Servis UK / Washingmachine/bad customer service
Bought a washing machine from Argos back in Feb '08. It was a toss up between a moon by indesit or a nice black one made by servis. We opted for the servis as it went better in our kitchen scheme. What a Mistake. Stopped spinning and emptying water in July. An engineer was called and he said it was the module which he changed and all seemed well. He must have been gone 10 mins when it broke again. The same engineer came out following week and this time replaced the programme module. Again all seemed fine. Not gone more than half an hour this time broke again. Came out four days later this time motor had gone and had to order one, yes you've guessed it from Italy. 7 - 10 days we were told 5 weeks on no answer. Rang customer services what a waste of time that was, was told stillout of stock and would just have to like it or lump it basically. Decided to get in touch with argos and it is now temporarily in there hands. Total time without washing machine to date about 6 1/2 weeks. Load of crap do not buy any of there stuff it's ###. All of there staff need proper training on how to deal with the puplic as none of them do. I ended up putting the phone down on who i was speaking toas they had no idea at on what it was like from my point of view.
