Sharon Roth, tenant Sharon Roth taken to court

Ted Ulan, working with Fairfield, New Jersey-based attorney Ronald Draucikas, takes Atlantic Health Organization's Sharon Roth to court (see Attachments).

Oh, Ted... really.. Honestly? Isn't it curious how you simply can't allow the justice system to handle this. Because justice isn't on your side. "Questioned by Ronald Draucikas"? Does he even know what you're posting?

Ted Ulan, aka First Kansas Financial, LLC, aka Consumers Choice Mortgage LLC, aka Mountain Lakes, LLC, and any other LLCs he has used to shelter his scams. He "won" in court, for now, by default, because he knows the system. His wife, Tanya Ulan, filed bankruptcy in Kansas, listing me as a creditor, with no claim against them, for now. His house has been condemned by FEMA, failed a Home Inspection, does not have a CO. Mr. Ulan feels it's ok to just abandon and terrorize his tenant to pay rent but do nothing to repair. He filed 4 non-payments, collected nothing, only to scam realtors into taking the listing. This will be settled in a court of law, and everything will be posted accordingly.

While the promotion of untrue, slanderous online material is a practice some unwisely choose to pursue, as Ms. Sharon Roth has chosen to pursue in the past concerning Ted Ulan, in America we do have courts of law.

Ted Ulan chooses to utilize the court of law. Regarding slanderous material and broken contracts...oral or written...which involve Ted Ulan, Ted Ulan refers all parties to the following:

Superior Court of New Jersey
Law Division, Morris County
Special Civil Part
Docket Number LT-2815-11

Copies of court decisions which have been decided in favor of Ted Ulan, like Docket Number LT-2815-11, are available and will be posted. Slanderous remarks and broken contracts are litigated on an ongoing basis.

Wow, Ted. You really are on a roll. Just because it says so in the paperwork for now? No problem. When we finally meet in court, under oath and with all my receipts and witnesses this time - the many thousands of dollars I spent repairing YOUR property because you wouldn't, just to have a barely liveable environment - plumbing heating, wiring, basement flooding, appliances, toilet, the list goes on and on, the very list in the Home Inspection report that Alex Jesus has at Exit Golden Realty, who now has the property in short sale, again, because you've been trying to unlaod it for many years and can't. It is all a matter of public record - all your Lis Pendens and foreclosures, your bankruptcies. You still owe Alex $700 from your last go-round. You owe so many people so much money, all a matter of public record. You have a temporary "win" because you are more clever than me in court, because you are a master of the game. But there is something called "Convenant of Quiet Enjoyment", the is something called "Breach of Contract", there is "harrasment, threats, intimidation and attempted extortion". Everything will come out, including your other tenants you've done this to, in NJ, in Kansas, churches, helpless people in foreclosure. You leave a trail of destroyed people in your wake. It's okay. I'll endure your internet campaign for now because I am confident in the justice system, despite what you said that "I can't can't get you, I could only get $100 because the laws in Kansas protect you and you'll never lose your house there". You even told that to your realtor. Everyone knows you and yours, Ted, and no one is fond of your antics. And remember, there's a FEMA inspection report on record, too. They told us to leave the house for our safety. Now you've listed the house as "move in condition"? wow... no conscience...
