Sharaf dg / mobile phone factory defects
Unfortunately. Already 23 days passed handing over my mobile to thier maintenance due to factory defect issue
I PHONE 6.
I have keep on calling thier maintenance after two weeks from date I submitted and they confirmed that the phone is approved for replacement due to 3 major issues not possible to fixed.
So since 10 days im in touch with thuer maintenance customers receive and keep in saying still the replacement mobile not received yet??????!!!
Honstly. This very worst bad experience I had in my life .
Hopefully, my companies will reach thier top senior management to take action abd improve thier services in the future.
