Service America / poor customer service/ incompetent technicians

Service America has poor customer service and the repair techs do not know what they are doing. They keep re-scheduling appointments, they do not give a time frame for appointments and the supervisors can care less about any complaints or issues needing to be resolved.

It is more economical to just hire separate companies for repairs with quality repairs being done and qualified technicians and not pay the ridiculous co-pay fees.
