I use to love shark vacuums they last the longest and are the best at suction BUT whenever you try to use the hose, the whole thing constantly falls over and causes injuries and breaks things. I have just thrown away both my house shark vac and the outside shark vac! Can’t do it anymore! Fix your vacuums so they stay upright instead of constantly falling over and causing injuries! $600 worth of va s wasted!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Shark stream iron

I've bought 2 and won't do it again! The first one started spitting water and turning off on me in the middle of actually ironing so I took it back to Lowe's and they let me exchange for the same model. The 2nd one does the same thing! For some reason I keep the receipts for stuff I won't ever need and stuff like this I can never find the receipts or warranties. I've had it too long to get anything back for it, but I won't buy another one.

Hi I ordered the shark cordless with one battery on the 9th of October 2018. It's was supposed to be a monthly payment plan but when I ordered it, it went through as a full payment which they took right away out of my bank. I called them within a minute of placing the order and canceled it. They told me I would receive a refund within 24 hours as the order...

Shark shark vacuum - model nv750 series

Shark Ninja vacuums really suck, but they suck in the wrong way. This product is an unusable piece of garbage. The support people are grossly negligent foreigners who are doing nothing competent to replace the factory defective parts. They illegally refuse to even let me talk to an american, as required by law. They refuse to even give me a mailing address where these [censor] can be mailed registered letters for court. I have reached the absolute limit of my patience with this rip-off company!

In fact, I believe the support people are just con-artists committing a fraud scam on the customers. Of course, the problem is still not resolved and probably never will be resolved since this is a rip-off company. I had no alternative but to file criminal charges with the Attorney General's Office. Never buy a piece of junk Shark product! You will live to regret it, spread the word to everyone.

I received this vacuum cleaner for Christmas on 12/25/2017. It has never worked right since I first got it. Brand new, it doesn't work! It will never work right due to the horrible product quality and horrible customer support. The quality control totally sucks and the warrantee isn't worth the paper it's written on.

Here's my horror story with Shark:

Please keep in mind that my brother asked me what kind of vacuum cleaner I wanted for christmas, since I was talking about getting one. He needed a christmas present idea. I said I wanted a really good motorized pet brush since my dog sheds a lot. Shark falsely claimed to have a really good motorized pet brush with their defective "powered lift away" vacuum. That was a bald faced lie. It never worked right, it's a fraud! Unfortunately, I threw my old "dirt sucker" in the trash and started using this piece of crap shark vacuum. Big mistake, my old $99 dirt devil is much better quality than a $300 shark.

It didn't take long to figure out that Shark is a low quality piece of junk when I used the Pet Brush for the first time. The "True Pet Motorized Brush" never even started spinning. It was a factory defect from day one. Read on, it gets so insane it's unreal.

I called Shark's customer support. I told the woman my issue with the "True Pet Motorized Brush" and they sent me a replacement a few weeks later. I looked at it and noticed that it's a little different from the original one. It looks the same except there's no way to open it up to easily remove the fur from inside the brush. It included the instructions for doing this, but it was a slightly different Pet Tool than the original one and the instructions didn't match the tool. I used it anyway. I cleaned the upstairs chairs and before I finished, it stopped working and was useless. Read on, it gets even more insane.

I called Shark's customer support again. This person told me that "Motorized Pet Brushes" don't even exist! I was sitting there with it in my hand and told her the exact words on it and everything. She rudely wouldn't shut her mouth and let me get a word in edgewise after that. I was trying to get this arrogant [censor] to understand reality while she yelled at me and called me a liar. After she wouldn't even let me say anything, she rudely hung up on me. If you think that's insane, read on, it gets even more insane than this.

So, I called Shark's customer support again. This woman was actually not mentally challenged like the last one, or so I thought. At least she wasn't a butt wipe calling me a liar! She claimed she fixed the issue by sending me a new (and correct part). Thank God, finally after months of jerk-a-rounds, I'll have a usable vacuum cleaner. Wrong! Two weeks later, what did I get? I got the holder that some cordless hand held "dust buster" mounts in. I have the "powered lift away" rip-off scam, not a "dust buster" thing. That's not the end of the Shark insanity! Read on.

So, I called Shark's customer support again. I thought I got someone who is halfway sane and competent. Wrong! He heard my story to date and promised that a "so-called supervisor" will call me shortly. Obviously, his pants were on fire. No one ever called all day and I wasted my whole day waiting on this rip-off scam to be resolved.

Finally, 6 hours later, just before closing I was totally fed up. I called them again and demanded to talk to an American as required by law. He refused to abide by the law. He also refused to even give me a mailing address for the person who ran the company. I reiterated that I want a mailing address where registered mail can be delivered for law suits and criminal prosecution for fraud. He refused to give me any info as expected from a rip-off scam operation. Basically we ended the conversation with "F. U. Dude".

To date, the "so called" supervisor has been grossly negligent and never called. I have never gotten a response from their email address either. No surprise there. The complaint websites I've viewed have many people complaining about the same issues with this worthless motorized pet brush and the ignorant arrogant support people who are just part of the scam to rip everyone off.

The Attorney General's Office is on this rip-off scam company and I am now publishing this info on all the complaint web sites and online stores which sell the low quality Shark company products. People need to be warned about how this unethical Shark company does business.

I have been going months without a usable vacuum cleaner, and apparently the only solution to this rip-off scam is to throw this piece of trash Shark product in the garbage can and buy a product that actually works!

You can count on the fact that shark products are low quality trash, customer support sucks, and their 7 year warrantee is as worthless as the paper it's written on. Shark rips people off with low quality trash and is run by [censor] who hate their sucker customers and screw them in every way possible! Need I say more?

Shark sharp iron G1435

I have only had this iron for about 6 months. I wear a lot of cotton and wanted a heavy steam iron. I was working great until today. Now it will not stay on cotton, every time I put it down to move clothing on board, it drops back down to power. I always thought Sharp was a good brand name, I was sure fooled!
What am I doing wrong? And how can I correct it.

Shark pump action of steam mop model s3501a

As I bought the shark s3501a it did not take long before I found out that using it is harder with each movement then it is to get on my knees and scrub my floors by hand!

Fact is: the constant need to pump the mob to clean the floors leaves me at the end of my chore not just exhausted but angry and frustrated that someone invented that ridiculous instrument that is suppose to make cleaning the floors "easier"! Each stroke forward needs within the move at least 4-8 pumping actions, just to keep the steam coming to clean just a small area! This alone takes more time to try to get the steam out of the mob then it does to just clean the floors without it!

Does it make cleaning easier? It does not! It takes hard effort, too much time and energy to clean a floor!

I warn all with no time to waste and (especially) all older people: if you want t make your life easier to clean your floors: stay away from that steam mob! What is so bad about it is, if you do not constantly with every move use that pump action with at least several continuous pumps, you loose steam really fast! To reactivate the steam action you have to pump the steamer at least 5-10 times just to get the steam going again. And: if you do not pump it within one move at least 4-6 times there will not be enough steam to clean even just a small area!

My anger is directed toward mark rosen, a sly fox and "smooth talker"... Who will make it look so easy when in fact it is tiring, exhausting, strenuous, wearing and frustrating!

Careful of this deceiver! He has the spirit of deception and will leave out one vital point in using this model: its harder to use that mob then it is to get on the floor and clean it the "simple" old fashion way!

My shark steamer quit steaming six months after I bought it and a lifetime warranty. I followed the directions for the return of the unit on May 29, 2013, and have yet to see a new steam unit. I talked to "Teila" at customer service about this on July 18, 2013; she assured me that her supervisor would call me in the next few days. Well, it's July 30, 2013, today, and no supervisor has called. I'm going to call again today with a not-so-nice attitude to see how far I get. Wish me luck!

Attention buyers:

Before you buy any home products from this company. please read the following:

Last december 28, I order via phone the new "vacuum navigator lift-away" I finalize everything and even accept to pay the full amount, because the salesperson promise to deliver in maximum 10 days, of course I release my credit card info for the process.

On january 12, I called the customer service to wonder about my order and I was surprised to find that there is no order placed for me! even when I talked to the supervisor he confirmed that. also he cannot localize the salesperson that I deal with. for your information I gave the name, order number, date and the hour, all the info needed without success. then I had to call my credit card company to make sure my account was not used and I even canceled the account.

So please before you place an order from this company, make sure with who you deal and take all the information, by the way they're web site is not secure that's why I order by phone.

I already passed this message to all my contacts and encourage you to do the same, because this will make this company to be more serious with their customers.

I bought an iron with the name shark on 3 / 18 / 08 and it shot water all over instead of steam. I returned it for a new one on 8 / 22 / 08. In the mean time some medical problems kept me from using it until recently. I was going to use it last week and it did the same thing. Now the warranty has run out and the store cant do anything about it. I am asking you to stand behind your product and reimburse me for the iron.

My Shark Mop suddenly blew up. It does not steam anymore, but the component still heats up. I loved using it-but used it only a few times! I will try and call customer service.

Should have known better. Investigated the shark model s3101 and saw the bad press, however my wife had to have one. Guess what, after four cleanings the thing just quit making steam.

Shark expolded while using. Steam came out sides and not mop head. Product failure resulted.

Try using distilled water. Mine says it works on tap water. Not true it clogs the jets. Changed over and works great.
