It is unfortunately too common that blackmail comes from people we know and once trusted-- friends, fellow students, ex-partners, even family. When we are close to the blackmailer, playing dirty tricks against Nasir Shah. if u have any proof come and face here.

Nasir shah and shah cnsultant Limited is a fair company that deals in fair maner. Shah cnsultant works with strict profesional principal and treat all his busines dealers with integrity and honesty. He has profesional attitude and is man of words Nasir Shah comits what he can fulfil. Once comited, he stand firm to his words. He is a good businesman and has no indifrent attitude towards any one. the above stated alligation are false and only just an atempt to disrepute Nasir shah by one of the cmpany fraudalent ex employee who has been terminated by the cmpany for unfair dealing. In case of any resentment please feel free to coment below

Hi friends, I have just found this website and am surprised to read all the comments. I happen to have met Mr. Nasir Shah twice at my office in Lahore-Pakistan. He was introduced by a friend of mine Mr. Nasir Ali Khan, who told me that he has come here for investing in Real Estate Business, and since we are also doing the same in Pakistan in a Joint Venture with other construction companies, he was interested to have some business with us. This friend of mine is into show-biz and also told me that Mr. Nasir Shah has requested him to get him involved in some event. Since Mr. Nasir Ali Khan had some contact with Mr. Aftab Iqbal of Khabardar Show, he introduced each other and tried to finalize a deal. Mr. Nasir Ali Khan came to my office many times during this deal, and he managed to get this show finalized for a months time. I have seen the final agreement and know that he was supposed to go along with the other members of the show and Mr. Nasir Shah's nephew Syed Ali Raza was involved in this deal as well.

After few days Mr. Nasir Ali Khan told me that Syed Ali Raza has taken his passport along with other persons for visa process. I guess the whole process took them over two months. Just 2-3 days ago, this gentleman Mr. Nasir Ali Khan came to my office again and informed me that he is being cheated by Mr. Nasir Shah as Mr. Nasir Shah's nephew along with other Khabardar Show people flew to Canada and they never applied for his visa and did not give him any money for his efforts of getting this deal. They have kept his passport as well, for which he is going to file FIR in the local police station against both Nasir Shah and his nephew Syed Ali Raza, but in my opinion this Syed Ali Raza will try to get asylum or run away in Canada and will never come back to Pakistan.

This friend of mine Nasir Ali Khan again showed me his contract, where it is clearly mentioned that he will go along with the other members of the show and will stay there for the whole time. He also showed me all the correspondence. I have suggested him to take legal action again Shah Consultants. what do you people suggest? I belief that such people should be punished.

Nasir Shah consultants and Nasir shah Mortgages are both run by Nasir Shah. He is a man that has declared bankruptcies over and over again. He keeps doing this. He also tries to once in a while bring entertainment shows from Pakistan, and charges a lot of money from artists and gives them false hopes that he will help them get refugee status. Each of these poor artists pay like [protected] and come here and then they take refuge where as Nasir Shah makes money. He is doing a show in April May 2016. And once again he is misusing Canadian government for his own needs. We have complained to the RCMP and they are looking at his every move. Let's see. What happens. See one day or the other he will be caught. We are just waiting. Either his son will be in jail, or his daughter or him. So its a matter of time. Please report him to the FRAUD department of RCMP. IT is very important, as we have submitted paperwork from our end. Also please make sure that you keep any signatures of this man on documents, his calls must be recorded as well as any emails must be kept. Keep submitting.

CRA and JSOT have been alerted by this criminal. If you have investments with Nasir Shah and Shah Group of Companies or asked him to arrange a mortgage, it is highly recommended that you contact the police and the OSC to try and recover your funds. This is a dangerous man who represents himself as a politically connected person with false links to the Minister of Finance and the Prime Minister in Pakistan. He is a fraud that makes his money from promoting cheap Asian act music shows with no other development, finance or lending skills whatsoever. BEWARE

I agree with all the above comments. Mr. Shah presents himself as a well connected individual who can help troubled people arrange anything from commercial mortgages, construction financing and immigration paperwork. From the start I had a gut feeling that this was a shady individual but made the mistake of trusting him because I was introduced to Nasir by someone who I trusted. There will always be an upfront fee for his services and he will not deliver on his promises. He makes it seem like the process will be so easy and once he's collected funds from you, problems will start arising. When you decide to back out, guess what? You can't get your money back because it's already been spent on lawyers, paperwork, etc. Liar, fraudster and scam artist. He should be reported to CSIS for all the fraudulent activities he does.

Nasir Shah, of Shah Consultants Unlimited. Is an unlimited fraudster. His fraud knows no bounds. He lies to business partners (how do I know because I worked with him). He is not even fair to his business partners as he is always jealous. He has tendencies to promise you the world. I dont care he did a bollywood show or people are still calling him. Or his son owns a brokerage and is running for politics. This is all just a false image. Con man always do that. I worked and did a little work and then QUIT. Why because he was robbing his clients. He sent over clients with terrible credit and little income to get approved for an unsecured line of credit. I sat with them and told them impossible. I could see tears in their eyes. And they told me they paid Nasir and he had all their credit reports and info prior he promised them $50-$100K and took $10K upfront. Anyways they were able to get $2K back... thats all. For no work and frauded hard working people.

I am filing a formal complaint in court against Nasir Shah. Please send me your complaint in written so I may add your incident along. Also, please advise if he took your money and promise you anything.

He is a well known fraudster. He can not even write one sentence in English. Yet all these people seem to easily trust him with their hard earned money. Shame on you folks! As for Nasir Shah. Nasir Shah is corrupt we all know that. But why do you choose to go to him. Because you want a loan or a mortgage or want to settle a car claim or get a good real estate deal. These things are too good to be true especially by a man that can not even write one sentence in English. He cheated Pal Gill and made his money that way. He does have money but he has expenses as well. Always looking to cast an ever bigger net. Stop using his service and involve the authorities, don't allow a 2 bit criminal to take your money and self respect!

All the above comments from individuals are 100% correct. He is a crooked person who has the ability to lure people and trap them in his net. He provides lots of big promises but reality is that he does not have a penny in his bank account.
He is very unethical and knows how to get money from the people and then he questions which money and why should I return your money back.
So be aware of this individual as he is a big shutter bug.

I purchased a home in South Simcoe from shah consultants and Kapcon Developers. We paid $11, 000 to him and were in the process of paying an additional $5000 several months before the closing date we realized without him informing us that his project has hit a snag. He did not take into consideration that his proposed project in Simcoe would require him to pay for a new sewage pump and system in whole. We were left stranded and completely oblivious to the difficulties he was enduring. Nasir Shah did not return any of my calls, emails, and voice mails. I also tried to establish contact with his son and came to no avail. A month before the closing date we received a letter from Nasir informing us of a delay for the completion of the home. We made attempts to withdraw our money back and he made excuse after excuse. As a consumer i made several errors to put my trust into a fraud i completely regret my decision. i have not receieved my money back and haven't heard a word from this unethical man.

Nasir Shah is one of the most trustworthy person i have met he is amazing helpful and wants to help everyone with anything and everything that he can. He always give you the best advise and fulfill all his His services are very helpful and very reasonable. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone that is in need of loan mortgages or any other services that he provides.
