I ordered a Husqvarna stitch plate on June 1, 2008 and the store immediately took payment of $39.95 from my account. Today is the 13th of June, I cannot get any response from emails and the phone number is only an answering machine with no response to my messages. This business is a SCAM!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I ordered sewing bobbins on 7/8/08, my credit card was charged but I never received the item.
I've sent several emails with no response from this bad company. They claim to respond within 48hours-NOT!
I've tried their phone # but mailbox is full, no way to leave a message.
DO NOT ORDER from this "company"!

I have begged, cajoled, and e-mailed these people to death, trying to cancel an order. They NEVER respond. I have dealt with them TWICE! (God knows why I gave them a second chance, when they did not even acknowledge that I had e-mailed them a million times!
First incident: Ordered a much needed part for my machine in early June 2008. Had not received by the 28th of June, though paid for the item by credit card. Bought the part from another (REPUTABLE) vendor. E-mailed PROFUSELY to cancel order, never got responses. Part shows up at my house ON JULY 15!Checked the postal cancellation, was sent out only a few days before that, can't blame the mail!
Second incident (first time fooled, shame on you, now the shame is on ME for trying again!) Ordered a foot for machine, July 20th. Never heard if I would ever receive it, they don't send out order updates, or contact in ANY way) . Ended up buying from another vendor, and again, am trying to cancel the order from SS. NO ANSWERS, no "ITEM SHIPPED", NOTHING. I have had it.
I ordered a sewing machine part June 13, 2008 on the internet, using Visa. I never got the part, but have to pay the Visa bill. It's been 7 weeks so far. Lois Kimble
I also ordered from this site and haven't recieved my produt I ordered and they don't answer emails. I have sent them about 4 emails now. How can this crook stay in bussiness? There should be laws to shut him down! My order is about 2 mo. old for 22.23 so who knows when something will be done about this guy?
I also did not receive the part I ordered and have gotten no responses to my email inquiries.

I placed an order from sewing style on May 9 and have never received the order and it is now 10-9-08. The order was for $139. My emails were not answered, the 866 number does not work. I even send a certified letter in the mail. How do we get this site shut down?
I also placed an order and paid through PayPal on July 2nd. I have filed a dispute with PayPal and have been notified that they found in my favor. But, like others, without there being any money in Aaron's account I have little hope of recovery.
i also ordered $124.00 worth of supplies that was taken from my paypal acct and after many e-mails and filing a dispute claim . I have won my dispute unfortunately i have not gotten any of my money back- will also complain to BBB and police in Dickson Tn. Also found a Vacuum site by aaron so watch out . He's everywhere- Have filed a complaint with paypal because his sites say paypal verified which gives you some false comfort when ordering.
Actually, his Dad's Vacuum Cleaner business only received 3 complaints from [protected].
There is now an Aaron Kocourek, of Dickson TN in their local paper. He is out of jail on bail for having sex with a minor. If this is the same guy, he is only 23, and a master scammer to boot.

I couldn't agree more. I ordered two Bernina belts on 4th June and the money was taken from my credit card immediately but I have not received my goods. I have emailed him numerous times. I have reported him to Tennessee BBB and Tennessee Dept of Consumer Affairs to no avail.
His website is a complete scam and it should be closed down. I have researched our friend Aaron Kocourek and discovered that his father ran a vacuum shop in the same area which was also the subject of many complaints. His website was made by a relation, Jeremy Kocourek. Aaron is presently on bail in relation to sex charges with an underage girl. This is the face of the person who is stealing everybody's money.

I am very angry about this - even though my loss was quite small. I am determined to make sure that others are not swindled like this.
