Servis London / This is unacceptable!
I own a Servis Washer Dryer
On Monday 9th October our washing machine broke. The water didn’t want to go out of the machine.
On Tuesday10th October Miss P called Servis and notified about the fault and Servis said an engineer would contact us. Later that same afternoon an engineer did called and agreed to come and look at the fault on Thursday 12th October between 8.00 and 18.00
Miss P had taken the day off and called in the morning to confirm the appointment and Servis confirmed the engineer was going to come.
At 17.00 Miss P called Servis again wondering where the engineer was and now no one answered at Servis. The engineer never came and we never heard anything from them either.
Friday 13th of November Miss P contacted Servis notifying of No show.
Servis then faxed a complain to the engineer who we were told have 24 hours to explain why he was not there and to call and book a new appointment.
Monday Miss P called again and was told by Service that they could not do anything until the day had passed.
Tuesday 17 October Miss P called again to Servis who said they would fax another complaint to the engineer who had 24 hours to respond.
On Wednesday midday Miss P gets a phone call from Servis saying that the engineer had been in and signed a paper that he would definitely call on Wednesday.
Miss P called to Servis by 17.00 as the engineer had still not called and Servis at that instant said they could guarantee the engineer would call on Wednesday.
On Wednesday 18.00 the engineer had still not called!!!
This is unacceptable!
