bought a washing machine august last year at 4months old it broke down waited 2 weeks to be fixed, now for a second time it broke down on the 5th of july 2008 engineneer came on the 8th july said there loads wrong with the washing machine thats the last i heard . phoned them on the 11th they told me they hadn't heard off engineneer yet then phoned on the 14th to be told the engineneer had ordered 4 parts for the washing machine i told them how am i supposed to do washing i am a single mother of 5 children with my oldest being 12 and my youngesr being 10months old and they said there was nothing they could do . so i have phoned them on several more occasions and all i've got is they still waiting for parts 3 have come in but the 4th part has'nt it takes 10days well still waiting 22days later and have'nt heard nothing at all. by customers rights they should have replaced my machine with a new one. but i have been in touch with watchdog about servis. there customer care is apalling.

    same happend to me thought it was my storey i was reading if i had wrote one. only i bought my washing machine in sept07 servise m6666 feb 08 same storey as above has now broken down again leaking water all over has ruind my lamminate floor just rang them again today august 8th coming out tuesday to mend mmmmmmmmmm we will see not holding my breath would never buy a servis anything again

    I bought a servis washing machine in June 2007. It was working properly with no probs up until the end of September 2, 008 and unfortuately the guarantee has expired so I decided to pay the £88 call out fee. The man came to fix it and had to order the parts, this was on 3rd October, 2 weeks later still heard nothing so I decided to phone them today and she told me the parts were out of stock, (if I hadn't rang I am sure they wouldn't have to let me know) I am a mum of 3, one disabled son, and a newborn son so I have piles of washing, service over the phone appalling and very unhelpful. I am considering writing to a Scottish newspaper. Very disappointing.

    i to am p------- of with my service washing machine i did insure it, since 2008 until now it has needed repair at least six times domestic and geraral will i surrpose keep it going until the insurance has run out and thats me stuffed never again i wonder service went broke
