Don’t even think to deal with the company www.top3.com.sg. They overcharge customers, but they didn’t finish the job, which have been started. When I sent emails and messages and tried all the time about the process and the whole process, these people replied only in common language. I wasn’t satisfied with the communication and services. I highly advise all people not to deal with them.

I am sorry to hear your stories and wished I had checked on this company before engaging their service.

I will be pursuing legal action against Top3 Media in the Small Claims Tribunal. However, I will consider joining forces and put forward a formal law suit if we are enough claimants and every other case is reasonable.

An unhappy business owner

I and my brother have opened the company and we needed some additional services. We asked the rep from the company www.top3.com.sg to help us with web design and some tools. We spoke with the rep, but he wasn’t helpful and told to check the website. We tried to explain that the web design and other types of design wasn’t our strong side, but the rep refused to explain anything. And in the end he told us that they wouldn’t help us at all. Awful attitude.

After speaking with one of the sales consultant from Top3Media, I got impressed as they explained their action plan and recent achievements. However when I tried to looked into the details and search the background of this company, I found many negative reviews about the services they offered to the clients previously which forced me to think twice before making the initial payment. I than came back to those guys and ask for the explanation of those negative reviews and clearly mentioned about their experience with those clients. I got convinced with what he explained as being a technical person, I do understand how search engine works and it does take time to get organic visibility for highly competitive phrases.
I gave them just 2 keywords to start with to ensure that I am not going to lose all of money but I quite surprised when I saw the regular follow-up and recommendations from their tech team about making my site more SEO friendly. They got my trust when they shown me top page Google ranking for both the given keywords in the committed time frame. They are now working on around 50 keywords for me and I am please with the work they have been doing for my site. I recommend this company as those reviews must be mentioned by those business who force SEO companies to perform Grey Or Black Hat stuff to get faster ranking.

I took their package to create our company's e-commerce website. Their sales girl have many wonderful promises and I trusted them. So I paid for it in full!

And so my nightmare begins!

Their staff are irresponsible, full of excuses, constantly delaying things that they promised and is always playing hide and seek! Do not even bother to "complain" to their "directors, " as you will only be wasting your time, cause nothing gets done after that anyway.

Pardon my strong and judgemental words! Given that I am totally at their mercy and is helpless! I had to resort to a write a pathetic review here to warn others. If you don't believe me, email me and I will sent you evidence!

It is almost 5 months since I paid in full and the website is still not complete and they don't even care!

I finally consulted my lawyer again to begin a civil law suit. Shortly after they delivered a perfunctory e-commerce site that disappoints. In the end, I did not sue as the cost and time is just not worth these monsters!

Be warn, they uses various names to pitch sales! for example web digital . com. sg... This is how I was trapped into signing up for them because they will use multiple different names to pitch for business. The "marketing director" charges CHEAP prices. If you are into CHEAP STUFF, low quality, hate responsive staff and LOVE bad attitudes. Then this company is for YOU! Don't tell people that I didn't warn you.

How can we warn more people about them? I feel so sorry for all the future victims if these people are not brought to justice!
