ShareIt / Won't cancel my order, won't refund
Website processed 3 different payments for buying a software. Every time it said it failed with 'delayed payment' errors. No order showed up in the history of 'My account' section. No payment figured on my paypal account. That's why I submitted a support ticket and retried the payment. I asked them to verify that the precedent orders were in fact, as it looked, not completed and for some bugs in the website, incomplete. After almost 24 hours without reply, I got charged THREE times for the purchase. I asked for a refund for two of them, which actually is stated as possible in the terms. After more than 24 hours, I'm still without a reply.
