I placed a prepaid pickup order at Hayes St location in Johnstown Pennsylvania
I ordered
French toast sticks
Hash browns
Edible cookie dough
And a peppermint mocha latte
The issue was that I did not receive my latte.
My mother was sent to pick up my order since I have been hospitalized since October.
She told me she grabbed what they had on the cart with my number in it, that there was no coffee on the cart just the bag with the food products.
Desired outcome: Refund for latte or credit towards a future latte
Sheetz - food order wrong
I ordered a PLAIN breakfast sandwich. Just bacon, egg, American cheese on a bagel. They put so much salt and pepper on the sandwich that was not on the order that I could not taste anything else. I do not eat salt and definitely hate pepper and do not use it on anything. When opening the sandwich and all I could see was pepper on the cheese and all through the wrapper I could not eat it. I was not able to take it back because I was on my way to work and was already late from waiting almost 15 minutes for the one sandwich. I understand that it was a brand new person (where a ribbon stating that) but if it is no on the screen don't put it on the food please.

I order from the ripley sheetz and I ordered a popcorn chicken and it don't have Cole saw or bom bom sauce on I am not happy I will not order from there again
Sheetz - burnt food

I ordered food on 12/20/2018 at the haynes street location in johnstown pa and when I opened the pepperoni roll and it was completely burnt, you mean to tell me that your employees think it is acceptable to serve that to someone? I worked at sheetz so I know the standards you guys have... This is the worst experience I have ever had with a sheetz. I honestly am disappointed because I held you guys to high standards. I called the location and they brushed it off like the pepperoni roll was "too close to the lights in the oven" no you do not serve this to a customer. I will be going to the location once I am off work and showing the manager what was served to me. This is unacceptable. I will be purchasing food items elsewhere from now on.
