Sheep's Clothing / Bad Business
Date of Incident: 7/2/15
Incident Description: Paid for three 1.5 hour crochet 101 classes & supplies. After the first class session, I contacted the owner & requested a prorated refund for the remaining 2 classes. We were met with disdain, disrespect, defensiveness & a refusal to return our money. We expressed our concerns & reasons for wanting a refund, but were instead called names. I do have copies of the correspondence to prove as much.
Desirable Resolution: A prorated refund for the remaining two 1.5 hour classes for myself & my mom.
