, I purchased the $9 (Shiner) wash. I left the car wash with my car covered in soap still and ended up having to go to another car wash and spending eight more dollars just so it wouldn't dry to my car. I have pictures and receipt still present, this was ridiculous! After spending this money and always taking my business to this gas station, cause it's convenient to home, and one of the more cleanly facilities, it was just a bit of a hassle. Sheetz rude customer service with wrong order

Rogers rd sheetz in wake forest nc. At approximately 0100am, i received the wrong milkshake and when asking employee, she was condescending and rude. Employee said that it was the drink that i ordered even though it did not look the same as i have had before and when trying the drink, it was disgusting. Did not drink it, and did not appreciate the customer service. I am a night shifter who frequents this particular sheetz 3-4 times a week and would hate to have to stop going there because the employees dont value their customers or put effort into making the correct order. Just please remind your employees on how to mix a milkshake.

Sheetz employee needs help

I was in line buying lunch for my mom yesterday. I had the the list things she asked for open on my phone and put my items on the counter. The cashier was a young white guy, looked to be high school age. He apparently had asked me, "why I was laughing at him" If he did ask I didn't hear, and was not laughing. After I swiped my card, he procedes to get rude with me and not give me a bag. I thought whatever, and went to wait for my food. Then on my way out he stops me and asks, "are you done laughing at me NOW?" I say excuse me what are you talking about? I wasn't laughing at you, I don't know what you're talking about, and I don't even know you. I kept walking out the door and he continued talking about me under his breath. I'd say this young man is in some need of mental help. He's clearly paranoid, and harassing the customers because of it.

Sheetz food wait times and staff performance

My Mom and I went in to the Sheetz #235 in Selinsgrove, PA to order some food. We ordered our food right after the computers had come back online. We placed our order at 8:01pm and we did NOT receive our food until after 8:30pm. During the time which we were waiting for our food, the supervisor who was making the food as well as another supervisor were looking all around for a missing cell phone slowing down the food production time even more. When we received our food we just got a quick I'm sorry as the food was pushed out to us. We were really disapointed in our experience and we felt that our business was not appreciated and for those reasons we will not be back to order food again anytime soon.

Sheetz stupidity on a west virginian level!

I was at my local sheetz getting gas in my girlfriend's car after using restroom and getting a faygo or something and the screen at the pump was upside down! Really? I do not buy into stereotypes nor generalizations however I am starting to get it-the west virginia stigma the longer I live here. It doesn't stop just keeps getting worse and worse. This is my second issue with a sheetz in the last month or so and both in this state!

I rode my Honda CBR 600 RR-Leyla to Sheetz # 546 off exit 8 between Martinsburg and Inwood but it is considered Martinsburg still. And that is the way we came from Martinsburg 81S to exit 8 Tabler Station rd. I have been avoiding (gas/air stations around here suck found out with my ninja zx-7R and it wasn't an automatic but f'd up gauge and had to pay for the air and the middle eastern owner said nobody else complained baligerantly) it but gotta do it every so often and both were approximately 4-5 psi under but nothing major. Started with front tire, set the pump at 37psi (1 over 36 psi) slightly warm from ride there (I am a schooled and experienced motorcycle and automotive tech.) the pump took a concerning long time counting up and then started down and never reached 37, felt the tire and noticed a line formed and a bubble in center contact patch, got mine out of backpack, checked with my pin type gauge-read 50+ which is where it goes up to and stops. I promptly let out til correct psi. and went inside to report and then called number to CS. the second man. gave me to call then and there but it was on a Sunday. I have a reference # and am in process of resolving matter but wanted to post online as well fyi-thanks!

Sheetz employee not helpful

Whomever was working the 3/8/17 shift at 335 am behind the register, young girl, no glasses, think she had red hair didnt ask me for my sheetz card which i realized later, seemed like someone just died, and i was in the bathroom so when i came to the register to pay i asked if my food order was ready, she said yeah mumbled something and walked into the back room... :(
So i walked to where the blonde short hair w glasses was making food. She handed me my order. Just strange and unnecessary...im not the one who ruined her night. #donttakeitoutonthepersonthatpaysurwage

Sheetz car wash

I just came from Sheetz 308 in Raleigh/Durham. I went through the car wash and paid 9.00 for the ultimate wash. I have done this several times with no problem. However, when it was finished, I was shocked to look over and see my side mirror covered in soap. I pulled out and pulled into a parking space at Sheetz. The drivers side windows of my Jeep were covered in suds. I had to wipe them off with a paper towel because I didn't want the soap to sit there :/ IThis completely smeared my car and made it look like I hadn't gotten a wash. Needless to say, I am very disappointed. I know it is a machine, but when I pay 9.00 for the automatic car wash I expect at the very least for the soap to be rinsed off. I have attached pictures of my Jeep in the Sheetz parking lot immediately after I pulled out. I am also attaching a picture of my receipt. Thank you.

Sheetz breakfast burrito complaint

I have been going to the same Sheetz for 3 years now, and every time I order the breakfast burritos 75% of the time they are still cold. They taste great when they are warm, but please tell me how they would taste cold. For a convenient store with such a high standard for customer service, it's upsetting that the foods temperature can't be checked before being wrapped up.

Sheetz food that was ordered and employee

I went to the sheetz in connellsville to get food today. I ordered it went and paid and then went to wait for my order. About a half hour after I order I'm still waiting and six people that had ordered after me had already gotten there food so I walk up and ask. My food was done and sitting there the one employee Shelly told the other girl Renee that I would probably want it remade. Renee then tried to give me my order I check it everything was cold so Shelly said she would remake it so I agreed then about fifteen minutes went by no food so I ask again and was told by Renee that she would make it after everyone else's orders were done. In my opinion I should have been there first priority because I had already been waiting forty minutes for my order then was told I would get coupons for the inconvenience and didn't receive them either. So I finally get my food after waiting almost a hour and go home and everything is burnt my cheese sticks and jalapeño poppers had no cheese in them onion rings burnt everything was horrible. Everytime I go there and Renee makes my order it's wrong. This was the worst experience I have ever had at sheetz which is bad when I'm there atleast two times a day

Sheetz food

I have been ordering boom boom sauce for a few years now. I ordered boom boom on my chicken wrap and it was an overpowering hot! I didn't order any other toppings that would make my wrap hot. I don't know if something was put on by accident or fault, but I am dissatisfied. I have been a loyal customer all my life. How can we fix this? Thank you

Sheetz strawberries

I have gotten Sheetz cut strawberries multiple times and every time they tingle my mouth. I think it has to the cleaner that is used. This is a problem because it could obviously be harmful. It could be that I am allergic to whatever it is that is used, but imagine if a child is allergic to this. It could cause more than just mouth tingling. This is really just to bring attention to the issue. The first time it happened I though that it was just a fluke, but it has happened every time.

Sheetz schnack wraps/ food

My boyfriend came in and had a fairly large order but ordered me three schnack wraps with provolone cheese, honey mustard sauce, and pickles. Everything in our order was correct except for the schnack wraps that he ordered for me. The schnack wraps came with lettuce and honeymustard. I can't have my boyfriend drive 25 minutes away to fix the situation either. It would have been a huge problem if I had been allergic to something on the schnack wraps and but into it. I needed to draw attention to the situation for that reason, I also had to pay for something that was incorrect and that upsets me.

Sheetz bad customer service

I go to the Sheetz in orange VA quite often. I see the same 2 cashier's a young black girl and young black boy there. They look at you laughing and talking over the ear pieces that they have on. I take that as an offense and I don't apreciate being looked at any type of way in a store I spend my money in regularly. Also its white guy that works in the back making food and it had been twice I have asked him just for a single bag to put my food in and he gets an attitude. I'm a nurse so I can understand frustration but you have to stay perfesonal he shoved the bag over to me and walks off. None of them greet you or smile at you when you walk in. It was one lady who actually told me to have a good night when she realized my frustraion with the guy I asked for the bag from...The worst service I have ever had since these three started working at this Sheetz I don't even like to come there at night when I get off anymore

Sheetz - food order

I order a spicy chicken mto salad this am. I was charged and paid for egg on the salad. I was not given the egg. I normally don't complain but it's the third time I have been missing something when I order. All employees were so sweet and kind that I just hated to complain. I am a huge fan of the mto process as I am very picky. Let me add this location is always very clean.

Sheetz air compressor

I was using the air compressor at Sheetz in Latrobe this evening, July 7, 2016 and set the compressor for the appropriate PSI for my tire, 32, the air compressor overinflated my tire to a psi that I am not even sure of as I could not see the front of the unit. As I removed the hose from my tire the tire valve popped out of my tire and my tire quickly deflated. I alerted the store manager who had no information or anything to give me. I went back to my car and noticed another gentleman using the unit. His psi read 48, I alerted him of the issue that had just occurred and that his psi was currently reading 48. He stated that the compressor never shut off or alerted him either, however his tire did not pop as mine did.

Sheetz intimidate

My family and I no longer shop here! Most of the employees are friendly enough but not all. Some are very unprofessional. My phone dropped after shopping this establishment. I felt threatened by employee trying to intimidate me when I came in to retrieve my phone.

How you may ask? Me and several others called my phone for an hour. Someone would answer and hang up. Then when someone finally answered a female screamed stop calling, what do you want? What she didn't know was my GPS said where my phone was as it was still on. She hung up on me and I called again. I told her why I was calling. She replied a customer had handed her my phone and she was on her way to the cellular store to drop it off. Store policy is to give to manager and first wait to see if customer comes back in phone.

I asked her to go back to the store as I am already on my way to Sheetz and didn't know if she was being truthful. When I met her she pimp walked towards me and continued to be very aggressive. She had another female employee with her with. She was about to hand me my phone when she pulled her hand back.

She told me I had to hear first what she thought about the way I spoke to her and to convenience me she did not steal the phone. Ask why my phone was on lock and complained that it was password protected. Then went on a long story about her phone that was the same as mine that recently was stolen. Next how she could have kept phone, not be honest, what she could have done it with my phone and how she could get away with it in detail. Leaving me to buy a new one. She never verified if the phone was mine though the screen saver was of me and my child. Our voices were raised other customers were looking. I did everything in my power to appease this woman and stay calm even when she was nasty. So there would not be screaming or an physical altercation. I did not want to upset my baby I am a good mother!

She wanted an apology and this went on for much too long. Did I mention I had my baby with me who can not even walk yet in my arms? I told her sorry she thought I was rude several times. I was in a hurry as my baby was hungry and I did not have anymore time to indulge. I thanked her and was trying to leave.

She made many attempts to block my path so I could not leave. I finally got my phone and left but I should have said something to someone but I was scared. I was told the Store manager was off that day. So my spouse went in the next day and spoke with her about the incident. I was shook up enough I did not want to go back to the store. The store video tape should have caught this since we were in the front of the store near the cashier's line and front doors. Many witnesses but no customers asked if we were alright. At least two employees after if I got my phone and was everything alright. The manager was asked to fire her and what she planned on doing.

Have not heard back from her and it's been at least a month.Yesterday I dropped someone off in the parking lot and Amber was outside smoking pointing and talking about me just a couple of feet away. I loudly stated to my passenger getting into the car that I do not want to have to contact corporate it appears she is at it again and she asked me hey you look familiar did you ever work here? I have only seen her once before this and I am new in town. None of my family has ever lived in Orange

Sheetz refused sell of cigarettes

On Friday night I stopped my 2 daughters 18 an 19 at Sheetz to go to restroom and buy cigarettes...My 18 year old went to counter to pay for cigarettes. The 19 year old was on her way out door...They refuse service to my 18 year old with a valid ID.. They stated they needed 19 year olds ID.. Why! She came in for restroom...So after being refused she came back to vehicle. Me being the mother went in to get cigarettes an was refused service to...Then I asked for the manager an she stated she couldn't sell them to me cause I was with them other.As I was leaving store the cashier was laughing as I left...I think I was discrimanated against ..

As a sheetz employee, I believe the reason was that they saw them walk in together. When we see people walk in together and try to purchase cigarettes/alcohol we have to ID both people of the party, because we do not know whether or not that they are both over the age of 18. As for the laughing that is plain up rudeness and at my store I do not tolerate it at all.
