Sharper Image Extra large weighted heating pad

I purchased the weighted heat pad approximately two months ago when I saw the ad on TV. My husband and I are seniors on limited income but we thought the item would be worth the high price for my husband’s bad back. It was great at first but then we had problems with it staying on for more then a few minutes and yesterday it quit totally.

I would be happy to send it back but I’m concerned the postage would be quite high, as I said our income is Social Security.

I hope you can help with this problem

Sharper Image Refund of the wide mouth roll suitcase

I bought 14 bags on November 3rd. Order number ORD506371870. I only received 12. Te Fed Ex [protected] never arrived to my home. I then had to return 4. Sharper Image received 2 sets of two on December 16th, Fed Ex [protected] and December 20th Fed Ex [protected]. I have received two refunds but it is bow February 4th and I am still waiting for my last refund.

Sharper Image Foot Therapy Pad

I ordered the Foot Therapy Pad for my spouse for Christmas. The device is useless. The remote does not work. If the product is turned on manually, it turns off after a few minutes. The functions do not operate. This is an overall waste. I've tried calling several times, only to get disconnected. I will never purchase another product from Sharper Image.

ORD506653480 dated 11/21/21. We received the Circulation Improving Foot Machine today, 12/10/21. We opened the package and read the brochure. We did not use the machine. My husband thought it was too complicated after reading the brochure. We tried to return it using your online method, but it said we could not return this unused machine. You can evaluate it to make sure we are telling the truth.

Sharper Image Sharper Image Powerboost Deep Tissue Massager

On November 27, 2021 I purchased the Sharper Image Powerboost Deep Tissue Massager as a birthday gift for a high level executive from a Bed Bath & Beyond Store, 4350 Summit Plaza Drive, Louisville, Kentucy 40241. Store #390

Upon opening the gift it was revealed that on the box there is a typographical error. There is an icon on the box indicating noise and next to the icon the words read: "Quite Drive". Obviously, the words should read: "Quiet Drive". I was thorougly embarrassed as everyone at the party thought I had purchased a second-rate, bargain discounted gift at a thrift store. I was mortified as were all the guests at the party.

How could a company such as yours allow such a mistake to occur? There is nothing "Sharper" about this image. What I thought would be an impressive gift for an executive of our company ended up being a total embarrassment.

I respectfully request a full refund of the money I paid for the gift with additional compensation for the embarrassment suffered.

Sharper Image wireless charging clock radio +speaker

I purchased two of the above items and have the receipt from Penneys in the mark down area. After setting them up, they both did ok for a day with the charging on top for the cell phone for about one day. We have tried different phones and none work. the remainder of settings seem to be ok.. I gave one as a gift and the boxes were destroyed but as stated before have the receipts. I did call the number on the instructions and she tried to help but gave me this website... They were purchased May 31, 2021. What are my optiions?

Sharper Image Calming heat heating pad

I just purchased my heating pad and I'm enjoying it, however it keeps turning on by itself and I have to keep turning it off, I even had it laying on top of my bed and I went back in and the light button was on again I had to turn it off an hour later it's on again I have to turn it off can you please give me advice? Sharper Image Face Wrinkle Preventing Pillow Order # ORD502687663 03/19/2021

I purchased this pillow hoping it would help me to sleep after recent cosmetic surgery. Unfortunately due to the composition and hardness of the foam which the pillow is made of, and the position I had to sleep in while using the pillow which puts a lot of excess pressure under my chin, I woke to experience tremendous neck pain similar to a muscle pull. While trying to return the pillow immediately I was informed it is a "personal item" which cannot be returned. No where in the ad for the pillow did I read that it cannot be returned and this is very upsetting due the large expense incurred. When a company such as Sharper Image won't stand behind an expensive product and offer customer satisfaction, it speaks volumes about their core values. Who can afford to throw away over $150 on a product that causes more problems than it solves. Not me. Linda Edelen

Sharper Image Return of an order

My order (#ORD502252369) - I attempted to cancel this order the same day that I submitted this order but was told I only had a 25minute window and that I was beyond that window using the "Chat" option. Then I began the process of getting a return label. This order was made Jan 8/9 and shipped 1/11 and delivered 1/12. When trying the recommended online return center they say they cannot find my order . There are 3 options to find an order and all of them return a "Cannot Find Your Order". The wait times for calling Customer Service are always in excess of 45 minutes.

Desired outcome: Return of the order without charges and a full refund of my payment.

Sharper Image Return of Boardless Skateboard

Sharper Image advertises "free return." Here is my experience. After waiting 95 minutes on hold, I was finally connected. I had gone online to print out my return authorization for the item, which was in the catalog listed as $99.99. The "return authorization" said it would refund me $89.99, minus $15.95 for "shipping refund, " minus $7.95 for "return shipping." The total they would return to me was $49.96 on a purchase of over $100.00 ($7.86 for sales tax."
After 95 minutes on the phone, the rep said she would refund $99.99 and send me an email confirming the discussion. Three hours later I still have not received the email confirmation I requested. I printed the shipping label and am waiting for her email. If I bought it at Target, I would bet the full refund. If I brought it online from them, I could expect a refund of $49.96 on a $99.00 purchase. Never again!

Sharper Image unethical behavior

An item was ordered on Dec. 6 with an expectation of it arriving before Christmas. I received no notification at order time or after that the item was not available. In fact, I received no status information from the company at all but I did receive 3-4 spam emails a day. On Dec 21 it was still listed as pending (not shipped) so I called the company to cancel the order. I was told that it was not possible to cancel the order because of the holiday season and that it should ship any minute. I said that I had made other arrangements and I still wished to cancel the order because I did not believe that it would arrive in time. I was told again that they couldn't cancel the order because it was drop shipped and finding a single order would be "like finding a needle in a haystack".

This is a horrible way to do business. It is really a bait and switch scheme selling items that don't physically exist. Since Sharper Image is mainly an online only business they can hide behind the internet. Once they have the order your odds are about as good as a slot machine.

I attempted to cancel an order the same day and was told that there was only a 25 minute window to cancel and I was outside that window. Now I am trying to return the order and the online portal says that they cannot find my order even with the order#. Will never purchase anything from them again.

Sharper Image The pillow wasn't comfortable at all

I purchased foam pillow from the store www.sharperimage.com. I wanted to present it to my hubby. But after one night on this pillow, my hubby woke up and told that he had horrible pain in his neck. I tried to sleep on this pillow and it was so uncomfortable. I wanted to return the pillow and get the refund, but the seller hasn’t emailed me back. I don’t want to deal with this company anymore.

Sharper Image Gift Certificate Policy

Unlike most customer service friendly e-retailers, Sharper Image has a policy of only accepting one gift card per order. If you received a couple of gift cards (supposed to be as good as cash) and wiish to purchase an item that is mrore than any single gift card, be prepared to dig into your pocket. I was very curtly told by customer service that this was their polcy and I should check their website. It is unfortunate that Sharper Image is so short sighted, as this is one consumer who will never shop with them again.

I agree with the ridiculous gift card policy. Not only do they not accept multiple gift cards, they don’t enable them to be used if they off a% off the order you are trying to place. Similarly, you cannot apply any cash back you received from a previous order with a gift card or a %off of a current order. What a great business plan if you do not want repeat customers.

Sharper Image Stoped Working!

Purchased this from Shop NBC, stopped working, called SNBC & was told to contact SI, it had a one yr warranty. An they couldn't exchange it. I have STOPED SHOPING WITH THEM.
I spent a week getting no were & being given a # no one ever answered.
Saw a newer version of this product on HSN. I purchased it, along with the warranty in Nov. it also stopped working after 4Mo's. Called HSN, there returning my money.
Loved the Oven>>>>>>hate there C-Service.

I now have TWO OVENS THAT DON'T WORK!

Sharper Image Theft

This company extorted an additional $7, 000 from me int he middle of project and now has not paid their subcontractors so I am getting liens put on my home, but I paid Sharper Image Remodeling/Bob Graf in full over 4 months ago. He is a thief and a liar and should be put out of business as he appears to have been doing this to more and more people.

Mr. Graf took 8500 dollars of my money up front and never completed the work on my bathroom. He is incompentent, a cheat and a liar. Just go and check Angies List and the Missouri Better Business Bureau about his company. I had to hire competent people to undo his work and complete the things he NEVER completed. he is a one man shop that has no integrity.

I have know idea why or what motivated this customer to write this. The additional changes (made during remodeling) that were never paid for by the homeowner. Ended up costing the company and the owner $1, 000.00 of dollars above and beyond the original contracted "Agreement" amount. I tried to load pictures of the work so you could be the judge, but they wouldn`t upload. i`ll try later. Thanks.

Sharper Image Super Wave Oven fraud

I contacted The Sharper Image company as I could not find the oven on their internet site. They responded with: "Thank you for contacting sharper image online in regards to the Super Wave Oven. This is not a product that is available on Sharper Image Online. We are not the manufacturer of this product. Thank you for contacting sharper image online."

As a result I didn't buy one -if they lie about their association with Sharper Image, what else are they lieing about? What are the odds of getting my money back if there is a problem? ZIP! Avoid!

My mom bought several items from the Sharper Image warehouse. Everything was packaged in the original boxes etc. She bought two of the walking Robots that she had to return to replace with something else because they were demos and would have never worked. She bought a set of electrica knives with no blades, a DVD player for my daughters birthday that will not play any DVD/CD that we put in and I just opened my birthday present which is the Scooba iRobot floor cleaner and it is a demo model which will never work. The power charger is hollow. This is ridiculous. I am sure there are a lot of people who bought Christmas presents that will never work. She is out a lot of money on all the things she bought for none of them to work and they wouldnt give a refund. I will tell everyone I can about this and report it to the BBB.

Sharper Image Defective Product

I purchased the Sharper Image Literati as a Christmas present for my wife in November. We received it and it we used it for a day and then it simply would not turn on again. After a few calls to the Sharper Image customer service department, they simply said to return it and get it exchanged. So I called up ShopNBC and was informed by the customer service person that I should follow the directions on the enclosed invoice regarding returns. I also verifed with her that I could do an exchange and that the item was currently in stock, she replied yes to both questions.
I then prepared to return the package, took it to my local postal service company and paid $24.24 to have it shipped back for an exchange. I waited the recommended 5-7 business days before checking the status. It was received by the vendor on 1/14/2011. I then waited the recommended 15 business days for the exchange process and after not hearing called up ShopNBC and was apologized to for the delay and after being put on hold for 5 mins, the CS rep came back on and said it was received and that the refund would be processed within 5-7 business days. I was confused by this because my instructions on the enclosed return was to do an exchange. I was told by him that this particular vendor did not process exchanges and if I wanted to repurchse the item I was welcome to do so. The options were to wait the 5-7 business days for my refund and then they could reprocess the order for a higher price, and then do a credit which again I would have to wait the alloted 5-7 business days for. (it amazes me how fast they can get their money from me, but I have to wait...wait...wait for them to process a refund which should happen immediately.
This process has been very frustrating as this was a gift and my wife has gone without it long enough. If I had known that this particual vendor of ShopNBC did not process exchanges on defective prodcuts I would NEVER have purchased it to begin with. There at least needs to be clarification upfront of this process, especially on electronics and something as expensive as this. I feel misled, lied to and ultimately very upset with this whole process.
I have gone round and round with these people and have not been offered any compensation or resolution except to have them process a refund. I will purchase another ereader device from another and more trusted site. ShopNBC is a scam company and apparently does not care about it's customers.

Sharper Image Knowingly sold damaged goods to customers

When Sharper Image closed their doors for good and decided to have this fantastic sale well, I decided to go take a look. They did have a semi decent going out of business sale and I bought some things. I did notice a sign that stated all sales were final but I didn't expect this to happen. Well, 3 of the 4 items I purchased that day were damaged. These items were sold as "brand new" not "damaged". I returned to the store and explained the problem but was told "no returns/ exchanges". I made phone calls, talked to a few people and was told the same thing, "all sales final". I explained that if I knew these items were damaged I wouldn't have purchased them and that they should have been marked thus. Blank stares and no help. They knew what they were doing and it was wrong. I still have these items and every time I look at them I think how could these people sell damaged products! Well, crooks are crooks and will do anything for a buck.Sharper Image and the liquidator of this crap (I wish I knew their name but am sure the bank had something to do with it) got their money but to me they scammed me and stole money from me like many others I'm sure.

Sharper Image refund

I purchased 3 of the digital camera's with camcorder from avon about 2 weeks bdfore christmas on the special at $70.oo a piece with a $20 beauty purchase, so I spent $300.oo...A couple of days later I opened one (mine) (other 2 for daughters for christmas...) mine worked that one day and then after that everytime I turned it on it said loading...I found no troubleshooting techniques in book, no phone number...So called Rep and said see what you can find out...If no assistance then I want to return them, I don't think I want to take a chance with no help number or tech assistance...Said she would call next day...that was 10 days ago...Calle New York, home office and she mailed (couldn't email or fax, so she said) refund form to me...and gave me district mgrs number here and I called and left several messages...Dec 28th ...NO ONE has returned my calls...HELP>>>I use to sell avon...I thought they were a reputable company...poooohhheeee...

i bought the sharper image slim and small digital camera/mp3 player/video all in one and i am so highly disappointed- i bought it mainly for my husband to put in his jacket pocket to take fishing and hunting to take pics of his catch and listen to music if need be?! this product can only be charged via computer port or an adapter that came with the unit (no battery option) and doesnt take sd cards (too little)- i would charge it for anywhere from 1 - 24 hours, it would only let me have use for upto 15 minutes (tops)- i gave up and put it in a drawer for over a year-told my husband i wanted a good digital camera and his reply was didn't you just get one from avon about a year or so ago? UGH- my reply was "have you got to take it hunting or fishing yet"? - shall i say anymore. called sharper image today- young lady sd that avon buys the sharper image products right off the bat therefore avon is the one that needs to step upto the plate and fix these issues! they need to stick with makeup and perfume!

I bought the same camera for my son for Christmas. My problem is that I cant find a store that sells the SD card that it needs! We have contacted Sharper Image, WAl-Mart, Best Buy, Walgreens and AVON. No one knows where I can get the card. My poor son...here it is July and he still has not gotten to use his camera! ugh.
