I ordered 12 Dipped strawberries and 9 cheese cake bites for my wife for mother's day. In tracking my shipment, it left the yard at 7 AM and was not delivered until 8 PM that evening. When sheo pened the package, all the cheese bites were mashed in one side of the box, and most of the strawberries were also mashed. I am a long time customer, and have never had an issue in the past, but will have to think strongly before ordering again.

I have sent my wife berries before and they were very good. Recommended to my son that he should send my wife and his mother some this mother's day. She recieved berries and cheesecake bites on the 12th. She and I both noticed that the berries taste as though they have fermented. Very disappointed and unable to eat berries. Not looking forward to having to tell our son. Will be very reluctant in recommending or purchasing again. What's up?

I order the cookie basket on May 9 2018 and was charged 59.71 than I went in and change the date to get the item to my mother in law and the price went down to 54.41 so again on May 10 my debit card got charged for the 54.41 . I wasnt supposed to pay anything due to my order being mess up and rush shipping charges of 14.99 being added plus another 4.99 and 3.99 for a rual area charge so the lady said I would get a full refund but it stead I got charge the 54.41 on May 10 2018 . So I will be going to my bank and filling out the paperwork on you guys because I never gave you permission to charge my card on May 10 2018

On tues, May 8, I placed an order for Mothers Day 2018 for saturday delivery, and have placed two calls for assitance, and both times when I asked for a supervisor was told the supervisor was way to busy to assist me with my problem.

My problem related to verifying the status of the order and not only couldn't track it online, but the 'puppet' who answered the call couldn't tell me a 'status of the order'

Yal seem to think everyone can eat milk chocolate, this isn't so...oh we can order your champagne ones but it ships out two weeks later then the rest, so she will not be getting any for Mothers Day. If you want to share u can give her 4 and husband can have 8, again not right...I have been complaining about this for 2 years and still you do not correct..it's like you don't care what your customers need but what is easier for you...will not be ordering from Yal again.

I ordered a dozen roses and 12 chocolate dipped strawberries for my daughter's 21 birthday. The roses were pretty, but the strawberries...There were no edible! She ended up throwing them away. I called customer service to complain about the strawberries and was sent a second batch of strawberries that were just as damaged and unappealing to eat. I spent close to $100 on this gift and would like to get compensated for the strawberries.

Do the strawberries that Shari's berries advertise compare to mine? NO!

We received the order on time, however the berries were tossed around to the point the chocolate was broken on all but 2 berries. Also I ordered and paid for 2 dozen long-term roses but only receive one dozen. I took both pictures and a video showing how the products arrive and how I was shorted. I need to be at least reimbursed for the 2nd dozen roses which I did not receive.

First off I ordered these strawberries for my daughter for valentine's day I paid to have them delivered today but instead they came last night and ruin the surprise. Then my daughter gets them and I said how was they she said mom they were horrible I went to look at them they were all messy and I took a bite and spit it out they went bad I paid 50 for bad rotten strawberries like what the heck total disgusted I will never never order from here again and want my money back

I purchased a Groupon and when I went to check out it kept saying it was invalid. I had to call and was on the phone (not on hold) talking to a customer representative. Because of the language barrier, it took 70 minutes to place one order. I had to repeat and spell every word letter by letter over and over. When it finally went through and I received my confirmation, my daughter's last name was spelled wrong as was the school name it was going to. I called back the next day to have it corrected but had another language barrier and could not understand when the representative was saying. He then offered me a $5 refund for my inconvenience. I am still not sure if my daughter will receive the item...never again!

We have eaten 5 of the dozen so far and they are as pictured! Awful.. stems not removed and 1/2 Berry not ripe. Our Insurance company sent this to us ladies as a gift to our office and we our very disappointed in this product. If our spouses had sent this to us we would have been furious at thw company for upsetting a valentine day gift. The person that was packing this had to have known that these berries were not or should have not been up to your company standards. Seriously disappointed!

I ordered 5 Artisanal Chocolate Truffles & Full Dozen Swizzled Strawberries (or item #[protected]) $50 worth and was extremely disappointed when the box arrived.
The berries were small and not fresh enough. Even though they were poured with swizzles, their condition was clearly seen.
We decided not to eat them. The truffles were nice and delicious. But I am disappointed that we didn't try the strawberries :(

Never realised how terrible they were until I experienced their customer service. I agree with l the reviewers about it, only I really didn't expect I would encounter this.
They didn't deliver the package by the exact time I paid for. How irresponsible!
I called them to ask what happened and why they missed the delivery time, they only apologized and offered a next day delivery, but didn't tell me why the mistake happened. Probably because there's no answer at all.
I didn't want to continue dealing with them and ask to cancel and refund my money. They agreed.

If you don't want to risk your money, you better stay away.

Ordered beautiful roses and strawberries for Mother's day and did not receive my order. Mother's day was yesterday and I was very disappointed when nothing arrived.
Shari's Berries refused to cancel my order or explain what happened, they only said that my order was on its way and asked me to be patient. Well, as I already said nothing arrived and I'm still trying to get some reasonable explanation. I also want to cancel my order and get a refund, but they don't let me do that.
Customer service is very unfriendly and impolite, and I regret I didn't read the reviews. Please, don't do business with them!

I ordered chocolate covered strawberries for my mother for Mother's Day. I paid over $30 to ensure delivery on a Sunday. I got a notification that they were delivered so I called my mom...she didn't get them. I called Shari's and could barely even understand the person on the phone. No "we're sorry", no " let me look into it for you, " just "we can re-deliver on Tuesday." No, sorry...you can just refund my money since the gift is now ruined. They did refund the money immediately to their credit, but it doesn't take away from my gift being ruined. I will never order from them again.

I have tried the berries before and they taste great!

HOWEVER!
I was going to order some for my mother in law but was very disappointed to see the price literally doubles in cost after adding taxes and MULTIPLE delivery fees. I was going to get berries that were $34 but my total came to $65. It's just too much. They aren't that good. $65 dollars for 12 chocolate covered strawberries is just ridiculous! I ended up not buying them because it's a rip off.

I kept hearing about Shari's Berries on the radio and other places and thought okay i will try them out. 1st they did not honor my product code for double berries "thought what the hell- order them anyway". So i ordered 6 "Gourmet" berries for Valentines day.
They arrived and were so small, and looked like i could have made them from the local grocery chain. Def not worth the 20$ plus tax. I advise get some from the grocery store dip them yourself, or get some from a chocolate store.

Absolutely terrible company, I would not recommend it to anyone. Berries were nasty and rotten! I still have no idea how dare they sell rotten berries, that's absolutely illegal.
And when I asked for a refund they refused. And they also called me a liar ad claimed that they stand behind their product and that there was no way berries were rotten. I even sent them a picture but they claimed that it was not their product. I have never dealt with such a terrible company before, and their customer service was beyond ridiculous.

Order was not received on given date mentioned above in the receipt and when called and speaking with several agents the issue was not resolved with the claims number given from their website affiliation. Rep. Says there's a 12-digit number but the number above is 15 digits. No refund is available unless I have the 12-digit account number.

One representative said there were several people with the same last name and first name as I that ordered on the same day and the same item so they couldn't find my order in the system.

Another one told me I had the wrong number

I made an order and purchased a chocolate cake from www.berries.com website also known as Shari's Berries. The same day I contacted their customer service and told that I want to make some changes to my order but they refused and said that after order was made changes were not allowed. Then I asked them to cancel my order (I thought I'll cancel and make a new one) but they refused and said that don't cancel orders no matter what the reason is! What kind of business practice is that? I searched through the whole website and didn't find any useful information! I will not buy again!
