[Resolved] Sharaf DG / printer warranty & service

Dear We have bought one canon printer from Sharaf DG outlet in dubai mall, dubai but unfortunately its got complaint . We have given the printer with our bills to the same shop where it was bought.

But until now i didnt get any proper response. Whenever we followup the status they are directing here and there. They have given reply as per below
1. Your printer under repair
2. Your printer is not repairable and u will get the credit voucher for the same value
3. No its repairable, its under repair on so and so shop. please call and ask them. etc.,

Kindly give us the correct direction to get it done.

    Customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the complainant have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and it's services are concerned.
