Sharaf DG electronic photo frame

Hi, I brought a electronic photo frame in Oct 2015 from Srafa DG abhu dhabi airport store while travelling to Blore. They told me that If there are any defects they will arrange for a pickup free Of cost thru DHL & replcae the set. later the photoframe developed snag, I c ontacted them with original receipts but these guys are aboslute cheaters..they simply ignored me..1-2 forced replies with every intention of avoiding the issue... These guys are frauds, beware of buying anything from then

Sharaf DG 0 product knowledge

I had visited their Mega Mall branch to buy mouse for my smart tv when called a nearby staff to assist me, I just asked her will it support smart tv she didn't had any knowledge about the mouse rather she went and asked someone else he just said no it won't support I was surprised I asked him are you sure he guided to me to another section said ask there and even guys had no knowledge about it and they showed me another section like that I had to leave this store without proper information. This is 2nd time I had similar experience in same store. Staff in store work has if they are least interested in customer service or to atleast gain some product knowledge.

Sharaf DG washing machine

Sharaf dg - the worst electronic store! Purchase: 3rd of november will be installed: 5th of november sharaf dg is the worst electronic store in the uae. If you ever buy any product from them, and it is defective, they will never ever replace it or take any blame. I purchased a washing machine on 3rd of nov. And according to the instruction manual, there are a few main pieces missing. On top of that I was informed a technician would be sent from another company on 5th of nov. To come and install the washing machine. When I called again I was informed that nobody is available to install it. I requested the number of the company for the technician and decided to contact them myself. Upon speaking to the technician, he mentioned that he was informed of the installation only seconds prior to my phone call. Basically sharaf dg only called the technician when I requested to speak to the technician personally. Basic if I didn't call I could stay and wait forever. I will never buy anything from any sharaf dg stores.

Sharaf DG premier mixer

Sharaf DG brother all in one printer-

We purchased a Brother All in One printer for over 3,000 AED expecting if we paid more than our usual 1, 500 AED printer that we would receive superior product and service. Last month, the printer was dropped off at their service center on Shk Zayed Road for replacement of the drum at an exhorbitant cost of 700 AED. We approved the repair and have been waiting for nearly a month (Dropped it off on Sept. 29, 2015). After several visits to Sharaf DG asking about the status of the printer, today, we just received an email informing us that it will take another 3 weeks before receiving the part. What kind of service is that? We purchased a popular brand to avoid having a parts or service issue and here we will be without our printer for 2 months (or more). WE are a small company and depend on the printer for obvious reasons. We now have to rely on our neighbours to print our documents for us till Sharaf DG decides to repair it. We now have filed a complaint today with Sharaf DG customer service department who guaranteed someone will contact us within 2 days. Let's see. Just another pissed off customer following a long list of dissatisfied customers.

Sharaf DG laptop

Hi, i had bought a dell xps13 laptop from dell store of yours during gitex from world trade center. Invoice no : si / 03486 / g01 / 151010 / 00011 dated 10th of october 2015. After paying the cash, when i went for collection of the product, the told me that there is no stock and promised me that it will be delivered within 7 days (Maximum 7 days) . When i didnt recieve the product even on 7th day, i called your toll free number and they told me to wait for a day but no response came from your side. Next day i called your toll free and then they told they had no stocks and told me to go to my nearest sharaf dg store and check with customer service. Same day i visited the store (In times square centre) and met mr ashok he told me that that the product can be arranged in a week " maybe ". Which i cannot agree as i'm planning to go to my hometown in 2 or 3 days, so he promised to call me the next day which he never cared of on the next day, i was compelled to call him. And he responded very cooly to wait for another day. Today (21st of october) 11th day from date of invoice, he called me and told that he cannot provide me the product and told me that "if you want you can take a refund ". First of all, how can you dumb your customer just like that ? If you cant provide me the product, why did you take my money ? And it took you 11 days to realize that you cannot provide me the product ? I bought this product from gitex going behind the offers and your salesman offerd me a 1500dhs discount where the original price was aed 7500 / - i got a discount offers from other competitors also but then your offer was the best i could find that is why i ignored the delay of 7 days. If you give me a refund now, how is that going to work ? It is a loss for me. If you had refunded me back on the same day, i would have bought the same laptop from other supplier with a lesser discount. But if you are giving me refund now. It is a loss for me for at least aed 1000 / - and that dosent work out ! Here if you are trying to avoid me with invoice amount, it is only sharaf dg who is responsible for my losses ! You either give me the laptop without any further delay or refund me with the losses you have caused me in course of time. Expecting a positive reply or i will be compelled to move against you, it is my cunsumer right and i will keep up to protect it, faizal haris [protected]

Sharaf DG samsung fridge

This has to be the worst place I have ever shopped at.. Bought and paid for a fridge, cooker and washing machine on the 4th September. Called a week before the delivery date on the 17th and they said yes it will all be delivered. Called on the 17th and they said yes its all coming today and of course there was no delivery. Being a new apartment and expecting my fridge which had been confirmed I bought alot of groceries and everything went off. It is now the 15th October and I have not received my fridge. You are not allowed to talk to the manager because it must be a serious matter so they always connect you to team leaders who cant help. The one team leader on the 17th said he would call me back and when i did not here from him after 30min I called him back but the staff said he went home. When you call the customer complaints they ask you to call Time Square. Back forth, back forth and just no help. All they can say is we understand... NO YOU DONT! Today I will go and open up a police case of theft against DG Sharaf. I have been left with no choice. They are very quick to take your money and promise the world... after that you should not expect anything.

Sharaf DG samsung galaxy tab

One of the horrible service in safeer mall sharaf dg. And the manager is very rude as well. Yesterday(09/10/15) @9pm I purchased Samsung tab A from sharaf dg sharjah, when I bought the product I requested the cashier to open the piece and show before I take then she said don't worry if u have any issues you can bring it back to us will replace we don't open and show the product like that, as per her advice I came back and open the box I saw the Samsung tab was cracked and immediately I went back to the same shop sharaf dg in safeer mall and the manager directly refused to replace and also he was very rude with me then I went back to cashier to speak because she had told me u can come back if u have any issue when I purchased, so immediately she said don't worry I will tell my manager to replace I was happy finally I got good response, then we went to manager the same person whom I had spoken in customer service desk, as soon as he saw I came back with cashier he said he told I will not replace it what ever is the issue if he wants let him complaint where ever he wants to complent then the cashier told me sorry and she left. Immediately I called up 999 police control room and I told them they asked me to go nearest police station and give complaint as per their advice I went to Bouhira police station in sharjah. Then the police told me they can't take complent but they told me to complaint in customer rights. Pls help me this is expensive product 1399/-dhs and I bought this one to my son as present for his great study. If anything pls contact me in [protected].

Sharaf DG samsung tab

We bought Samsung tab and I asked for cashier to check the product before I collect but the cashier told me if u have issue u can bring it back. As per his advice I took the product and after reaching home in 10 minutes I reached home I opened the box to check and charge the tab but when I opened the screen of Samsung tab was cracked immediately I took that to sharaf dg in safeer mall where bought but the the manager directly told me once out from stores we r not responsible we can't give replacement if u want u can go and complaints where ever u want. Then I felt bad and I called police and I also went to bohira police station to give complaint but they told me to go department of dubai chambers of commerce. Since todsy friday (09/10/15) I have to visit sunday. I bought this one for my special occasions to celebrate but Unfortunately I lost that happy now I'm very disappointed. My wife told me in future not to buy anything from sharaf dg not only me I will make sure I will tell all my friends to not to buy anything from sharaf dg.

Sharaf DG delivery delay

To whomsoever it may concern!

I am very upset with your services which cannot be expressed in words, because words or sentences will not be enough.
I made a terrible mistake by purchasing online through sharaf dg. Its the most worst experience which a customer can face.

Lets go to the details...

I have purchased a lg home theater on 01/07/2015. The so called customer service executives, have to be more professional in regards o customer services. I had called many times regarding the product delivery & every time I got new surprising answer which never linked up with any others. I had given my contact number in india on the day I ordered & mentioned very clearly that if u find difficulty in finding location, please call on the given indian mobile number. The person had taken my number & confirmed it to me as well.

1. After multiple calls made regarding delivery status, one of the guy came up with new answer that we don't have contact number of india, hence not delivered. The same number has been confirmed plenty of times in my earlier calls.

2. Later on the other day I got an answer that we are facing software issues, hence cant update

3. One of your call center agent tries to prove me wrong, stating that I had never given nay contact number in india.

4. When asked to connect me to a manager, they starting posing themselves as a senior / supervisor & manager is not available.

5. When made multiple calls each & every individual had a very smart answer that, we will check with the concerned department & call u back,,, which never happened initially. But one of your employee called on 15/07/2015, which was not with answer but repeating the same question that I did not give contact number in india... Which is putting the customer on the wrong side.

6. Even they said that we have checked our call recordings, and you have never given the number.

If a customer is buying something & paying you instantly, we expect it to be delivered at the said time...in case you face any issues.. It will be highly appreciated to a call back & inform about the difficulty.

The most interesting part is they said to me... Sir we are confused where to deliver...in india or uae.. When I have mentioned clearly the shipping address...

Maximum number of your agents don't know what they are informing the customers.. On an average my 8-10 calls I have got 7 different answers...

Sharaf DG no proper customer support

I purchased mobile Lenova S960 dated on 28/2/15. with one year warranty
Sr. No : [protected], It was repaired on last month and surrendered to customer care in Abu Dhabi mall branch on 24/6/15. Service Request Number : SER/037881/2015.
They returned back on 08/7/15.with no action : Liquid damage so they are not responsible to repair.
I went to again on Today (12/7/15) to claim my warranty and replace any mobile to take corrective action.
But no responsible.

Sharaf DG sharaf dg pathetic place to buy electronics

If you want to get tortured then buy products from sharaf dg especially the safeer mall!

1. We purchased daewoo gas cooker in which one burner did not switch on ever since sewa person came and installed the gas... After 12 long harassment days and engineer / technicians calls and visits the gas cooker was taken... Forget the 300aed we paid for daewoo gas cooker installation.

2. We were made to talk to daewoo service managers directly after sharaf dg floor manager did not take the complaint seriously and kept saying iam sending them mails to reimburse 300 aed of sewa charges as we were not interested in daewoo anymore and wanted refund instead of replacement... By now most of our friends and acquaintances told us that we should not buy daewoo again. Daewoo service people called us from the number [protected] ext no 15 stating that it's our fault that we are going for refund and not replacement from daewoo and hence no refund of sewa charges will be given... We spoke to mr riyaz, mr krishna and mr kumar on these numbers. I believe mr krishna was the senior most here who hung up my call one day saying go and complaint we can't do anything. I left it to that because 300 aed is not worth endless stress and tensions I was made to go through.

3. Now after alllll the agony me and my husband bought siemens gas cooker worth 3100 aed as we wanted just the best after all the mental harassment... We bought the siemens cooker and again one of the burners is not switching on... Mr jay lawrence who is the floor manager at sharaf dg @ safeer mall is non responsive and shrugs off saying "now it's a case of after sales service and one of my colleagues who was marked in cc of mails sent for all your complaints will get in touch" it's been more than a week no one has called back or bothered to get back. Mr jay has stopped responding and I believe he feels gas burner issue is not serious enough.

Please do not. Purchase any stuff from sharaf dg unless you want a lot of misery and pain.

Sharaf DG no delivery

I purchased a led tv on sharaf dg gitex shopper stall (Bill number si/02423/g01/150404/00052) on 04th april 2015. They have written in the bill the delivery date is 09th of april 2015. Since then I have contacted customer care to get the delivery date. I am not getting proper response from the customer care and on 16th april they said they will try the delivery on this month end but not sure. They have already taken 1200aed from my card and now they are so irresponsible and cheating the customer. The most surprising factor is that the same model tv is available in the store but they are not ready to give that to the customers who purchased from gitex. This is my first shopping experience with sharafdg and I will never ever refer anyone to sharafdg and will start a campaign against these frauds in all my social media communities.

Sharaf DG very late delivery and not brand new product

I have ordered one hp envy 15k002ne laptop on 5/01/2015 from www.sharafdg.com online with full payment of 3599aed.
As per the description the item supposed to be delivered by 8/10 business days. After 2 weeks when I didn't receive the order I called them and found the item was not shipped yet. Again after 1 week when I didn't receive the item I opened a case in ded (www.dubaided.gov.ae). with the involvement of ded I revived the item on 2/2/15 almost one month after so many calls and so many escalations.
When I opened the box I fount the laptop has 2 major scratches and 1 major visible blue ink spot on the body. Seems it was not a brand new item. Immediately I called their hotline and they confirmed they will replace it. I really needed a laptop urgently, it's hampering my professional life as without laptop I can't work. It's a pity to discover the service quality of such a renowned company like sharaf dg. For replacing (If they keep the promise) they will take another 10 days and see how many days warranty already expired!
One and half month.
I'll post here the updates. Even I am thinking to log a official case.

Sharaf DG delay in delivery

I want to complain regarding delay in delivery of fridge I brought last Friday (16th Jan 214 ). I was informed that it will take place in one day . since then I am waiting for the delivery to be done but I have not received any response. I called yesterday to inquire about the delivery status your agent told me that he is forwarding the request to delivery to Samsung and some one form them will be calling me with an update. I got no response yet. I called back again today to your call center they told me it’s a counter delivery and all you guys can do is forward request to vendor to contact me and deliver the purchase item. This is so unprofessional. I brought the item form Sharaf DG and the delivery time was commit after one day form your representative. Now I am facing problem as I have no Fridge at home. And I don’t see any hopes to get it delivered sometime soon.

I request you to please investigate this mater and let me know the final solution. In case you guys can’t arrange it the reimburse my money so I will buy the Fridge foam somewhere else. I have never faces such issues with you in past but this time it’s very annoying and testing my patience. I want someone to get in touch with me with final update on this issue and delivery date else I would like to cancel the request of purchase and want reimbursement at earliest.

same they did with me as well. so far no response form there side and they say its a counter delivery and it has to come form vendor. we dont know who is vendor we know only Sharaf DG and we buy form you . you should be responsible for such deliveries. either you never commit to deliver on certain date or in its been delayed then at least as courtesy call us and inform us regarding delay but no response yet. i have to followup myself with them and agents at call center don't know what they are doing. just acting as post office passing it on to others as complains.

Sharaf DG Wrist services - delivery & customer care

This complaint is regarding worst delivery service ever provided by any store outlet in UAE.
I have purchased a LG Front load on 02-Jan-15 ref. SI/02536/S01/150103/00025 from Safeer Mall Branch.
I have been told that it will be delivered to me Maximum by Saturday i.e. 10-Jan-15. Since then me and my wife are chasing Sharaf DG Customer care number for almost 10 times, but no reply till now. Whenever we are calling, we are receiving the same reply that it will be delivered by today before 10.00 pm. I call 8.00pm at customer service I spoke to Mr. Yasin, he is telling before 10.00pm. After some time delivery guy called me he does n't know the location. I think Sharaf dg customer service cheating to the customers because delivery guy doesn' t know the delivery. I spoke to 4 to 5 guys including one lady, nobody called back.
When I bought I mentioned specially to delivery on proper time because I have same problem in three years back. Still Sharaf dg has not improved.

My name is Nitin Sood. I have placed an online order (ref:20190) for Sony Xperia Z tablet SGP311 model on 15th June'15. The payment was made throught credit card. The delivery was suppose to happen on 17th June but it is still pending. I have been regularly following up wih Customer Care of Sharaf DG. Crappy customer care as it is, no one is able to tell the exact problem. Every time, i am told that the complaint is escalated to the concerned dept and some one will call up with an update on status. Unfortunately, it never happened.
No one at sharaf dg is even least bothered about customer complaints. Its the most hopless dept of Sharaf dg. Someone should let know the senior managment of Sharaf DG about such complains. Definitely, i would never recommend to anyone any purchase with Sharaf DG

Completely agree there customer service and delivery is still not improved after so many years of business, they spend money on upgrading there store but not on improving there customer service and delivery, I have recently bought a TV which is supposed to delivered on 23/06/15 and when I called there customer care they took the complaint and told me they will call me back in 5 mins but you all know what 5 mins means. Next day I again called and this time this guy is smart he didn't say he will call me back, he said some one from sharaf DG will call me back ( and I thought he is working for sharaf DG) as he no idea of delivery delay there may be some technical problem ( seriously technical problem in delivery). I do understand sometime there could be delay and most of the customers are okay with it if they do a courtesy call well in advance and inform about the delay. SI/T01/02352/210615/00024

Sharaf DG worst delivery service

I ask them to give the Safeer Mall contact no or branch Incharge contact no. They doesn't know branch incharge name and give the phone no also. The same time they are telling nobody will pick the phone. This is Sharaf DG.
Three years back I purchaised from Sharaf dg, same thing happened. This I mentioned also, still they are same.

Sharaf DG worst service ever

This complaint is regarding worst service ever provided by any store outlet in UAE.
I have purchased a Samsung LED Model no. 50HU7000 with Free Samsung Audio Wireless bar on 02-Jan-15 ref. SI/03180/DMI/150102/00026 from Dubai Mall Branch.
I have been told that it will be delivered to me Maximum by Sunday i.e. 04-Jan-15. Since then me and my wife are chasing Sharaf DG Customer care number for almost 12 times, but no positive reply till now. Whenever we are calling, we are receiving the same reply that it will be delivered by today or Dubai Mall branch people will call us.
Finally After 3 days of so many attempts on 6th Jan 15 morning 1st time I have received a call from Dubai Mall branch by stating that it will be delivered by tomorrow.
On 7th Jan 15, again no reply. Then, I again called back to customer care then they said they will pass my concern to Dubai Mall branch. After 2 hours, I received a call from a courier guy stating that he has a LED TV to deliver me. I asked him regarding TV installation and samsung soundless audio bar. He replied that he can’t install TV because he is just a courier boy and he has only LED TV to deliver.
Then I told him to hold the delivery. I again called back to customer care then they said installation guy will take 4 days and Audio Bar is not mentioned in Bill, May be its not there with this scheme. Then the customer care guy saw the catalogue and he agreed with me regarding Sound bar. He asked me to visit the mall branch again for Bill Correction which billing guy forgot to mention. Now I again I have to come to Dubai Mall and I have to break my head for Dubai Mall Parking space and Billing section to correct it and for installation I have to wait for 4 days, But still no feedback from Dubai Mall branch.
