Sharaf dg has no after sale service at all. They have same formula of giving 2 weeks time to customer subject to part availability and then it take ages to get that malfunctioning part and during that service center never consider to keep you updated. Keep following up keep getting the same response. You can never have replacement of your malfunctioning device as per the tricky return policy of sharaf dg which no salesman will ever share upon selling.
