They say it is free, and suggestive sell you until it costs a couple hundred dollars! They send you tons of emails to offer any help you may need. I sent 3 emails asking for their offered help. All in the same moment, about 13 hours later; I received 3 emails all stating I had been canceled! All due to asking a few questions, which they continue to encourage! Your success Shawn Casey I don't like it at all that's not good for those people to go to the web site and enter the page to see, what is for free, and is not free stuff, the only thin is they take money from people that like to do some brain stories, like if you get this you going to have a good life and you don't have it a good life the only is that give away the only money that you have to the person that really don't needed at all, that you can needed the most in anything like food or gas instead that trowing in the trash, is the same thing if you give it to him is throwing ti thet trash is what he is ... I AM feeling a bit peeved at losing $3, 830 in 2009, what makes

matters worse is, Sean Casey inc' & co. knew that I was almost a

complete newby, and, that I would possibly, probably inadvertantly,

delete what i should have saved and, saved what I should have deleted.

I AM NOT sure they will make my refund which was claimed many

times during the 90 day period. By the time I took the complaint to the

I willing signed up, I'm not going to deny that, BUT even with their 100% money back guarantee, I CAN'T GET MY MONEY BACK! I can't log into the sites that you are led to to get your money back and as soon as the "customer service" people had called too many times I told them I was trying to get my money back, NOTHING I've not heard from them since, being in Australia they gave me a bogus number to call for this to happen. I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND WON'T STOP TILL I GET IT! If anyone can help me that would be fantastic...

I haven't even attempted to check out this biz in a box yet, but people are always ready to jump someone's s**t when they can't figure out how to use their product correctly or never think to check their spam folder or never take the time to find out how to get a refund!

On the bottom of the page you signed up on we clearly have our support link as follows.

"For Support, please go to our Help Desk."

All you need do is click to go to support.

Your sign up and order confirmation go to you automatically when you sign up. Your confirmation may have gone to your spam folder so you need to check there for it and make sure you whitelist the email address.

i too signed up for your free offer purchase and in the end i got couht up in your manipulative ways and ended up giving my credit card number ended up NOT paying 27$ but you charged almost 30$.

Andrea,

First - To get the "free stuff", all you had to do was enter your name and email address. You did that and you got access to everything promised. You also should have received an email explaining how to access the information, but that email may have been blocked and not reached your inbox.

Second - After opting in, you saw an offer to purchase a product for $27 (not hundreds of dollars). This is completely optional as you apparently figured out because you don't report having made a purchase. You probably scrolled down the page and saw the link that lets you bypass the order link and get to the free training.

Third - I'm not sure why you received 3 emails saying you've been canceled since we don't cancel people from the free product. Since I don't have access to your email address, I don't have a way to look up your free account and contact you with specific help.
