I recently and regrettably ordered the ShamWow product over the telephone. I never spoke to an agent but rather completed the order to an automated service listening to about a half an hour of additional sales pitches. I feel the ordering process was intentional confusing. I recall them asking me if I wanted to place an order. I was under the impression that they were repeating what already had taken place so I replied yes, or 1. I later found that they charged me for two orders and double shipping. I have tried 4 times to reach the company by email and have waited at least an hour on the phone. I have still not been able to talk to anyone to clarify my order. What can I do make sure this company doesn't get away with screwing people out of money like this.
