He wasn't so injured he couldn't grab Scott's legs and pull him down - or, is that how he hurt his shoulder?

David J. Pfahler did not work for Reader's Digest...according to Readers Digest. Please provide a bit of evidence that we can grab onto.

I guess I would have to agree. I wonder if anyone besides myself knows that he was a basketball star at central catholic high in Allentown and went on to play at st. joe's in philly with Matt Goukas?

I don't have a subscription to Reader's Digest, but I will tell everyone I know who does to cancel their subscription. This man and his wife both disgust me and are totally ridiculous, and as such are diserving of ridicule. Let all of us, as Americans, take a stand and turn them into pariahs. Also, his lawyer, who is in colorado is a disgrace to all us fellow coloradans. It is time that we took a stand against this type of behavior, because it is destroying American society. Let's all join together and get this slimeball fired and run out of town.

What an ###. David Pfahler deserves nothing more than to rot in the gutters of our nation. If a sixty year old man wishes to go skiing, he should at least have enough intelligence to know that with every dangerous sport comes the possibility of injury. Regardless if eight year old Scott Swimm really is to blame for the incident, Pfahler should've had enough common sense to not be out on the slopes if a little child tapping his boots poses a serious threat. On a lighter note, hopefully this man loses all his friends and job, but at least aquires enough man juice to accept a sincere apology from an eight year old.
