The 27th July this year I contacted Tammy Fisher Hobbs after seeing her homepaige at the internet.
She is a breeder of pomeranian dogs, the kennel name is Shabams pets. I called her because I was interested in buying adult dogs from her.
On the phone she told me she had several dogs, males and females, that she could part with.
She specificly told me about a female that she said was already bred at that time and was supposed to get puppies.
Because I am a breeder myself I got very interested in buying her, so I told her that.
And after talking with her on skype I decided to by 2 more females and 2 males from her also, total 5 dogs.
She promised that she was gonna get one more of the females bred cause she was in heat at that time.
It seem that she has done that.
She said the dogs had valid rabies shots.
I payed her 500 dollers by Western Union 30th July so that she could make international microchips at the dogs.
That she did almost right away, but then she wanted me to hurry and pay for the dogs and all other cost before she would do anything more...
so I did that...I made a bank transfer to her and the 13th August the dogs and the costs were fully paid, a total sum of 9000 dollars... ( 7000 for 5 dogs, 1000 for shippingcosts and 1000 for other costs).
She waited until the 22nd August to go to the vet office to make their health certificates that needs to go to the USDA office.
She could not get their certficates at that time because thier rabiesshots could not be verified. So now the dogs had to get new rabiesshots and we had to start all over again. Weeks before this I had sent her links to the Swedish Agroculture with information for what she needs to do to send dogs to Sweden, seems like she did not read them. And even a petshipper, Jeetesh Lade, at British airways tryed to explain to her what is needed and helped her find the nearest USDA office, but she but she was very rude and not willing to cooperate, hanging up on him, not calling him back and not responding on emails.
The 24th August she took the dogs back to the vets and they were given their rabiesshots and now we had to wait 3 weeks and then the vet could make the health certficates. She directly got an appointment for that at the 16th September in the morning. She was supposed to go to the USDA the same day and get the dogs shipped the 17th or 18th to me.
She moved the appiontment to the next day, the 17th afternoon and went to the USDA on Wednesday the 18th in the afternoon.
Wednesday the 18th the petshipper, Jeetesh, asked her to email him the USDA health certficates so that he could book their shipping for Thursday the 19th. She sent him wrong papers and claimed that thoose were all she got back from the USDA.
She accused Christine at the USDA office to throw away the importent papers that were needed. She was again very rude to Jeetesh on the phone when he asked her to confirm on email that USDA threw away the paperwork. She yelled at him, telling him he does not understand english and requiered to talk to someone that does speak english...Jeetesh talks with an Indian accent. I felt embaressed and apoligized to him for this. Jeetesh, who is a very humble guy, said it wasnt my fault and told me not to worry. Still I felt bad.
After a day Tammy texted me saying she had found the papers! But now it was to late for British airways to get them shipped on Thursday. The soonest they could be shipped was on Tuesday the 24th September. The shipping was booked for that day.
For some reason Tammy called Jeetesh and explained to him that the two pregnant females was supposed to due any day!
Of course Britsh airways refused to take them on the plane because of risk for them having the puppies on the plane.
On the 23rd she texted me that one of the females had her puppies! This is something that the vet asistent Susan tells me not to belive...! Now its impossible for me to get her of course and she knew that.
Before she gave the dogs their rabies shots in August I specificly asked her if she thougt that this pregnant female, Isis, was gonna make it to Sweden before she was supposed to go into labor...I asked about this many times because I wanted to know, if she was gonna make it to me still pregnant. If not, I told her to prepare another female instead of the pregnant one, that could be shipped with the other 4. If she didnt have another female then I told her to return the money I have paid for Isis, 2000 dollars.
She called me a [censored] and was very shore that Isis would make it to me still pregnant. At this time she gave me another date for her being bred, a later date.
At this point Tammy claims that I owe her approx 1000 dollars for vet and USDA fees. I told her to use the money that I payed for Isis to pay for thoose costs. And now I asked her to send me my 4 dogs. The 24th September she was able to ship 3 of the dogs with British airways. The second pregnant was refused by them, cause Tammy told them before that she could go into labor any time.
I arranged for her to ship all 4 dogs with the United, airways because they all had to travel together, they all had one cetificate together. She did not want to do that because of the costs.She was gonna have to pay approx 1500 dollars extra for them all to be shipped together. Once again I asked her to use the money I payed for Isis, 2000, and the 1000 dollars I sent her before for shipping costs. She refused to do that and only sent 3 dogs with British airways. The second female, Ganashe, that is still pregnant is still with her.
Tammy now has to make new health certificate for this female and get it to the USDA and then ship her. I asked her to do this as soon as possible so that she can be sent this same week. She said that her vet is not available until Friday the 27th...I told her it is to late on Friday. I asked her to find another vet and get this done faster but she said NO!
She also said that she not might be able to get an appointment at the vets on Friday...But even if she gets an appointment on Friday she wont be able to ship her until the next week.
She still hasnt done anything to get the second female sent to me! She now wants me to arrange shipping and also to pay for all that before she sends her! Again she wants more money from me, pretending not to understand that she has the money I payed for Isis!
For me it seems obvious that she has delayed everything so that she could keep the females with thier puppis...she must have regretted selling them to me after she discovered they would actually have puppies!
Tammy needs to return 4632 US dollers to me ( 2000 for Isis and 2000 for Ganashe 632US DOLLERS for OVERCHARGED costs). I even could claim her for the puppies she now has...
Tammy charged me 882 us dollers for microchips alone for 5 dogs, she clamed that the vet charged her that, i haved talked to the same vet and he told that the right cost was 250 us dollers ! So she scamed me for 632 us dollers !
And that was onley for the microchips, she over charged for many other things to.
I have the emails between her and me and I also have textmessages that proves that all i say is the thrut !

I am looking forward to get Isis home...Tammy also promised me that she will send Nanooks AKC certificate to me...and I belive her. She has been explaining to me she had health problems and that stressed her up...but now I think everything is fine between us again. I am glad about that!

Tammy ShabamsPets has today, September the 19th 2014, shipped 3 male pomeranians to compensate me for the 2 females she could not send to me.
Tammy has assured me that the 3 dogs are in good health and that they have their AKC certificate.
Our agreement was for her to give me 3 males and that I will pay for the vet and shipping cost. And Tammy honered this agreement to the fullest!
We are very glad to finally be able to put all of this behind us and move forward!
Update...Me and Tammy Shabams pets are very glad to inform everyone that we have come to an agreement that is good for the both of us! Tammy is willing to give me 3 of her lovely boys to settle all matters between us.(Ofcourse without Tammy putting out any money out of her pocket) Me and my family are very happy and satisfied with getting 3 of her male pomeranians. This will end ALL of our disagreement what so ever...BUT IT WILL NOT END OUR FRIENDSHIP. We are so happy to have gotten our friend Tammy back:) We are looking forward to work together in the future... We are hoping for all of your best wishes!

ALSO... he didn't pay $2000. each for the girls... He paid $ 7000. for the 5 of them... He still owes me monies... Then I told him I was keeping the AKC papers until he paid me... NOW he is doing this "smear campaign"...
I told him that I have NEVER shipped international before, he said "do not worry" he has done it many times and he would help me...
The reason things took so long is he told me that the rabies shots they had from Oct. 2012 were fine... Then he said he would send me the paperwork for the vets office and the USDA... I waited a couple weeks for that... then I paid the vets to do all of the paperwork and the microchips and sent the paperwork to British Airways... they told me the rabies shots needed to be redone with the microchips... so I had to make appts. and do this all over again... after the rabies shots the dogs MUST wait atleast 3 weeks before being re-examined by vet... then the paperwork he sent was old and out dated (as per the vets office and USDA)... so we had to redo all of it too... it is NOTHING like he is saying... I have all of the proof... I asked him over and over to come get the dogs before it was to late on the breedings he said no... I offered him back the $1000. for the shipping and have somebody else do it, HE REFUSED that too... I have all of the text... emails... and videos I told him... now he started this smear campaign...
I am Tammy... I tried to send him the 2 females in question... Isis had her puppies on the 23rd... Dogs went out on the 24th... now, when I took the other 4 to the airport approx. 2 and 1/2 hours down there... I did everything I could to get her on the airlines... his british airways REFUSED her because England would not accept her due to her being bred... then he wanted me to pay $2700. to ship then via United Airlines when he only paid me $1000. for their shipping... I stayed at the airport for approx. 3 - 4 hours trying to get this done, they still refused... United asked him to pay the difference, he REFUSED...
He threatens me there are people here in the U.S. who take care of his "business" here so I told him to have them come and pick these 2 girls up... He still refuses... He tells me to keep Isis and her puppies BUT to send Ganache... The vets office and the USDA will not allow her to fly this far along... Now he tells me to keep Ganache and send Isis without the puppies... He still need to pay for her shipping... He only sent $1000. for the shipping of the 5 dogs from Orlando, Fla. to Sweden... It cost $ 1000. to send the 3 that I sent to him... He still owes me monies which I have proof of him agreeing he does and telling me when I am at the airport he would release it to Western Union... NEVER HAPPENED...
