shares of JSW steel ltd review: lost share certificates before demate

I have been allotted shares of jindal 200 vijaynagar steel ltd in year april 1995 after that 8 shares have been allotted of Jsw steel ltd after the merger of companies .i have lost these certificates of these 8 shares of JSW steel ltd and these shares could not be dematerialised in my account . Now ii want to know the process how and get these shares be get for demate and get duplicate certificates . However i am recieving dividents etc under regd. folio no 0319485 .
