SF Express I am complaining about our air shipment waybill no - [protected]

Hi,

Our Air way bill no [protected] was booked from China on 2nd Oct to be delivered in New Delhi, India. The shipment has already reached New Delhi on 10th Oct and there was a little correction in the Pin code which was rectified 5 days back and we were informed that the shipment will be delivered in 24-48hrs.

Till today we haven't received our shipment and on calling the customer care we are being informed that it will take another 24-48hrs.

This is not fair atall that a Air shipment takes so long to be delivered. Kindly take immediate action on the same.

Car are park against safety and caused limited space for other vehicle to use the road.

SF Express delivery service

My order should arrived on sept 24 2018 but it arrived earlier which was a good thing. But my complain is that, it was delivered sept. 1 and it was a holiday here so i was not around at the location. So i told the delivery guy to deliver it at monday w/c is sept 3. I was waiting for the delivery but nobody knocked on my door. Still i waited for a week, but nobody came. Now my order is on return. Which is not my fault.

I received a text that i have a delivery but nobody arrived.

SF Express poor customer service

4 July 2018 @ 0835 hours.

I called the SF hotline tried to trace down a package/document. The customer service representative was very rude and she doesn't give a solution to the problem but instead she was giving me the attitude toned over the phone as if I was stupid enough not understand the procedure.

I work as a customer service representative, we valuable our client request by providing them the best solution when it comes enquiry. But this customer representative doesn't provide me the best solution but she instead aggravated by my request.

You may want to reconsider having her to work on the front line because she is DEF not suitable for the job.

SF Express says they delivered my package which I have with doe for 22 days now. I did however receive three small saw blades in the mail that day that went with the order of three saws, but no saws to be found. From reading the reviews I see you have a practice of not delivering and blaming the failure to deliver on the customer or the company that you are shipping for. Old sayin =g is there is to much smoke not to be a fire. Plenty of people complaining about non delivery. Maybe you should look inside your company for the problem instead of shifting the blame. Hope you get your act together and stop either pretending to deliver or never delivering at all. Fed Up!

SF Express deliverer is asking to pay for package again

Hi, My Package number 080033501954 to be delivered from China to India has already been paid for by sender. I have the receipt for it. But the deliverer in India is saying I have to pay again for it to be delivered. According to the delivery agency, the item is registered for Cash on Delivery and is refusing to deliver the package without paying RMB 800 (INR 8500) for it. This is even more than the cost mentioned on the package which is RMB 520. Is the delivery agency trying to cheat me? Please resolve this issue Urgently.

SF Express crappy customer service with no assistance or anything make senses to say instead blaming their customers

Shipment has been arrived in hong kong. Idiot sent to wrong pick up station. Made the call said they promised to deliver the other day. When it is the next day, still no sms text notification. Called again, got told by the staff because you made the call at 7 pm so they cannot deliver today. First of, the call was made 5pm with call record as evidence. Second, the fact he is telling me the whole 22 hours they cannot arrange the shipment and blaming me the customer to something not my fault to start with. This is pretty ridiculous.

No only your shipping service sucks and unprofessional. At least man up about it and admit your own mistake for christ sake. Delay 2 days after the shipment arrived in hong kong took me 4 days in total to receive the shipment which usually one day and half.

Their complaint hotline is useless.

SF Express complaint _ tracking no.: [protected]

Again and again, this is almost the 10th time. Package delivered to the designated pick up point and didn't send me message with the pick up reference to collect package. Package was delivered to my requested pick up spot on Jan 29, 2018.

I do regularly uses your service, every time is the same delivery person: YUNG Luk Ming, contact: [protected]

Again and again, I need to call your service centre to redo the order due to the delivery responsible person - Mr. Yung forgot to send me a message with your collection no.

It has been very frustrating. This service standard it totally unacceptable. Once, twice, even triple time, is fine. Is almost the 10th time already.

I want the package to be send back to my designated pick up spot by tomorrow, Feb 2, 2018 and send me the pick up reference no. to collect. Don't ask me to go to other spots, is your fault. Totally not my responsibility to concern how your internally arrangement it.

Extremely disappointing. Your service 100% proved, anything free is always bad.

SF Express horrible delivery service

I received a parcel on the 15th of August, which turned out to have been SWAPPED with another person's parcel. The box had clear damage marks that the Waybill was removed and replaced.

To have any updates from SF Express, I had to call several times just to receive any answers. They keep saying that they will update me on the situation. This is completely inaccurate because to receive an update I have to call in myself and reexplain the entire situation.

I had the a random phone call from the "delivery person", no proper caller ID, it was just some mobile number. How do I know if that is safe or not? They said they were on the way to my home to pick up a parcel, but people have to work SF Express. You cannot just organize a pick up without TELLING YOUR CUSTOMER.

In the end I had to personally take time off work to drop off the parcel at a specific location, which was not even convenient. They are not willing to work with you to drop off at a more convenient location. They customer service said that the people at the location would all know what to do with the parcel. UNFORTUNATELY, when I got to their service location, NONE of the employees knew what was going on, so yet again I had to re-explain the entire situation. I received no notice, no verification to confirm a drop off was success so of course I called immediately to customer service to let them know that I dropped off the parcel (after explaining the situation to the customer service agent, yet again)

They finally found my parcel, but did not inform me that they put it at a pick up location for me to pick up within 3 days, until I CALLED THEM FOR AN UPDATE. No calls, no SMS, no nothing from SF Express.

Extremely disappointed and nerve wrecking situation, they delivery and customer service have plummeted drastically. There are many more other mailing services out there, much more reliable to use another company.

SF Express impolite and unwilling to work behaviour

I have an order in your shop at Hong Kong side this morning as follows :-

Tin Hau shop:852PJL-Shop G05 & G15, G/F, Tin Hau Apple Mall, Kiu Hing Mansion, 14 King's Road, Tin Hau, Hong Kong

At that time only one female staff at shop there and she was impolite, unfriendly and eating.
I asked her to help pack up the product (one card only) but she replied me :
Madam, we very busy always and put inside the rubbish Adhesive tape to the SF packaging bag.
Her expression made me uncomfortable and feeling that your Company would not like to have services transactions for the smaller amount.

Would you please let me have your explanations how come the female staff don't want to help to packing up the product (one card only) and
put the rubbish Adhesive tape inside to the SF express packaging bag.

I am eager to looking forward to receiving your reply soon.

SF Express shipping from mainland china to hong kong

I'm writing for explain my user experience with sf express.

Two weeks ago I organized a shipping from changsha - hunan - china to hong kong.
I called the call service (english section because I can't speak chinese), I spoke with some female operators (one of them was ms. Hebe).
The operators spoke in english.

I ask to have the pick up on saturday at 5.30 pm, and later I call again for change the schedule and have earlier pick up at 2.30 pm.
I explained clearly that I needed to send in hong kong around 20 boxes, totally 150 kg.

Saturday afternoon no one come to my place not at 2.30 not at 5.30.

So I made many calls to the call center trying to solve the problem.

I mainly spoke with ms. Kerry but also with some others female operators.
All the operators were really kind, but no one was really helpful.
Seems the operators were no able to organize the shipment... They have no idea about what to do. Even if I explained everything in details.

Every call they promise the courier will arrive but than nothing.
They never call me back for update the situation or give me any feedback.

In the end I ask help to a chinese friend, she call sf express for reserve the pick up.
After this, one guy call me. He is really professional and he speak fluent english.
He gave me all the details about the shipping and we organize the pick up.

The pick up in my apartment went smoothly even if the 3 operators can't speak english.

So I must thanks this guy, he is really professional and well prepared! I wish him the best career.
That's a pity I don't know his name.

In the end I successfully send my stuff to hong kong, but I basically lost one afternoon speaking with the call center without solving the situation till the evening. Was stressful and tiring.

The shipping was organized throught another company: deepoon.
My boxes arrived in hong kong at august 2, but were deliver at my place just 10 days later and in 2 transh... Even if I paid around 1300 rmb and was supposed to be a fast delivery (3-4 days).

I hope my experience review can help to improve your service.

SF Express overcharging

When shipping things via S.F. Express, the consignor pays the shipping. However, every time S.F. Express delivers to Sai Kung, the drivers try to extract an extra HKD30 charge. This is incredibly unfair and is probably illegal. If the shipper must pay shipping fees, S.F. Express, which as already been paid for shipping by the shipper, has no right to ask for more fees from the consignee - this is something other express delivery services do not do.

This is criminal and cannot be excused. Moreover, this is not the first instance I have had this experience with S.F. Express. This is the 4th time.

SF-EXPRESS SF6143070562566 was failed delivery to 3491 Dolphin Drive, Gauthier Mississippi 39553. All deliveries go thru the office that closes at 7pm and delivery was made at 10pm. This happened 24 January 2020. I would like it redelivered.

Tremendously Terrible Service from SF Express Malaysia.

Parcel went off from Shanghai on 29th March 2019, and arrived Malaysia on 31st March. No one ring me up to ask for payment for freight or duty. Until I got the tracking number on 7Apr and checked on the status.. stated that "customer doesn't not pay off the certain payment, will follow up". This statement continued for 1 week + and in actual, NO ONE FROM SF EXPRESS RING ME UP TO ASK FOR PAYMENT!

And I made call on 10 Apr, 8.30am to check my package's status, ask for email so that I can do instant bank in to them and get them to deliver goods to my office before 5pm on the same day.

NO REPLY!

I called up again and again for 6 times, asking if anyone can help to solve this issue as this shipment has been late and i really need it by today. The customer service says that the senior agent will ring me back shortly. Bloody the whole morning has gone but NO ONE RING ME BACK!

I will make sure get my china counterpart NOT TO ENGAGE WITH SF EXPRESS ANYMORE DUE TO THIS KIND OF WORST WORST TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Keep up the good job SF Express for loosing your customers!
