Sharmini Julia Vigneswara review: add on services online

I am due to fly to Medan this Sunday, 17/9/2017. A short trip with my daughter.
My booking number is
AR53NE.
My big member ID is
BIG Member ID: [protected].

I'm deeply upset with The Airasia "manage your booking" tab on it's webpage.
Not knowing how much exactly it would cost me to buy 20kgs just for myself I tried clicking on the add on button. However I did not proceed to purchase baggage.
The next morning I receive an email notification from airasia saying I had an outstanding amount of RM94.00 to be paid.
How can this even be possible?
I've on many occasions tried to place an add on but then changed my mind but was never charged for that mistake however this time I'm being told nothing can be done as the system has captured my add on (?) it's insane!
I was forced to make that payment as advised by an indonesian airasia staff.
And also advised online via live chat by a man named caleb.
It is truly disgusting that airasia has no means to undo a selection on it's so called 'manage your booking' tab.

I feel robbed. I feel cheated. It's like shopping online for groceries but then one changes his mind and exits the website but the next day finds an email from the grocers asking him to Pay for all the groceries he put in his cart! Despite him not having gone thru the payment process.

Being a frequent flyer with air asia sadly doesn't help in situations like these. Please do not tell me the system works that way DO SOMETHING to fix this grave error!
