Beware! We were victims of a scam. My husband and I attended a presentation in Newark DE. We agreed to pay over $3000 for travel incentives. Three of the employees bragged how they had worked for Marriott Timeshare. Well, as Marriott Timeshare owners, we sincerely thought that this was a legitimate business. Well, all is not true. We filed a "dispute" with our credit card company and filed a complaint with the Attorney General of Delaware. Thank goodness for that information obtained at this site.

Question: Can anyone tell me about the class action suit in NJ?

I don't know. I went to hear a presentation with hubby. I came away skeptical. It lacked concrete evidence of savings for me and it is beyond me how anyone could plunk down even a third of their lowest offer without doing their due diligence. Listen to this, please. As an example: If anyone offers you something that is a 'today only price' and if you walk away you lose that price but the ''go homw and think about it price'' is 3 times that amount, you should have red flags popping up like lights on a christmas tree.
